    Great taste of Tuscany
Natasha was an incredible guide. Very friendly, fun and informative. Low season is great for less crowds but not a lot of shops were open.

In response to accusing of using using another company. That’s a lie
It is a lie to say we booked through another company! I have everything to prove we booked with you. What a sad way to manage a poorly handled situation on your end to being with!

    Amazing Pompeii
Finally, I found myself walking in the ancient city of Pompeii! It was incredible. Unfortunately, less than half way through the tour, it rained heavily. There was no cover to be found and we were all soaked. We had to rush through our tour and missed quite a lot. Our guide was absolutely fantastic.

Nice to skip all lines. Francesca was our guide and was very informative. We had a large group - about 30 people. She did a good job of answering questions.

Great tour but wish we had more time
Enjoyed the trip! Viviana was our guide and Adamo (spelling?) was our driver. We started promptly at the meeting place Piazza del popolo. We were told we would be stopping in a town called Cassino to use the bathroom and there would be drinks and pastries for purchase. My mistake was not asking how much, but would like to caution others that we only purchased 2 croissants and it was about 9€. I thought this was kind of pricey and they didn’t taste great. All the souvenir items for purchase seemed expensive as well. It looked like it was somewhat of a tourist trap, all the green buses stopped here. We then proceeded to Pompeii, on our way our guide mentioned the only restaurant open during our time was this pizza place so she went down the aisle asking who would like to order and took a count. She said the pizza would be ready at 1230. We arrived at Pompeii for our tour. I enjoyed the tour but wished it would have been longer. I apologize for not remembering the guide that took us through, but she was a blonde lady and was very good. There was a restaurant right outside the entrance that had some food. Once we get back to our bus area she said we could use the bathroom and get our pizza. I believe the pizza was about 17€ a person. It included the pizza, drink, and a pastry. The pastry was good but pizza tasted like they used chef boyardee sauce. Before leaving viviana was asking who didn’t get a pizza because there was one left. It seemed weird to me that there was concern about a pizza not purchased. Moving on to Positano, the drive once we got to view the coast was beautiful. We ended up having about an hour to walk around on our own after we established meeting point and were to access the beach. I wish we would have had more time… so pretty. There were only a couple of shops open and it looked like a restaurant was open but we didn’t buy anything. We get back on our shuttle to get back to our bus. Our main bus driver did a great job driving this tough area. We then proceed to head back to Rome with one bathroom stop back in the same cassino stop. Viviana said there would be free samples of some wine, olive oils, and limoncello. We stopped and there we sampled to try. We didn’t purchase anything from here because it seemed like it was more expensive than we could buy in Rome. We spent about 20 min each time from bathroom which was about the right amount for our group of 50. We arrived back at our meeting point around 745. It was a long day but really enjoyed it. I enjoyed Viviana telling us information as we drove through different areas. If I could do it again I might chose to split the two places up to spend more time in each place.

    A memorable day trip!
What an exceptional day excursion! It was impeccably coordinated, timely, and comfortable. I must highlight the outstanding efforts of our tour guide, Rob, who truly exceeded expectations throughout the 13-hour journey. He was consistently, energetic, fun, friendly and knowledgeable, offering both historical insights and practical advice, while also attentively catering to every passenger on the bus. A big thank you to Rob for making our day trip to Pompeii and Positano truly memorable!

A must do when in Rome
The tour lasted approx. 3 hours however this time flew in. Be prepared to walk and wear comfy shoes. The only negative is that we struggled to find the meeting point for our tour. The directions were sent however not clear, this was the first time we'd been to Rome so we weren't familiar with streets. I would recommend to the tour company sending a map of the meeting point along with the booking confirmation. We nearly missed our start time. Our tour guide was Stephanie and she was excellent, very knowledgeable and happy to take questions throughout the tour. She was patient and waited on the whole group as we took photo's or straggled at the back. Vatican Museum is very busy once inside, we went in Feb and I dread to think how busy it would be at peak times. Sistine chapel is beautiful. again very busy and well guarded. The guards keep you right with where you are allowed to stand. St Peter's was our final stop and where the tour left off. Once the tour ended we were allowed to spend time here which was appreciated. This is a must do when in Rome. Before booking check the dates of the Pope's address, Wednesday AM's will prevent you from entering parts of this tour.

ROB IS THE BEST!! A wonderful tour, highly recommend!
ROB (my group's guide) IS AMAZING!!! This trip was INCREDIBLE. Natasha, the guide at Pompeii, was STELLAR. This day trip was absolutely the best idea of my time in Rome. You CANNOT miss Pompeii while in Italy and this is the tour to book for it. I felt like I got a great understanding of the ancient city even in such a short amount of time (you could spend weeks at Pompeii and not see everything). Postiano/Amalfi Coast Highway was an amazing picture location, too, another must-see that this tour efficiently and wonderfully presented to the group. Though I will warn if you are looking to book this in the summer be prepared for a lot of traffic. Because I went in the off season, it was easy and quick (no traffic, it is quite a bit driving regardles of course). But Postiano will be a madhouse in summer, just be prepared for that! Also, Rob was a wealth of knowledge and a wonderful storyteller. He recommended a restaurant for authentic Roman cuisine to try after the tour that was the BEST Rome food I had during my time in the city. 10/10, wonderful trip.

This was such a fun tour!!! We visited different places along the way and Giacomo took us in his time machine back several centuries with 6 fascinating stories of ghosts, murders, executions, and betrayals. He was an AWESOME guide and kept us hanging on his every word during his various ghost stories. We highly recommend this tour!

A really captivating and well-paced tour. Our tour guide Serena was well knowledgeable and answered all the extra questions we had about the city and the life there. 1,5 hours went by flyingly, and we learnt a lot of interesting facts. It’s a great plus that the tour takes place in the evening, so those who cannot stand the heat that sometimes can be in Rome, it’s a perfect option for after dinner walk in more bearable temperatures than 36-degree sun.

Roberto was an outstanding tour guide! His story telling was captivating with a touch of humor and levity. He stressed the importance of understanding history, even the dark history to truly understand Rome. He made this tour easily our favorite one of the week!

This tour was great! The guide, content, and sites were all wonderful! Roberto was, by far, the best guide we had during our week and a half in Italy. His storytelling was extremely fun and engaging. We especially liked the way he would thread stories together, closing the story out for the current stop and teeing up the next story before we begin walking so that by the time you reach the next point you're already eager to hear what's next. His knowledge comes through in the details he shares in and between stories. On several occasions he also offered to help the group with anything they may need to make their stay in Rome enjoyable. What more could you ask for!?

The Illuminated Rome Night tour was a total bust. After a taxi ride to the meeting spot the guide did not show up. There were several people waiting. We all tried to call the number and simply recieved a voicemail. I contacted via email and they said I must have been in the wrong spot and that they considered the matter closed. I was not late or in the wrong spot (just like the other people waiting). We had many tours over the 2 weeks in Europe & this was the only one the tour guide was a no show for.

Our host met us with a smile and intrigued us with a preface of the night to come. She proceeded to bring us up and down several streets, provide us with history and lore, and kept us wanting more! You would think a hour-ish walking tour would be enough- but it wasn’t! She was fabulous, and easily the BEST tour we did in Rome! To give you an idea we did the colosseum, Vatican, and pantheon tours. Not that they weren’t great sites to see, but the tours were “meh” in terms of entertaining and informative. Where the other tours were monotone, this tour was lively! I HIGHLY recommend this tour to ANYONE- you want history? You want fun facts? You want to walk away feeling you actually know more than you could read in a book? This is your tour!

Giacomo, our tour guide, was amazing! It was great to hear a side of Rome that I'm sure not many do. It's essentially an anthology of horror events that have happened in Rome while walking around to the different places of relevance. My favorite has to be the one with Romes' youngest execution, but i won't spoil anything. Have fun!

Our tour guide (Divan) was great. Besides the amazing stories and his enthousiastic way of speaking, he also gave amazing tips on food & drinks and the best places to find it. This is a great way to explorer Rome in a not so touristic setting.

It was a great tour with the a guide called sam (he said he has a turkish name so maybe samet?) who told a lot of interesting and entertaining stories about the city and the people who lived there. Tour has good length and never gets boring. Sam had a very fun and vivid style of story telling. Great Job!

Our tour guide was very nice; only reason it got two stars. However, with no headphones and normal nightlife, it was very hard to hear her with face masks. The first 4 stories were not very interesting and so we cut our losses and left. We did multiple tours in Rome and all of Italy and this was by and far our least favorite.
