    Great "Local" Tour Experience
Mattei (sp?) our guide for the night was great. The combination of walking down small less traveled streets and learning about the history of the area was very interesting. The food stops were varied and very tasty! It was great to visit small locally owned business and try their dishes. Having a small group allowed us to meet everyone, laugh and make new friends. After a couple of days of very crowded tours at the more popular attractions, my friends and I truly enjoyed this small, relaxing and casual tour. The tour is a unique and fun way to experience Rome.

    Lovely Day
Roxanne met us at the entry to the Pompeii site and was ready to show us around. She gave us little tidbits of history helped us to feel immersed in the site. As Pompeii is a massive archeological space with too much to see in a year, let alone a single morning, Roxanne brought us to areas to give us the flavor of Pompeii. While showing us around she avoided the most crowded areas, while still getting us to the best. Definitely worth the money.

100% well worth it for the money & Experience of Rome
First off, this experience was well worth it for the $$ per person. We arrive the first day of Rome and did this food tour in the evening. Got to experience all different types of food, walk through the neighborhoods. The tour guy was very informative with the neighborhood and answered any questions you had for him. This is a sample tour, you do not get a full meal, you get to sample all tasting which is fulling. I would recommend this tour. I also ask that you TIP your guide. They appreciate it very much and they do work hard to make sure that we enjoy the tour.
