Had a lovely tour of the city by way of eating with our guide Greta. She shared the right amount of history and context on both the areas we visited along with some of the restaurants. Traveling with a family member who has Celiac was no problem as she contacted all the restaurants ahead of time so they were prepared. We ate gluten free pizza, pasta, gelato and salumi (prepared on a safe separate place from other items to avoid cross contamination). We also had plenty of wine with each stop.
This tour was a highlight and great mix of the city's history, culinary traditions and ease with gluten free accommodations. Highly recommended.

Excellent tour! Gulia was a great tour guide telling us fascinating facts about Rome as we visited the different restaurants. My daughter has Coeliac Disease so it was wonderful for her to have just as good food as the rest of us. Pace of the tour was perfect - the 4+ hours of the tour disappeared so fast. The amount of food was just right.

I booked this late and only a private tour was available. My wife is gluten free and really wanted to do this, so.... It turned out to be the surprise hit of our trip to Rome. Julia was our young and enthusiastic guide for 7 restaurants over 5 hours. There was little time wasted walking, as all of the restaurants were reasonably close. As a native of Rome, Giulia added lots of flavor (pun intended!) about where we were and things to look for. At the same time, she was careful to give us our space and let us linger. We really enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, and Julia's company. I would highly recommend this for gluten free tourists in Rome. Not cheap, but enjoyable.
Just a note, I am not gluten free and was given a choice for my tastings!

As a coeliac I had some concern about our visit to Rome. My wife found this tour and we thought I would help us identify places we could eat for the rest of our stay.
We went on our day of arrival and met our guide Gaia. There was only the two of us on the tour and we spent a fantastic 4 hours wandering around delightful restaurants, cafes and gelateria. Gaia was so helpful and friendly with nothing being a problem to her. It as like being with a friend.
The quantities of food and quality were superb. The pizza is the best I have ever had accompanied by gluten free beer ( went back twice). You can be sure that you will not go hungry on this tour. A many course meal spread around some fascinating roman
historical areas.
Gaia also gave insights to many hidden gems of Rome, the basement of the restaurant where you have pasta is very revealing.
In conclusion you would be mad to miss this tour especially if you are a coeliac.
It is brilliant!

We did the gluten free food and wine tour with Greta Wow! Greta was absolutely fantastic! Very knowledgeable about the history of all of the areas in Rome, we learned so much! It was wonderful to walk the streets of Rome at night stopping and eating the different cuisines. It was definitely a hot day, be sure to bring water, but we never felt rushed it was a leisurely stroll the whole evening. The food!! You honestly wouldn’t know it was gluten free. My mother isn’t gluten free and she said she wouldn’t have changed a thing. So much variety...we didn’t leave hungry! Grazie!

My husband and I are celiac and were so excited to find this gluten free food tour! Since we were both gluten free we got incredibly lucky and had a guide just for the 2 of us! All 7 stops on our tour were wonderful and our guide Maria was great at giving us historical information and also explaining the food to us. I was so full by the end I could barely finish our last stop of gelato. Would absolutely reccomend this tour to anyone who needs to eat gluten free, it was the perfect start to our holiday and now we are prepared to experience the rest of Italy on our own.

We love trying new foods, and exploring new restaurants and cuisines, but with a gluten allergy this can be very difficult in a city that you do not know well. The gluten free food tour took us by complete surprise and we were thrilled to try so many different Roman/Jewish/Italian dishes. It was truly an amazing experience, and our guide Claudia went well out of her way to make sure that each stop was organizing with the finest gluten free tastings! We even added another tour in a different area of Rome the very next day. We highly recommend this tour, and the company for their wonderful service!

One of the highlights of our recent trip to Rome. The gluten free pizza was as good as any pizza I have ever had. Also, the ability to see some impressive sites while on the way from stop to stop was impressive. Giulia knows her stuff and her food. She is an outstanding guide, and I would recommend her to anyone.

Had a terrific time with our wonderful guide Gaia roaming the streets of Rome’s Campo Di’ Fiori neighborhood and Paizza Navona eating some great food and learning about little known facts about those neighborhoods, even stopping into a restaurant with real Roman ruins in their cellar. Didn’t need fancy dinner plans either because at the end we were stuffed and had some great wine and coffee too. Highly recommend this, especially with one person who is gluten intolerant and one who is not since they accommodated us both.

I am gluten-free but my husband is not and even he loved it, the tour was amazing with some History added into the eating, great that it was a walking tour as we ate lots, we also saw amazing restaurants with amazing little secrets hiding in them, worth the money for sure, loved our guide also she was very knowledgeable on the History and also the food.
