Romantic evening with meal and opera
We went to the opera dinner in this romantic set up . The location is great as you have a special view from the balcony to Piazza Navona . We like very much the way they combine the singing of famous Italian Operas between the courses of the meal . Although we are not experts in Opera we like the singing of Paola (soprano) and Her partner as Tenor . The pianist was very good as well . It was very educating to have an explanation from Paola on the content of each song before it was sang. The food was good and overall although it is not inexpensive I thing it is good value for money.

    Amazing
My husband and I had an amazing time! The view from the rooftop is beautiful, the dinner was really good, and the opera spectacular (only 10 people, intimate and romantic). I am glad a booked it, I was unsure because when we go on vacation we do not bring formal attire, but I emailed Paola and she said that casual/elegant would work. This opera dinner was one of the highlights of our trip and it will remain in my memories.

Absolutely amazing experience. Very intimate setting overlooking piazza navona. Highlight of our trip. The performers were fantastic. The dinner was great. The views astonishing. It was the best night out as a couple we had in rome. Would do it again and again.

    A perfect evening
Out of all the many outstanding opera productions and opera concerts I've experienced, this is the one I have enjoyed the most. The warm and personal welcome by Paola set the scene for talented singing by Paola and Francesco Antonio, with piano accompaniment by Massimiliano, taking us through a programme showcasing some of the most emotional and beautiful arias and duets from the Italian opera, with just the right amount of introduction and explanation. All this was perfectly complemented by the elegant rooftop setting on a warm, sunny evening. To feel that these amazing arias and duets are being sung just for you is an amazing experience and one to fully savour and appreciate in the moment. I chose this to mark my birthday and it was the perfect way to celebrate. Two hours of sheer joy.

Super Opera Aria evening above the crowds at Piazza Navona
This was a birthday present for my wife and it was a spectacular, most enjoyable evening. The location high above Piazza Navona was unique, the weather was kind and sunny, the aperitivo was tasty and the singing by Paola and Alessandro was top class. We should not forget Massimiliano’s excellent accompanying on the piano. It was especially helpful for Paola to provide the right amount of context for each aria to enable us to gain maximum appreciation and enjoyment. This was our second Roma Opera Omnia event and we look forward to our third next time we visit Roma. Bravo a tutti!

Gorgeous rooftop venue! Glorious singers who sang with passion and emotion. You don’t need to know a lot about opera to enjoy this, Lovely antipasti and Prosecco accompaniment at the perfect time of day as the sun was setting, Intimate, emotional and the highlight of our visit to Rome. You will not regret booking this!

    What an experience!
This was a birthday present for my partner and we'd been waiting 7 months to go, it was everything we expected and so much more! It was a fabulous reception from Paola and going the extra mile arranging flowers for my partner, just made the holiday! The views were spectacular, the music was amazing and the singing was out of this world. 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting Rome!

    Something Different and Wonderful
I highly recommend the rooftop opera with aperitivo hour. The location is just off Piazza Navona with a wonderful view of Rome. (Not a full 360 panoramic, but it is nice.) The performers were wonderful and it was quite an experience to hear Italian operas being performed in Rome. The seating areas are very comfortable and I recommend at least business casual attire. They say to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the concert, but I would show up a little early so you can enjoy the aperitivo items before the performance starts. If you are looking for a unique experience, I highly recommend this performance.

Unforgettable, a truly unique and exclusive concert
Where to start! This event is a must! Roma Opera Omnia are such a professional group and all of their events are superb. This particular concert is pure magic. The location of the event is staggering. Located on a terrace of a palace overlooking Piazza Navona. The quality of the opera is utterly beautiful accompanied by fine wine nibbles. Such an entertaining and glamorous event, topped off with a visit to the exclusive rooftop ar with 360 views of the city. You won't forget this amazing event. Worth every penny.

A very beautiful and emotional experience and on occasion brought me to tears.
This event was in my bucket list and I came with little or few have expectations but the rendition of Claudio Montervedi's "Si dolce e il tormento" by Paola Alonzi simply blew my mind. I will take this evening with me as an unforgettable and moving experience and one which typifies the Renaissance and Baroque periods in those days. There are songs in the repertoire which are equally good if not better and the hour long session which included a tour of The Princess secret apartments was truly awesome considering this was in the 16th to 17th century.

The quartet of singers were excellent and very enjoyable. 5☆☆☆☆☆
The guide Lorenzo must have been eager to get home for dinner.
Lovely museum, very interesting crypt, shame we missed half of it.
I could see in museum lots of artifacts with information cards to read but missed most of it as was ushered along too quick.
Missed the last crypt also.
Went back to view some things in museum and see last crypt and got ushered out at 6:40pm, closes 7pm ?
I paid €120 and totally disappointed with it.
I hope they read this and act on it.

Dear Lloyd, I'm Paola from Roma Opera Omnia. Thank you for reaching us with your comment. I'm so happy to hear that you enjoyed the concert: it was a pleasure to sing for you! However I would like to clarify something you reported. First of all the price of € 120 is for two people. So you paid €60 per person. The ticket includes: the entrance ticket to the museum, the heaadphones, the guided tour of church, museum & Crypt by a professional guide, the exclusive concert inside the church of Santa Maria Immacolata reserved just for our guests. Second of all I would like to remind you that you were welcome with the best attention by me and the guide Lorenzo and he helped you. He personally took you to the restroom inside the museum before the event (it was an exception, as you can only enter the museum during the guided tour). Then upon returning from the toilet you discovered that you had lost your museum ticket and Lorenzo came back and found it for you, instead of charging you for the entrance ticket again as required by the museum policy. Third of all about the guided tour. The concert in the Church ended at 5:55 pm, then we started the guided tour in the museum at 6 p.m. The museum contains hundreds of historical finds and paintings so, as all the guided tours, we offer a wide selection of it, that rapresents the history of the Capuchin Order. Despite the high number of groups inside the museum,  Lorenzo managed the situation and you were able to enjoy every hall of the museum, without crossing the loud noise of big groups. You remained for long time in front of the masterpiece of Caravaggio and inside the Crypt, longer than any other guided tour of the evening. The problem was that you broke away from the group without saying anything to the guide and went back to the chapels alone. The museum staff informed you that it was almost closing time and that you could not walk around the museum by yourself. If you had asked your guide Lorenzo to be able to review something in the museum he would have accompanied you on pleasure. So I take this opportunity to tell our guests again " Please ask our staff if you have any needs or wishes" We are there to make your experience the best it can be. Paola

Great combination of guided tour through the Capuchin Crypts and Museum with Caravaggio of St Francis, with wonderful concert by the Schola Romana singers. Music by the most famous composers of the time, including Palestrina, transparently performed by this quartet, in the lovely St Maria Immacolata church: everything falls into place. The quietly sung Sicut servus was particularly moving.

Apart from St Peter’s Dome this was our most memorable experience. Don’t waste money on a tour just use the audio sets and go at your own pace. Also ladies must cover their shoulders as it’s a Holy Shrine.
Interesting background story and the small Crypts are unforgettable, it’s amazing what one person can do with human bones. My non Catholic husband was a bit freaked out but that’s history for you!
No photos allowed but I did get a sneaky one (Confession this Saturday beckons!)

The concert portion of this tour is worth the price alone. The sacred music sung by these amazing singers will fill your soul! Due to a special event in the church the concert I attended was held in the convent and it was still amazing. If you are turned off by the crypt tour you can skip it and still tour the museum, the church, and attend the concert. If I were going to be here long enough I would go again.

After a brief visit in the church, we headed to the crypt which housed four rooms decorated with bones mostly belonging to the Capuchins and one additional room without bones serving as their small chapel. The rooms with bones are incredibly interesting containing thousands of bones arranged as works of art. Each also contains the mummified remains of some of the monks. Afterwords, a concert with four singers performs religious songs through the ages. Listening with eyes closed is a heavenly sensation ending our unusual but definitely worthwhile experience.

This is an absolute must do! I have been to the Capuchin Crypt 6 times and this was the best of all the visits.

First, Paola is incredibly responsive when booking tickets and makes it very easy to book everything. Don't be concerned about the payment process. This is my second time booking something with her and it's completely safe.

Second, our tour guide was wonderful. His name was Lorenzo and he taught me things I did not know.

Last, and most importantly, the concert. Beautiful, haunting, and an experience we will not forget. And will do again.

I did not realize Paola was the soprano for the concert and her voice is stunning. Everyone, the tenor, contralto, and basso were also so wonderful.

We wished the concert would go on longer. Be sure to buy a cd at the end for your memories!

Grazie mille, Paola and team. We loved it. :)

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING 🥹
Me and my family, we have never seen something like this place, which made our experience very unique. The tour guide was passionate about what he was doing, so it was really interesting. We must admit that our favourite part was the concert! Sending big thanks to Paola Alonzi, Micaela Parrilla, Marco Ciardo and Stefano Sabene!!! They sang so beautifully evoking so many wonderful emotions. Since one of my family members had her birthday today, they also sang her a little happy birthday song and wrote little wishes onto the paper that was in the CD that we bought. We are truly glad to have come 💗

We arranged our whole day around our plans to attend a concert at the capuchin crypt only to be told when we arrived that it was cancelled long before that day. They, too, were surprised that we did not receive a notification from trip Advisor. Please have someone contact me regarding my refund.

Kind Mrs Maria, I'm Paola from Roma Opera Omnia the society who arranges the event I 'm sorry about what happened to you! You purchased your ticket from Viator (Tripadvisor) , and it is through Viator that communications are sent to their customers because we don't have direct access to their customers. So we don't know why you didn't receive the communication, which we sent to Viator well in advance. We thank you anyway for reporting it, because it allows us to inform you that the safest (and cheapest) way to buy our tickets is through our website, from which we can also satisfy particular customer requests: dedications, food, etc. Look forward to meeting you at one of our events next time you will be in Rome! Best regards Paola Alonzi
