- Z212WJharryn0 contributionsTicket not accepted by the MuseumThe Skip the Line ticket was not acceptable at the ticket office. There was no line. Don’t throw away your money. Wonderful museum. Well worth the time.Written September 8, 2024
- Dream594679767780 contributionsWorth visiting! Spectacular ceilings! The palace doesnt look like a pslace from outside but its spectacular inside! We went around 5pm and were almost alone there! Ceilings took our breaths away! Each one is different and absolutely stunning. During our 5 weeks trip around Europe we have seen a number of castles and palaces and we still were impressed. Very worth seeing. A little hard to find the entrance due to renovations, could be better sign- posted. Otherwise - great! TxWritten September 7, 2024
- ColemanEB0 contributionsWeekend in Italy cancelled our bookingProvider cancelled our booking, Claimed that the time was not available and no suitable alternative was available. However there is plenty of availability on the direct museum site for the same date.Written September 5, 2024
- C9981WIdaniellel0 contributionsScam companyThis company is a complete and utter scam. We ordered a Christmas ornament from them. They never sent it so we followed up. They responded they were working on processing the order and we never heard from them again. I followed up several times and they never responded. Do not use this company for anything.Written September 1, 2024

- Marco1910860 contributionsGreat scenic views at the Castel. On my first full day in Rome I visited this place. I had a fun time there. Even though I suffer from kidney disease it was easy to get around and there was many places I could rest for a bit. The view from the top of the Castel is amazing. You can see many landmarks in Rome. The history of the building is also interesting. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome.Written August 5, 2024

- S6793NRmichaelt0 contributionsthe gist of my experience is garbage"Weekend in Italy" cancelled my ticket two days before the event, despite having a confirmation number. And now i have to arrange for my own refund, it's not even automatic.Written July 29, 2024
- R5209FVsb0 contributionsTerrible tour operatorUnresponsive and unhelpful service. Beware also, they sell products (ie, museum tickets) that you can buy more cheaply and easily directly through the site/museum you are visiting.Written July 27, 2024
- 681jonis0 contributionsTOTAL Scam - this venue does not have a Skip the Line option!Do not waste your money on these tickets. When you get to the venue there is one line and one line only. Whether you are buying tickets that day, whether you puchased them online, or if you purchased these tickets billed as "Skip the line" you wait in the same line. We were in line behind people buying tickets at the counter. When we asked where you go in w/the Skip the Line tickets we were told "there is only one line, everyone waits in line here". So Instead of paying $13 per ticket ($39 total) like others we were waiting in line behind we paid $66+. Some museums in Florence have actual "Skip the Line" lines. The Galileo and the Leonardo Interactive Museum do not, so do not fall for this scam like we did. I included a picture showing the ticket desk that I took when we were leaving. When I took the photo no one was in line as there was when we arrived, but it shows you the desk where everyone enters. No Skip the Line option here. When I requested a refund I was told it is busy during the summer and it is normal to wait in line. Sorry no refunds.Written July 27, 2024
- M2402HBpaulc0 contributionsGreat museum, crap ticket system. What’s a fantastic collections of items from Egypt. The sheer number of items was overwhelming! The bright colours on objects, the whole tombs and how they were put together was really interesting. If you are in the area it’s well worth just piping into the museum to see if you can gain entry. Trying to get tickets on line was an absolute nightmare! We nearly didn’t try to get in. But we were extremely happy we chanced our arms!Written July 27, 2024
- charlheinz0 contributionsNice museum, but not what I expected....Interesting exhibition about ancient scientific instruments, but you do not learn a lot about Galileo Galilei himself. Furthermore, many of the instruments shown were developed centuries after Galilei's death (e.g. electrical devices). All in all a nice museum, but the name does not match the actual exhibition.Written July 26, 2024

- fiddlerc0 contributionsHop on the vaporetto and enjoy!!We jumped on the vaporetto at St. Mark's Square and enjoyed the ride on the lagoon and had a wonderful conversation with a local Venetian on the way. The museum is stunning! Just get off the boat and there it is - 1 minute walk. Highly recommend the visit. It was a wonderful way to spend a few hours and experience a taste of Murano and the skills of the glass work.Written July 12, 2024

Booked on trip advisor, money taken from account. Then told 24 hours later that could not supply tickets with no reasonable explanation. Took ages to get money back and although have tried to contact Viator no one seems bothered. Booked direct on online official site with no problem and cheaper.

One of the best archeological sites in the world and clearly worth visiting. However, the ticketing, queuing, and toilets need modernising. The cafe/restaurant is inadequate considering the visitor numbers.

I have been to Pompeii several times before and each was a memorable event. With an archaeological guide, it was the best tour I have taken, giving more insights and perspectives with regard to the actual archaeological work that has transpired and is ongoing. I would absolutely recommend having an expert in the field who has done excavation at the sight be your tour guide.
