We would like to commend our tour guide Ms. Maria for sharing her knowledge while doing the Vatican tour. An impressive well-preserved historical must see place.

Terrible! We felt deceived… If you’ve never been to the Colosseum, the area is madly crowded and a clusterfeck…If that wasn’t bad enough, the tour company changed our meeting location …that left us wandering aimlessly through the crowds and pickpockets looking for the tour guide. Once we found the tour guide (off sight from the Colosseum grounds) we were told the fine print had said we have to download their app (which we weren’t able to do on location) and we found out there was NO tour guide, you just walked around in your own listening to their app…What a waste…We could have purchased the Colosseum tickets ourselves for much cheaper and avoided our frustration of having to look for the tour guide for an hour… Save yourselves a headache and DON’T use this alleged tour guide service….You’ll thank me… DO NOT Recommend

Trip guided by Irene. She was very good at moving us through a busy space filled with people & set a brisk pace for the 2.5hrs seeing the museum, sistine chapel & basilica, although to be fair we’re in our 60’s & kept up. We had Vatican provided head sets that worked well. Would recommend this trip.

The guide Ricardo deserves 5 stars! He was amazing! Very intelligent and enthusiastic throughout the experience! But ATTENTION: we bought a ticket and the title said: “March 29, 2024 at 3:15 PM Rome: Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and Basilica Tour” But if you go to the details Basilica Tour was not included… And the staff on the agency was very unkind and without any patience to the costumer.

Great tour with Antonio (the one who speaks Japanese). Antonio was full of enthusiasm a d knowledge as he guided us through the highlights of the Vatican and Sistine Chapel.

We took tour of Vatican museums, Sistine Chapel and Saint Peter Basilica with Tours about. Our guide Paolo was very knowledgeable and very passionate about the Vatican art and history.

Great experience getting into the Vatican and doing the Vatican audio tour at our own pace. Highly recommend doing it this way or downloading Rick Steves Vatican tour.

Tour was good, operator terrible, Tours About. They weren’t even at their office to collect the tickets as agreed! A neighbour had to call them at their other office & we then had to find that! As for the cost through them, total rip off ! Cost over twice as much as the actual ticket cost at the venue to ‘skip the line’ . There was no line! DO NOT USE TOURS ABOUT!

Tried to get tickets from other operators but they were sold out. Booked this one but was sceptical as low TripAdvisor score. Worked out really well. The tickets were cheaper than other providers, ordered via the Internet the day before visit. Met at the tour office just outside the Vatican (arrive about 15 minutes early to give yourself enough time - 15 minutes is ample). The guide then took us straight past all the queues and straight in to the museums. Really easy booking, really easy to find the office, really quick to get in. Recommended!

Went with Viacom on a tour of the catacombs. The guide was not accommodating as we fell behind the rest of the group. My wife told the guide of her difficulties walking at the beginning of our tour. The guide basically disregarded our concerns and we ended up quitting before getting on the shuttle. Had we known this beforehand we would not have booked this tour. It seems we are out 250.00$ Totally disappointed.

We booked this tour at the last minute as all tours of the Colosseum had sold 2 weeks in advance and this was our only option for 7 of us. Having read what reviewers wrote I was absolutely expecting the worst. However, this tour was a) easy to find, b) on-time, and c) excellent! Our female tour guide (I wish I could remember her name) was very knowledgeable and covered all important information pertaining to the historical sites we visited. It was entertaining and well worth the money. I would certainly use this tour group again.

Totally disorganised and took nearly an hour to get into the Vatican. It’s really a shame that these companies can charge so much to scalp tickets. We had to try multiple reseller sites to even get a ticket because they were already sold out on the offical ticket site.

Excellent tour with small group & a good range of local food & wine. Cartia was a great guide who shared knowledge of some local landmarks as well as the food we enjoyed. The tour was well paced & took us to a number of places we would never have found on our own. The cheese & wine tasting was the highlight.

The instructions about having to meet someone to get a voucher were not clear at all . We had not booked a group tour. No one at the location was helpful and we couldn’t get in touch with anyone at Tripadvisor . So we didn’t even get in to see the Sistine Chapel. Our time in Rime was limited so we didn’t even have the opportunity to reschedule
