About
The Campania region in Italy is known for its food, and its capital city of Naples, a hotbed of Michelin-starred cuisine, is at the heart of it. With your local host, try Neapolitan ragù – a hearty, slow-cooked tomato sauce – and cuoppo di mare, a variety of deep-fried seafood, then pop to a grocery store for buffalo mozzarella. Sample the street food of choice, fritto misto (a mix of fried foods) and enjoy locally produced wine with appetizers. End on a sweet note with ricotta-stuffed sfogliatella or rum-soaked baba and a Neapolitan espresso.
Within 24 hours after booking you'll receive a short questionnaire about your personality and interests. Based on your responses, you'll be assigned a like-minded host. Your host will communicate with you directly to suggest an itinerary to help you discover what makes the city unique. You will also agree on a meeting time and place. Your itinerary is flexible, so during the experience, you can always change your mind about what you want to do.

High points for us were Napoli Underground with the greco-roman subterranean architecture, the Via Toledo in the Spanish Quarter, and the walk along the Bay of Naples waterfront. - melindarM6768LG0 contributionsGreat way to get the flavor of Naples in a short timeWe had one day to spend in Naples- and it was our 50th anniversary. Enya was the perfect guide to give us a taste of what Naples has to offer. She was so knowledgeable and eager to share her enthusiasm for this area rich in history. She was flexible and adapted our tour as we were still very jet-lagged and it was a busy weekend day. She made sure we saw a little of everything, pointing out places we might like to visit on our own if we had time. We ended the time with a roof-top dining experience of pizza in a town square, a place we would never have found on our own, and by the end of our time, we felt we had made a new friend.Written January 9, 2025
- srsafir0 contributionsGreat introduction to NaplesHad a very fun informative tour of Naples. Got a new perspective on the city. Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to visitWritten January 5, 2025
- jelines20190 contributionsNaples tourWe had Ilenia as our tour guide for our Naples day trip. We enjoyed our time with her and were able to see the places we wanted to at our own pace. The places we went to were very busy because of the time of year but Ilenia knew where to go which meant the tour was still enjoyable (even for the kids) despite the crowd. Would definitely recommend!Written December 30, 2024
- Riddoch880 contributionsFlexible intro to historic Naples including some great local knowledge.Enya provided us with wonderful, personalised three hour introduction to Napoli. Her knowledge, flexibility with the itinerary and friendly personality made for a great morning’s wander around the historic centre followed by a walk to Piazza del Plebiscito. So much to see & do - amazing historic buildings, delicious tastings along the way, but most of all the incredible vibrancy and energy of the city. We highly recommend Enya - a great host.Written December 29, 2024

She knew the city very well and provided a lot of recommendations prior to the day of our tour. We walked around all over Naples from the Ancient Town to the Bay of Naples then high up in the hills overlooking the city. It was a pleasure working with her and we got a nice tour of Naples and the history surrounding it.Written November 28, 2024

- Lydia50Kamloops0 contributionsWhirlwind tour of Amalfi CoastThe day began very early where I had to meet the driver at 7:15 am. Eugenio was a ton of fun and navigated the narrow windy mountain roads like a pro! I would have liked to stop at more historical sites and learned about them. We stopped only a few times on the highway for a photo from the van. We stopped in each town, Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi. Be prepared for crowds. We had a fast lunch in Positano. Although the restaurant had a beautiful view, we were sat in the back with no view. Overall I enjoyed the sites, and the experience.Written October 25, 2024
- RPBLondon0 contributionsGreat experience in NaplesReally good tour of Naples with a lot of information tailored to what we were interested in (history, culture, architecture). Lots of information around the main sites!Written October 20, 2024
