We were a little disappointed by the vr experience. The graphics were outdated and we literally stood out front of the colloseum in a small group with the goggles on. We were starting to think we weren't going on an actual tour. The information was reading narrated paragraphs in the vr sky. After an hour we finished the vr and got separated into our proper tour groups. Our guide, Marco, was very informative, answered all questions we asked and truly had a passion for the history he was explaining.

This interactive tour with Christina and Marco was totally engaging. To make it even better we ended up being the only ones on the tour so had our own private tour. Christina was very patient with me when I struggled with the wonders of technology due to my glasses but it was worth it in the end. The experience brought ancient Rome to life. Highly recommend.

Tour really suggested.
The VR help you to understand exactly where you are standing, and bring back alive stones that otherwise cannot show them magnificence so well

We met Christina at the meeting point and she greeted us with a great smile. From that moment on she really made sure that we had the best experience possible. The VR googles were fun, it felt like we were playing a video game. The tour was great..our guide had a lot of knowledge about The Colosseum and enjoyed sharing it. I would definitely recommend this tour!!!

So glad I booked this tour. It was a baking hot day in Rome. Both guides were very friendly and passionate about Rome and the Colosseum. Good English too. I booked this tour for our boys 11 & 13 yrs but my husband and I loved the virtual reality aspect just as much as them. Perfect way to fully understand the incredible site before entering it. Walking straight to the front past all those baking in line was a huge bonus too. Thanks Cristina!

We loved the new virtual reality experience.
Standing right by the Colosseum & Roman Forum and being able to see the instant contrast between ancient Rome and the remains of today makes this tour amazing.
The devices worked well and the provided information through the audio guide is sharp and very interesting. I imagine this as a great experience for kids too.
Our tour leader Ruben was nice and helpful!

We booked the 3D virtual tour, the Colosseum tour and the segway tour with Ancient & Recent.
This was one of the activities we had during our company meeting. All 15 of us really enjoyed it. Thanks to Cristina who organised everything for us!

Worth it - especially with 2 teenagers.
The whole thing was fine. They told us that there wouldn't be a tour guide, that it was self guided, and it was.
