When the operator Cruising Rome cancelled our reservation at the last minute for a "9 Hours Luxury Private Full-Day Shore excursion of Rome", 9 of us were left stranded at the port very disappointed. We checked with our cruise ship (Disney Dream) guest services to see if we can join another excursion through Disney, but we were unable to b/c by this time all of their buses going to Rome had left. We asked Bruno from Limousine Cruise Service at the port if they had any drivers there that could take us, and Bruno checked with this company and took us himself! He was very friendly, born and raised in the area and told us many stories. B/c we had a late start, we couldn't see all of Rome's sights but Bruno got us to St. Peter's Square, Trevi Fountain, the Spanish steps, Pizza Navona, Arch of Constantine, and the Colosseum. He knew all the roads in Rome and where to park the car that made it so easy for us. Recommend Limousine Cruise Service and especially Bruno 100%!!!!

Fantastic! Mario arranged two full-day tours for our family (Rome / Mateo and Naples / Raphael) and made our days so memorable. We had three generations in our van and were able to see SO much during our short cruise stops. Both of our drivers adjusted to our family’s needs. This is really the only way to see a lot in a day and enjoy the stop from the comfort of a van!

We booked a full day Rome private tour with a driver and right from the start Mario was very informative recommending how to time attractions for this busy day. Bruno picked us up at port and immediately started educating us on the history and culture that are synonymous with this ancient city! We so much in one day and with Bruno's knowledge accomplish the best Rome in a day experience possible. When we asked Bruno to find us a lunch spot that was an authentic Italian feeding he knew exactly where to take us and Ristorante Il Giubileo was fantastic! Bruno's passion to share the history, culture and tourist must see locations made this day for us an unforgettable experience!

Mario was fantastic, from start to finish. He was immediately responsive via email and WhatsApp. Made all the arrangements to meet my husband and son coming off the boat and arranged a full day tour . They got off the boat and went to cooking class and then to the Vatican museum. Thank you MARIO for making this such a wonderful trip for my son and husband. Can’t wait to come back again

We took three day tours with Limousine Cruise Service while on a cruise recently. My husband, my son, his wife and I enjoyed the three tours. One was from Naples, the other from Civitavichi and the last one from Liverno. I did not know them but the reviews were good and we took our chances. It was pleasant, and to us the only way to do it, when pressed by time. To give you an example, we were able to visit the inside of the Colosseum plus the Vatican Museum and see other attractions in Rome in one day after exchanging with Mario and understanding the best way to do it. The drivers are ponctual, knowledgeable and nice people. The mini vans are comfortable (8 seaters) even if you are only 4 in your group. The prices are competitive and a lot cheaper than what the cruise ship charges for excursions in a bus with a large group of people. The drivers are flexible and were able to drive my daughter in law where she could buy a few items of clothing (her luggage did not show up until day 5). They know where to eat. and Daniele brought us at a good italian restaurant in Sorrento. They will return you to your ship early enough that you don't have to start stressing about missing the ship. I recommend this company.

We are traveling with our 82 & 90 year old mothers. Frederico was our very knowledgeable guide. As he took us to the Vatican City, he pointed out & described many points of interest. He arranged for skip the line tickets of the coliseum that we had been unable to obtained ourselves. Great way to see the city & it’s abundant history without having to climb in & out of buses with 30 other people. Thank you Frederico!

We were on a cruise. So each port we only had limited time. Daniele and his team Max , Alex served us with genuine friendliness. Make sure we got back in time. Took us to all the main places for highlight sightseeing. And really become good friends to all of us! It certainly made our holiday , not only being easy. But memorable. Thank you

Daniele Cardillo is an excellent tour guide. On May 17th, our good friends invited my wife and I to join them on a private excursion during our port visit as part of our Western Mediterranean cruise on Royal Caribbean’s Oasis Of The Seas. This was by far the best excursion of our entire cruise experience and we toured Barcelona/Palma/Marseille/Florence and Rome. Daniele is personable and professional. His objective of the day is to provide you the most epic experience in the amount of time available. He did not disappoint. It is obvious from the start that he knows the area. He allowed us plenty of time to visit so many amazing sites. When in Sorrento, he reserved our lunch at a fantastic Italian restaurant. He knew the sites along the coast that would provide us amazing views and photo ops. For you to know. The cost of this excursion for my wife total was cheaper than the per person cost with Royal Caribbean. I consider Daniele himself as one of the pleasure of visiting Italy. I would (and already have) recommend him to anyone planning to visit this area (Naples, Italy). My son and daughter and granddaughter are going in 2020 and they already have his card. We had a wonderful tour with Frederico in Rome. He met us at the cruise terminal on time. He had a very nice clean van. Then we headed into Rome. He took us to all of the main spots that we wanted to see, chose a great place for lunch and ended with a stop at the Basilica. Would highly recommend this to heritage.

We booked 2 tours with Limousine Cruise Services for our recent Mediterranean cruise, Rome and Florence. Mario replied to my many emails promptly and we pre booked tickets for the Vatican and Colosseum based on his advice. Federico was our guide for Rome and he was waiting for us when we got off the ship. He was professional and knowledgeable and got us to Rome very quickly. We were able to see Piazza Navona, the Vatican and St Peter’s Basilica, the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Colosseum and Roman Forum. He navigated the streets of Rome easily and gave clear guidance at each site we were visiting, allowing us time to explore and waiting for us when we we were finished. Celine was our guide for Florence and she too was waiting for us as we got off the ship. We visited Pisa first and were there before the crowds, then we made our way to Florence, stopping at Michaelangelo Square, the views were incredible. Celine shared her excellent knowledge of the area including recommendations for lunch. Although both days were busy the whole experience was very enjoyable and relaxing and compared to the ships excursions much more personal and very reasonably priced.

We had a wonderful time in Amalfi Coast with Daniele. He planned our day perfectly and was very good in showing us these beautiful towns. Will absolutely back to this gorgeous place one day and use them again.

Had a great tour of rome today.Our driver Frederico was the best,showed us everything we wanted plus more.Took to the best restaurant for lunch,best meal we've had in rome not in the tourist area but off the beaten path. thank you mario for sending him to us.

We used these guys twice this trip, once in Livorno and again in Civitavecchia. Both trips were excellent, but the one with Frederico was tremendous. We were tired of seeing Rome after having been a number of times and wanted something different. Mario and team coordinated a tour to Tarquinia and Civita di Bagnoregio with a wine tasting stop at the end with lunch. Absolutely fantastic. If you want something unique don't hesitate to ask. The driver was on time, the van was clean, and all questions answered in a timely manner. These guys have made my short list of folks to use again next time. Highly recommend

We used this company for Naples, Florence and Rome The drivers were prompt and efficient We had full days but saw everything and got back to our ship in plenty of time. We wish we hired a guide for Pompeii the audio guides were horrible. I wish Mario was a bit quicker getting back to me with my questions so I could of made planning a little easier. Would take again and so much easier and cheaper than going on the ships excursions. 😀🍕
