This tour, with Simona, was a great starting point for our trip to Rome. She really got our 10 year old looking at the city with new eyes, using a treasure hunt to ensure that she (we!) didn't miss the little things that can so easily be overlooked in a city so densely packed with history. She was really lovely and extremely knowledgeable. Of course, the trip to the gelateria at the end...was a total hit too. Would thoroughly recommend!

Marco was a fabulous tour guide! He was very knowledgeable and great with our 4 girls! We had a blast walking through Rome and touring a few of the sites! The pizza restaurant we stopped at was the oldest in Rome (almost 200 years old) and it was phenomenal!

We (three adults, two children) took this tour as a way of seeing the sights and keeping the kids engaged. We booked the Illuminated Tour with Gelato and Pizza, and it was fantastic. Our guide, Marco, was great and patient with the kids and kept them engaged throughout. The pizza was among the best we had in Italy, and the gelato was super tasty too! Highly recommend!!

Marco was so great with our boys aged 5-10. They were hot and tired before we began but he had them captivated and engaged from the very beginning. Fantastic tour to find out a little more about the history of Rome.

We just went on this tour two nights ago and it was the best decision ever. We flew in that same morning so my kids (8&10) were tired and distracted but wonderful Alessandra was able to keep them entertained and focused throughout the evening. She took us to eat the best pizza. Both of my boys loved it, and so did we. It was so nice to get some history behind what we were seeing around us. It was also nice to have someone who knew what to do and where to go, leading us for a few hours lol! Especially after such a long day with a 9hr 45min flight. This tour definitely helped us get the most out of our two days in Rome! We highly recommend it and would do it again in a heartbeat!

My family and my best friends family took this tour. Our guide was Marco. He was great!!!! It was a relaxing and fun as we walked the streets Marco challenged the kids with fun games teaching them about the Fountain and Navona! The kids were engaged and eager to meet the challenges as the same point us adults were participating in the games too!

Highly recommend the tour and Marco! Memories that will last a life time!

Thank you Marco!

We were travelling with a 4 year old and a 2 year old so Rome was information overload for them and it was hard to know where best to go. The tour guide was lovely and very knowledgeable. He engaged well with the kids and feeding them pizza and ice cream helped break up the tour. Would definately recommend it as Rome was much quieter in the evening. Route was push chair friendly despite the cobbles.

Our son was a bit tired already after a long day in Rome (our mistake), but Marco did a brilliant job to keep him engaged and exited. We, as parents, could relax and enjoy the tour, letting Marco take the lead in showing us around and giving us valuable tips and insights. We did the tour on our first day in Rome and it gave us a really good familiarity with the city and where to go/what to do for the rest of our stay. I highly recommend this tour! Take it early on for your stay as it will help you plan what else you want to do and see (and don’t overdo other activities earlier in the day).

My family and I had a wonderful tour of ancient Rome with pizza and gelato. Our tour guide Francesca was great and very knowledgeable about the areas we visited. Our two kids, ages 10 & 12, got along great with Francesca and she kept them entertained during the tour. I highly recommend this tour for all families and especially with Francesca as your guide!
