Overview
There isn’t a much better way to spend an hour in Rome than learning how to make authentic pizza. Choose from a few different kinds of pizza and sauce while a local chef helps you with all the ingredients and equipment you need. After an hourlong workshop, take the time to enjoy your creation.
What to Expect
Your cooking class begins when you meet your small group limited to seven people or less at a restaurant in central Rome.

Before you begin, choose the style of pizza and sauce you’d like to make. You have quite a few options to choose from: fresh garlic and oregano for a marinara pizza; tomato, basil, and mozzarella for a classic Margherita; and salami, chili, and anchovies for other types. Once you decide, a professional chef helps you along every step of the way.

After your pizza is prepared, take part in a tasting session with your group. Then, finish the tour with a stroll around the city center.

Fun way to spend a day in Rome!

I really enjoyed taking this classic Rome. They broke down the pizza making process to a level that even the most kitchen inept person can make a delicious pizza. I highly recommend this class.

Our course was held at Via Giuseppe Zanardelli 12, Restaurant Jazz (near Piazza Navona). But you might want to email to double-check if you're there. I emailed Caterina and received a prompt response.
