City Bike Small-Group Tour of Rome
From $56.50
Discover the highlights of Rome as you ride through millennia of history on a 3-hour bike led by a knowledgeable guide. Pedal to the Coliseum and the Roman Forum, and check out the intricate Trevi Fountain, Castel Sant’Angelo and Spanish Steps. Learn about the architecture of Piazza Navona and hear informative commentary from your guide at each stop. Your small-group tour is limited to eight participants and proceeds at a leisurely pace with plenty of time for photo ops, providing a fun sightseeing tour of the Eternal City.
What to Expect
Meet your guide in central Rome and climb on your bike. Then set out to see Rome from the saddle of a mountain or trekking bike on a 3-hour bike tour of the 'Eternal City,' and discover more than you would on a walking tour.
Limited to a maximum of 8 participants, this tour is more intimate. Cycle to St. Peter’s Square to see the world’s largest church and its imposing dome. Travel back to the days of the Roman Empire as you take a circuit of the Colosseum. Marvel at the ruins of temples in the Roman Forum.
Go to the Spanish Steps to see an unusual fountain by Bernini, and the former home of the poet John Keats. Throw a coin in the Trevi Fountain. See the cylindrical Castel Sant’Angelo. Admire the glorious buildings of Piazza Navona, built on the site of the Stadium of Domitian
Keeping off the main roads, bike down charming alleys and less crowded streets to experience Rome off-the-beaten-path. Hear historical facts and funny anecdotes to enrich your experience.

Saw so much!

We actually opted for a private tour for the two of us since the group tour time didn't work in our schedule. I have to say for the extra cost it was well worth having a tour guide all to yourself. A couple of stops...More

It maybe too far to walk easily- you meet in Centro Storica, near Campo dei Flora. Try using Google maps to determine the best route. The address is on theri website
