There is no better way to experience Rome. I have been to Rome before. The tours with Alfredo are much more educational and fun. He took us to areas of Rome not experienced by tourists … this is what we desired. Seeing Rome and experiencing life as a Roman … out for a fun evening.

Overall a great way to discover the hidden gems in Rome which you can't find as a tourist. You get to experience Italian products in its authenticity without the "touristic vibe" of all other restaurants.
The group is limited (I think 12max) so you get to interact with everyone easily.
The guide is very resourceful and courteous. He will give a quick description about the served dishes and the plac. He even gave us recommendations for other places to try. I highly recommend this tour if you want to say that you've tried real Italian cuisine.
PS : I advise to eat lightly prior to the tour

I travel most of the time as a digital nomad and the last thing I want to do are activities for tourists. However, while visiting Rome, I was really scared to miss out on the best local food which I how I found Eden Walks.
From beginning to end, this tour was truly incredible. First of all, our guide Alma was lovely and always had something interesting to share with us. She felt more like a friend showing us the best spots in her town than a generic tour guide boring us with random facts.
The quantity of food & wine was super generous, and you really have to take it slow to enjoy it until the end. There's not a moment I felt like I was missing out on something.
The areas we get to talk to are also all beautiful & pretty romantic eh! Make sure to write the addresses down so you can revisit them after. I made sure to go back to the cold cuts store to bring back the best prosciutto to Canada ;)
I 100% recommend this tour to anyone who truly loves carbs & wine.

We took the wine and food tasting tour with Alfredo. It was such a great tour - fantastic food in authentic, local, funky little shops and restaurants. We totally recommend it.

We had Alfredo as our guide. He was talkative, informative, and a great tour guide. Highly recommend him. We took the food and wine tour through the Trastevere neighborhood which just happened to be where we were staying. Lots of food and lots of wine.

If you are looking for an amazing tour- this is IT! Alma was absolutely fantastic and took us to the best local spots and gave incredible information regarding local food and wine while in Rome! I highly recommend everyone interested in learning more about Rome and eating amazing food along the way to book this tour!
