About the operator
- louycliff00Disappointing Domus Aurea Experiencesigned up and paid for Domus Aurea Experience with virtual reality was asked to move date from Monday to Tuesday which was not a problem sent new tickets and tour taken did not include virtual reality or anything mentioned on the tour signed up for disappointed as had been told that this tour was great
- coach4900Very Helpful Way to Skip the LineThey made the whole process of getting into the Vatican Museums easier. We'd forgotten we had to pick up our tickets ahead of time, so we were not 20 minutes early as they requested. They tried to get hold of us to make sure we were coming and were gracious when we finally showed up. Highly recommended.
- martinsA2522GN001/2 a day in VaticanGreat Tour with Leonardo! Good organisation & the chance to see the highlights of the museum as well as Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica (with a tourguide)…
- clairegatehouse00FascinatingWe really enjoyed the tour and the guide was very engaging, although seem of his English pronunciation was a bit hard to follow (E.G. heirs was pronounced ‘higher’. The VR element was very good and we both thought that it would be better to have that at the beginning instead of the end as it provided and image to which we could then ‘hang’ the remains on
- Quang N00Just skip the lineThis skip-the-line entrance really helps you avoid waiting in a long line under the heat of Rome. You should consider using this instead of buying the ticket yourself offline or online. However, it doubles the cost for the entrance. For me and my girlfriend, it's worth.
- I6845IVclairem00Mixed experienceThe palatine hill was great and we enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately I had to call the tour operator as we had an issue with our ticket and they were very rude, not helpful and spoke to me like I was stupid. This ruined the trip, I would not book through trip advisor again.
- Evamarie P00Our guide Leonardo was the best and the staff were kindFirst we booked a skip the line ticket to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel but then we upgraded to a full tour. We are so glad we did. Leonardo was our tour guide and he took the time to know what countries the group was from. We had headphones on and he has great knowledge and pointed out the important items in each room and hall of the museums. If we didn’t book this tour we would have had to wait at least an hour and a half in line to the Vatican Museums.
- griffing82800Fantastic Tour! The tour to the Vatican was fantastic! We loved our tour guide. She was extremely knowledgeable and knew much of the finer details regarding a considerable amount of art and history that we would have otherwise missed.
- Meander30484600Great tour & awesome tour guide! We did the "Gladiator's Gate: Special Access Colosseum Tour w/ Arena Floor" on 8/21/23 at 10:30am. The address given for the meet up took us to Oppio Caffe but the group actually met directly across the street at the entrance to a little park. Our tour guide was Maria Laura (went by Laura) & she was AWESOME! Born in Italy but spoke great English & had a wonderful sense of humor. The tour is 3 hours long & there are some stairs so wear comfy shoes & be prepared for that. Bring a reusable water bottle - there are 4-5 water stations to refill along the tour. There was also a bathroom break about 2 hours in as well as one at the exit. The day we did it was super hot & sunny (got to 99 by the time we were done.) I wish I had brought my hat! Highly recommend this tour & you'll be lucky if you get Laura as your guide. :)
- 492nyashas00Amazing experienceWe had a great time in Rome. We missed our booking due to confusion of where to pick up the tickets. The ticket operators were kind enough to offer us another ticket for later in the days at no extra chance. Much appreciated guys, may God bless you!
- Safari0701671553700Very kind and understanding guideThe tour guide was really kind and understanding. It was hard for us to find the place of the meeting and we almost missed the whole visit, but he called us and helped us. We really appreciated that.
- kevin G00But I’m advance look into other more organized toursThey attempt to up sell you the moment you step in by changing the time of your ticket to a later time. They over book and had people standing outside 20-30 minutes over the schedule time to be at the Vatican
- callumgordon1900Very quick entry and left us to ourselvesThis wasn’t much of a tour and was more of a skip the queue ticket. Very useful as I much prefer taking myself around places. We got through the queue in a matter of minutes and we’re almost instantly were able to go into the vatican and explore what it had to offer. Would 100% recommend these guys
- betsandrob00Let downWe had two tours booked. The colosseum tour was cancelled theee days prior so we had to scramble to find another tour from another company in very short notice. As we were on the train to Rome, we got notification that our tour that began in about an hour no longer had a tour guide. They did come through with the skip the line tickets and a partial refund for the guide portion. I was let down that 2/2 of our tours with them were either cancelled or not what was advertised.
- Marek S00The worst museum experience on earthThe worst museum experience you could have. You are herded into the museum and pushed and kicked and forced to move on. Terrible

Silvia was knowledgeable & amazing. We had an ill traveller in our group. She went out of her way to ensure they enjoyed the tour as much as we did. We had a beautiful sunny day. Silvia tried her best to have us rest in shady areas where ever possible. It was much appreciated. Take sun screen and a hat.
