This tour has it all. Adventure, history, incredible scenery, and fantastic food. Victorio and Benjamin are incredible guides and they will keep you safe, make you laugh, and you will have the best day of entire holiday with them. Our family of five was blown away by how fun this day was, and how safe we felt in the hands of our very knowledgeable, experienced and capable guides. If you’re looking for a tour that has it all look no further… This is the one!

We had a 3 hour morning tour in an Apé with David. It was excellent. David is the the Genuine Article, a native Roman. His knowledge of Rome is enormous and he knows every single street in the city. He took us to overlooks and parks that were away from the tourist masses, as well as to all the traditional sites. He is passionate about his city and really wants you to love it as much as he does. We would go with him again.

We did the Ape tour offered by Vespa Tours. Davido was our tour guide and he was amazing!! Apes are the little trucks you see all over Italy. These are set up as passenger vehicles with an open top. Our group with my husband, our 8 year old and myself. Davido checked with us to see what sites we'd already seen in Rome and then brought us throughout the city to show us everything we hadn't seen yet. He gave us enough history and context to understand what we were seeing and stopped at great spots for wonderful look-out places for pictures and to stretch our legs. Davido is from Rome and his love for the city was so clear. He was also great with our son making sure he was a part of the tour and understood what we were seeing. The ape (bee) was a great way to see Rome. The open top really gave us a great view. Davido didn't go too fast, so we were able to really take everything in. Even in the hot, hot July, the open top felt great with the wind. As we got into the more crowded areas are Trevi fountain and the Panteon, it was fun to be in an open, but small ape. This is a great option if you think a vespa might not be your thing. Especially if you have smaller kids or aren't into vespa-ing. You get that feeling of fresh air and fun, but none of the worry about kids holding on.

Our party of 8 people were well taken care of from safety point of view and stops, restaurant, views and scenery. We had 2 guides. There was a lead guide and a tail. Two of our party were strongly advised to ride with each guide. Thank goodness this safety precaution was adhered to. What wonderful scenery and a 7 hour journey out to the countryside: Hills, forests, lakes led to a different fresh air day outside Rome. Thank you Benjamin and Glasso (?) for your safe guidance and introducing us to a beautiful view of Rome!! Highly recommend.

We took the Ape tour of Rome. Our guide, Roberto, was absolutely wonderful! Full of historical knowledge and very passionate! We went all around Italy and Roberto shared his knowledge of the history of Rome! I highly recommend Roberto for your Ape Tour!!

This is the second time I have used My Vespa and again they went over and above what was expected. This time it was my daughter and I who took the tour and our guides, Georgio and John Marco were excellent and very knowledgeable. They took time to explain the background and history of the sites we visited, whilst it was my second trip I did learn lots of new things about Rome. Nothing was too much trouble for the guys. It was really great! If you go to Rome, you think automaticly at Vespa’s! So you really have to rent a vespa to visit Rome! This place is the ideal place to rent it! Very friendly, very good price, the vespa’s are super! 10/10+

Interesting place. We arrived there on the recommendation of our hotel. Turns out it was not the best recommendation. After waiting for about 45 minutes in line (there were only 6 people in the establishment but it took a long time to take care of them) we got to a man that saw me and, without knowing me or my family, started to question me if I have ever drove one of these motorcycles... I told him no, because that is the truth, but rest assured that I have drove much more difficult and challenging vehicles and a small vespa was not going to be a challenge. He then started to tell me all the reasons why I should not rent him a thing. It became clear he simply did not want to rent us anything. Why? Only he knows and I am not going to speculate. I will leave that to whoever reads this review. One thing is for sure, the attitude of this man became to me a sign of what I could expect from the equipment or the establishment in general. I have verbally shared my experience with the hotel people to make sure they understand what it is they are recommending. I will never ever go to this place. Not that they will care since it is clear they will prefer ne not to go there at all.

The ride was funny (although i could have been given more information about rules of circulation in rome) but ... i) on renting i was told that €500 as a deposit on my card will be blocked only as long as the rental, i.e. 3 days in my case. ii) after returning the scooter i realized that the money was taken from my account - €500 being listed as a regular transaction - the stuff denied this fact even though i showed them my account history. iii) as of now, i.e. 48 hrs, the company is still keeping my money. To be avoided.

Worth every penny!!! Had a blast seeing the sights and had a great time hanging out with the driver!

Our guide Alessandro was phenomenal and the sights were amazing. If you want to feel rome like you've seen it in the movies this is a great way to do it. The traffic may seem intimidating but the guides do a great job of leading and alleviating any concerns you may have.

A-m-a-z-i-n-g!! Smiled from start to finish - just such a great way to end our trip in Rome. Nothing was too much trouble for Francesco and Nicholas (thanks, guys :), who took our all our requests into consideration - timing it exactly, to get to the canon in time! Total confidence in their driving, too - not easy on the cobbled streets! Can't recommend highly enough - don't leave Rome without doing this!

We hired Vespa's for the day and decided the safest way to travel was with experienced drivers who were Daniele and Joe, have to say we had a fabulous day with them visiting loads of places we would never have seen on our own. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Daniele / Joe were very knowledgable about the areas we visited which made the day all the more interesting. The staff when I made the booking were really friendly and went out of their to secure our booking despite us having to do it last minute. Great way to spend our last day in Rome.......

A big thank you to you both for such an amazing experience seeing Roma from a calessino. You took us to many places with such wonderful views of Roma which I would never have known existed.
