We collected our guide from 4A Via Tunis at the allotted time. We entered the Vatican Museums which were very busy as expected. The guide appeared to be very knowledgeable and gave us some information on the artwork which we were about to see. It was difficult to understand everything thing he said due to the volume of traffic in the corridors and often when his microphone transmitter was too far away. He only escorted as far as entrance of the Sistine Chapel and said that that was the end of the guided tour and that we should make our own way from that point onwards. Consequently, although I asked the staff for help we were unable to navigate our way from the Sistine Chapel to St Peter’s. I don’t believe that we received value for the money we paid and therefore sadly couldn’t recommend this trip. Must do better!!

I am from Kenya, Giulia was a wonderful guide. I got my skip the line tickets with ease. The office is not far from the Vatican.

Our guide Frederico (I hope I have spelled his name correctly!) was great, very knowledgeable and gave us the information in an interesting way which was easy to remember. Thank you! We had a great time.

Frederick was our tour guide. He was very informative and made the experience fun. It was amazing!!

Laura was guide. Very hot in sun mid month. She seemed nice however, didn’t add much she provided the basics that she had memorized. Didn’t feel we skipped the Sistine Chapel lines, they let another group pass through a rope and turned us away. She didn’t put up a fuss. The guides make a tour great.

Wow is all we can say about our early morning tour (three couples) of Vatican City. Our tour guide, Massimo, was so knowledgeable and informative. The art in the museum is breathtaking that by the time we got to the Sistine Chapel its frescoes there almost paled by comparison. Massimo also took us into St Peter’s Basilica and spent lots of time showing us lesser known points of interest. This is our 2nd LIVTours and truly the best way to see Rome. Thank you again Massimo

Very, very good — Gabriel knew what he was talking about, very intelligent, would recommend for anyone looking for a tour.

We arrived for and departed the business’ location on time without issue. The entry into the Vatican Museum was a bit disorganized, but worked. The guide was almost 40 minutes late which impacted the rest of the tour and was completely unacceptable. Once we started, she told the group that St Peter’s Basilica would close at 6:00 pm and tried to take a vote from 30 people on whether the group would skip the Basilica portion of the tour and take our time in the museum or rush to make it before closing. Members of the group, rightfully so, said the Basilica was a must see and they wanted to make it before closing. After all, the tour included the Basilica. We proceeded to speed walk through the second largest museum on earth and had to take photos while walking without time to stop and look at most things. Once we made it through the Vatican Museum, we got to the Sistine Chapel where the guide learned the St Peter’s Basilica was closed at 5:00 pm. We essentially wasted our time speed walking through the Museum and couldn’t see the third portion of the tour at all. A three hour tour was done in an hour forty five minutes. So for all we paid and for all we wanted to see, we couldn’t enjoy any of it. I don’t know if the problems were on the guide or the company organizing the trip, but either way, I would never use them again. There are a ton of options and this one should not be high on your list.

It was an outstanding tour everything was on time and well described Jad did an outstanding job and was lots of fun we will both be back.

I bought skip the line tickets and when I got there there was only one line so no such thing as skip the line also it was very confusing as to where to meet it was impossible to to find your guide so you are basically on your own. Did not had a good experience there at all.
