Amazing food and Guilia was such a lovely guide, with just the right amount of talk/historic info during the walking portion. It’s a great time to see Rome (post lockdown, less tourists), and the stops on the tour are well chosen. I won’t give away the food choices, but they’re all fab! If you’re a real wine fan, the tour is outweighed by food (just two wines), but otherwise I’d highly recommend it.

We were extremely lucky to have the tour guide to ourselves which made the whole tour even better. In between the historic visits where our guide was extremely knowledgeable we had seven different courses in different locations.

We started off with Artichokes, followed by cheese and wine and then into a shop to try the roman pizza. Next was our main meal which was in restaurant whose cellars had the remains of an old theatre. Then we had Tiramisu, followed by the most creamy coffee I have ever tasted ending with some very tasty ice cream.

The whole tour took about three an a half hours and it was worth every penny. I can really recommend doing this. We would do it again in a heartbeat!

A really good opportunity to visit parts of Rome that we wouldn’t have seen otherwise and to sample local food and wine. Roberto was a great guide for our group of 6 people and explained the history of the area. It would have been nice if he had eaten with us though. Value for money - hmm, I think that the tour operators are pushing it a bit, but we did enjoy the evening.

We had a fantastic time with our guide Roberto! He told us about the area history as we walked and ate at 7 different stops. He told us something unique about each of the food stops and about each of the sites that we visited along the way. He also did a great job listening to the needs of our group as a couple of the guys didn’t drink wine, so he would get them some local beer, he also ordered us some pasta with red sauce when that’s what the group was asking about. The tour lasted a little longer than advertised, but we were having such a great time it did not matter. He sat and ate and talked with us at each stop. I would highly recommend. We even visited a couple spots in our own during the remainder of our visit.

The tour included lots of sightseeing information and the guide was extremely knowledgeable.
However, the food and wine part fell rather short.

2 -3 Glasses of wine stretched over a 4 hour period.
The food was also very basic.

Was it worth the price tag? Nope.

This tour was a great idea! Our tour guide Giorgio was really friendly, knowledgeable and polite. He gave us some really good tips on where to eat and also what to visit. The tour was quite relaxing, going through the streets of room and getting to know more details that if not with a guide they would go unnoticed. The food was also great, various typical tasty dishes. A good advice?! Go on this tour on an empty stomach :D

The tour group was very small and I thought it might feel weird, but the guide was charming as well as informative so we had a great time. I went back to one of the restaurants on the tour the next night for a full Roman dinner experience!

This was our second visit to Rome and our second Jewish Ghetto food tour. You are able to meet a wide variety of like minded people, sample excellent local food and wine, experience a very lively and exiting night life, see a lot of the Rome sights with an interesting and informed guide. We cannot recommend this tour highly enough, it's very good value for money.

It was a rainy night and it was just my husband and I. It could have been a dreary night on our own. Instead, we had a fun and informative evening with a group of 6 people and 2 guides. Claudia was an excellent guide. The restaurants were excellent and was a good introduction to several restaurants for our first night in Rome. We had more than enough food! We loved exploring the Ghetto and the Navona area. Strongly recommend. One of our favorite activities during our Rome trip.
