Best, ost authentic cooking class we’ve ever done! It was amazing. We made tiramisu, pasta, and gnocchi from scratch - and then we got to eat it all! The restaurant is amazing and you get to do every step of the process yourself. Wine and Prosecco is served throughout and it was an extremely enjoyable afternoon. Best tourist experience we’ve had.

We had a lovely time cooking with angela and fransesca. We made home made red sauce fettuccine, 4 cheeses gnocchi and tiramisu. It all tasted delicious and the guidance and explanation was great. It took about 3 hours. We recommend this cooking class to everyone who loves food and likes to cook.

Fun, educational and delicious experience. Our guide Francesca and the Chef Angela were fun and made for a memorable event. The restaurant was ours practically as it was closed after their lunch service. Pasta and dessert was tasty. I would highly recommend this activity.

This cooking class was the highlight of our trip in Rome! It's offered twice a week at a wonderful family restaurant. We arrived for our 3 days in Rome that morning, so it really was our very first activity after dropping our bags at the hotel. My boyfriend and I arrived early and we were greeted pleasantly, invited to hang out at a table on the patio and offered something to drink. Looking around we noticed the restaurant was filled with locals and not touristy which was a great sign. Our guide and translator, Franchesca, arrived and greeted us so warmly- then introduced us to Angela and her family. The restaurant closes between lunch and dinner so we had it all to ourselves. The class normally has more people, this day it was just the 2 of us and they still offered it- comforting to know that if you book it, it will happen regardless of the number of people signed up. The fun began right away jumping right in. It was soooo much fun! There was lots of laughing and getting to know each other. We learned a ton and at the same time, what we made seemed accessible and doable for when we get home and practice. Once we were finished with preparation, we were seated at a table on the patio and left to enjoy our meal. We had the whole place to ourselves- it was the most romantic and enjoyable experience. Everything we made was beyond delicious. So much so that we wondered if the rest of our meals in Rome would measure up. After we were finished, there were hugs and kisses, as if we had known Angela and Franchesca for years. There is no doubt we will be back to visit the next time we are in Rome! We loved what the Roman Food Tour offered and signed up for the Trastevere evening tour the following day- it was so fun and every place we visited was provided friendly service and delicious offerings. We cannot recommend the company and these tours highly enough! Definitely the highlights of our time in Rome!

Family of 5 with 3 teenagers. This was an very educational and fun experience. Louisa and Angela couldn’t have been nicer or more patient with our pasta making inexperience. The entire class from start to finish exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend as a fun family outing.

Excellent time! Amazing tour and cooking class. I will be recommending this tour to my family and friends. Our tour guide Raluca is gracious, sweet, humorous, professional and very informative. Angela is patient and welcoming, although she speaks only Italian Raluca is there to translate but Angela seems to know what you are having problems with and guides you the thru the entire class. Next time we visit we will plan on taking another tour with Raluca and dine at Angela’s Restaurant! Book a tour with Roman Food Tour you won’t be disappointed!

My friend and I had an incredible time during this tour! It would not have been possible if not for Jess, who is super knowledgeable, funny and energetic! We learnt so much from her and can tell that she genuinely loves her job. Angela is fantastic too, she’s been hand making pasta for her own restaurant for 42 years! We had so much fun and laughter during the class and thanks to Jess, we have photos and videos to keep. We highly recommend this tour!
