Hands down, the best part of our ten day Italian adventure was our private charter with Roberto, Osvaldo and Rosa at Charter Villas! I believe strongly in going the extra mile, as it’s never crowded, so it’s always refreshing when you meet another who has a similar ethos. Roberto went above and beyond for my husband and I, but it became increasingly apparent that he just has a gregarious, genuine zest for life and a deep, unrelenting passion and pride for his home, the beautiful Amalfi Coast, which is wildly contagious and makes him undeniably endearing. His son, Osvaldo, is precious and a remarkable captain. And Rosa, his wife, is the salt of the earth with a dazzling personality. My 40th birthday to Capri will undoubtedly go down as one of my top favorite moments in my Book of Life and I can thank Charter Villas for that. I hope this wonderful family knows that if they ever visit the US, and specifically South Carolina where we live, they now have family they can visit!

Helping you see all you can and not caught up in tourist lines but learning about the area! Seeing sights, amazing Turquoise and deep blue water, swimming in a cave and seeing the magic of the Amalfi Coast! Roberto and Rosa took good care of us and made it our best day!! Would only recommend them to help you along the way! They live here and truly care about their community and take pride in helping you learning about its Rich history!! We feel we have made new friends in the world! Grazie!!

We had the best day of our honeymoon when we decided to do the boat day with Roberto. We stayed in Positano so he drove to pick us up to give us the best experience we can via boat. Throughout the boat ride he told us about everything we were seeing. We got to go to Capri on the boat and dock at Marina Piccola, we couldn’t believe how clear and blue the waters were. It was So much more peaceful then the ferry entrance. We had lunch at lo scoglio delle sirene, the fresh fish was perfection and the squid ink pasta was also amazing. We got to explore Capri a little and then got back on the boat where we got to go to a bunch of the grottos and get out and swim in caves. You can tell he loves what he does and is a true local. We hope to come back again and do this boat ride again. 100 percent recommend.

I can’t not recommend Roberto enough! He was extremely thorough when planning our boat tour and answered ALL of my questions( there were a lot) He made myself and family feel extremely safe on the boat and was extremely helpful with both of my parents!!! He had such a good positive energy and this day made our Italy trip complete!

Roberto is the man lots more to see in Europe but will come back here soon to do it all over again he made the whole trip and entertained us all

Roberto was wonderful! He showed us so much. He was so accommodating, knowledgeable, and so passionate sharing the history of things we saw. He truly is the BEST. He also took lots of pictures for us and gave us great pointers as we explored Capri. We would highly recommend booking with him. The next time we come back to Sorrento, we will definitely be in touch to see other places with him.

The farm experience was absolutely amazing with a great guide and awesome food! Would highly recommend this as a tour while in Sorrento! Alberto was great to get us into the tour last minute and even arranged a private transport with Rosa who was very nice to chat with while we went to the farm!

Roberto is an amazing Captain and Host. We had sooo much fun the day of our charter. First, the boat is big and comfortable. Roberto shared so much knowledge about the Amalfi Coast going back to the eruption of Mt. Vesuvious. It was amazing to listen to all the history and Roberto makes it entertaining and fun! We arrived into Capri and Roberto brought into a semi private docking area away from the tourist taking the ferries. Roberto’s lunch recommendation was fabulous. After some shopping and site seeing is Capri is was back the boat for a smooth trip back to Sorrento. We were with Captain Roberto for 8 hours and the time flew by. What an amazing day. If you’re looking for a great day, book it with Captain Roberto. You won’t regret it. Five stars all the way!!!

Amazing day on the boat with Roberto!! He was so kind to keep us safe with the questionable weather and to have us go out on the sea and show us all of the beautiful sites, getting us back just in time before a storm began! Special thanks to Rosa for picking us up and Roberto for his expert boating skills!! We will remember this day forever :)

We had a wonderful time and saw all around the island of Capri. We hope to bring more family back and do it again in the future! We highly recommend this experience to all!

Roberto was a wealth of knowledge and treated us like family. This boat trip was really the highlight of our whole trip. He knew exactly where to take us for some hidden gems that I don’t think knew would have ever seen or have known about! Highly, highly recommend!

My wife and I were on our honeymoon and we had a truly wonder experience on a private boat tour along the Amalfi Coast with Charter & Villas. First we were picked up from our hotel in Positano but Rosa who was lovely. She drove us to Sorrento where we met with the boat Captain (her husband Roberto) and 1st mate (her son Osvaldo). They were so sweet and their boat Lilla was beautiful. It had an upper level for a private experience. As we progressed along the coast, Roberto gave us a history of the coastal towns, architecture, and Roman ruins. He took many photos and videos for us and took us to all the sites without having to be wrapped up in the big tour boats and long waiting lines. All this while his son Osvaldo drove the boat perfectly. Their generosity and hospitality was above and beyond. My wife had been on a boat tour of the Amalfi coast before and said this was an unmatched experience. We stopped off in Capri and they brought us to their favorite restaurant where we had catch of the day fish, which were delicious. Roberto, Rosa, and Osvaldo made the day effortless for us and made it a once in a lifetime experience. They are an amazing family and deserve all the praise we can give. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone looking to tour the Amalfi Coast. At the end of it all Rosa drove us back from Sorrento to Positano. A day we will hold fondly in our memories forever.

Osvaldo was a great captain and Rosa was a fabulous tour guide. Loved exploring the area by water, swimming off the coast in Capri, and then our fabulous lunch in Capri. So much fun and so much beauty!

Roberto was an amazing captain. We had the whole day on one of his beautiful boats relaxing with plenty of coves and caves to explore. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. A super relaxed day. He also was our photographer for the day and I was able to get candid snapshots of our day. Highly recommend and will absolutely use again.
