Great trip to Rome countryside that does not take up the whole day
Wonderful experience. An opportunity to get out of Rome for a few hours and in to the countryside. Great tour and wine tasting.

      Relaxing wine trip in Rome
Just a short trip beyond the hustle and bustle of Rome, we found a lovely area. Learned a lot about the wines of the region. Would recommend this trip.

Learned a lot about the wine history and process of this area.
Purchased these tickets for the family because it rained and needed to fill our day. After the experience i would include it on any tour. Our tasting with our very informative and interesting Sommelier was a great experience. We were lucky to be grouped with another family that made whiskey in Colorado USA and had great discussions about the processes and similarities. The lunch was absolutely delicious.

      Tasty!
Food and wine tasting started off rough, but ended delightful. Gentlemen that took us from Rome to the wine tasting location about one hour outside of Rome city didn’t speak much English, which was fine, but dropped us off and no one came to greet us. Not knowing what to do the group of us, six total, sat idle for about 25 minutes until we decided to ask one of the possible employees having lunch outside if anybody was going to meet us. Employee was nice enough to go inside and found the tour guide/Somalia and he apologize for mistaking an impromptu group of people who were there just for lunch for our tour but then quickly started our tour. The tour was nice. He was very good at explaining winemaking and the proper way to taste the wine. He went through wine pairing, but that part wasn’t quite clear to any of us in the tour and seem not to be really the focus of the tour the nice to learn something else. The food was very good, that we weren’t told exactly what was being served. They provided us with a nice antipasta followed by a very tasty gnocchi Dessert that seem to be candied artichoke with some sort of carrot cake beneath. No one at the table ever heard of such a thing, but it was interesting to try. We were happy overall, but it took a while to get there. It would be nice to have them give us a little more attention during the food tasting and more of the wine.

      Amazing Food!
Best food I had in Italy! Great Information and of course the wine was Excellent! They were not shy with the wine. I liked every one we tried. It was nice to get out of the city and I also enjoyed that it didn't take up a whole day.

Wonderful experience in Roman countryside with idiosyncratic transport arrangements.
The winery experience was everything we'd anticipated - interesting and informative in a spectacular setting; the logistics for pickup and drop off less so. Meet at 11:00 where someone will have a sign to greet you? Someone eventually turned up at 11:25 with no explanation or response from contact details. Similarly our return scheduled for 2:30 eventually turned up 45 mins later, unsure where she was taking us, so lots of waiting around wondering if we'd been stood up. In summary, well worth doing but chill if you're hanging around and enjoy the surroundings.

      Beautiful winery with lovely views
The winery is beautiful, and the day went super smoothly! The tour is informative and the winemaker is thoughtful and really encourages questions. You can tell he's passionate about what he does. We had a great time!

      Family Experience
Fabulous time! Transportation to the cantina was easy. Christian was great a sommelier and allowed time for questions and overall discussion of the wines (and pairing with foods). Food was good! Highly recommend and very relaxing. ☺️

Wonderful day out of the city. Nice ride in the countryside. Good winery with guide who explained wine making process. Three wine tastings and nice meal presented in a lovely, relaxing setting. Definitely worth taking this tour with Vinebliss.

      Great Half Day Experience!
We had a fantastic time! It was informative, fun, delicious and beautiful! The perfect ratio of learning and drinking wine. The lunch was excellent, wine pours were large. Company was superb & our host was so kind! Perfect half day event.

Beautiful winery - Excellent food - Mediocre wineAs
As per title, a beautiful winery and excellent food BUT very mediocre wine. A sparkling wine with absolutely no bubbles (???) and a very non-descript 7 Euro a bottle Syrah in the land of Italian wines (?). Do go for the experience but not the wine!

Nice diversion from the hectic city tourism
With the heat in Rome, a nice air conditioned bus ride out of the city was a nice break. We didn’t really know where we were headed but knowing there was some wine at the end of the trip kept us intrigued. Castello de Torre in Pietra was the spot and the The wine maker - Christian - did a great job of explaining his process and the tests and quality checks done to assure consistency in the taste. The caves were nice and cool and the cement vat-steel-oak barrel options to craft the wines were very interesting. He continued to walk us through the wines and pairings describing the way to balance various foods with the wines from Rose’ to Whites and Reds. The Reserva with the veal pasta was amazing. Molto bene crew!

Lovely vineyard, very knowledgeable and great food.
Was really impressed from start to finish, lovely to see where the wines were made. I feel that I learnt a lot. The wines to try were nice with lots of detail about them and plenty of the red. The food was very yummy and went with the wines. You could purchase wines too, but they were not at all pushy. A throughly enjoyable afternoon I would highly recommend.

The time was changed and only a driver showed up that spoke no English when we booked an English tour. The sign was not accurate and when we kept asking if it was grape stomping he only pointed at the food and wine tour sign he was holding. we couldn't get a hold of the person who texted me about the time change a few days before. The bus driver didn't even have a list like the other tours we attended to mark off people ( at least another way to verify). We did not get on the bus with this person. I have been trying to reach someone for a refund and have not heard from anyone,
