We begin at our bicycle garage near teh colosseum at 5pm (4pm during the winter months).
After having allocated bicycles to all participants, choosing from a range of sizes and types available including vintage road bikes and custom hybrid bikes, along with helmets and lights, we head off into the city center.
Depending on where we think is best for the time of year and taking into consideration crowds and hordes of tourists, we will plan a route that covers as much as possible during the tour duration. The tour is due to last 3 hours in total including a stop for an aperitif in Trastevere.
Join us for an authentic night out in Rome by bicycle. We will lead you along the traffic free streets and through pedestrianized areas, taking in major sites and squares along the way.
The weather was wonderful for this trip. Our guide was very knowledgeable and took us to places we had not yet seen in our travels. Most on our tour chose an electric bike but my wife and I chose a regular one. A couple of...More
Such a great way to see Rome. Our guide Conrad (just a humble bookshop owner) was a wealth of knowledge and very accomodating. We had an awesome time and saw some sights that we definitely would have missed. E-bikes were easy to use and made...More

I recently returned from a quick trip to Rome, and absolutely LOVED the Rome by Night tour. My mom and cousin and I did this tour our first evening in Rome. We weren't sure if we'd have the energy after a red eye flight, but...More
The Vatican is typically it’s OWN tour. My husband and I did a breakfast in the Vatican City- which is great but long for a young child. The bike tour, however is a great activity that will not bore a youngin! ;) You’ll... More
The Vatican is typically it’s OWN tour. My husband and I did a breakfast in the Vatican City- which is great but long for a young child. The bike tour, however is a great activity that will not bore a youngin! ;) You’ll wanna check Red Bicycle policy of course. Perhaps the private tour option would be good so that you, as a parent, could decide if the city biking was too intense and change the course.
