We always use Joe Banana when we are in Italy. We used them twice this trip for transfers from Rome and as always they were fantastic. Great service, nice people, beautifully maintained vehicles and skilled drivers.

Working with the Joe Banana group, particularly Anna L, was an amazing experience. They organized airport transfer from Rome to our hotel in Naples, walking tour of Naples with the fabulous Perpaolo, a cheese making class and lunch on a beautiful family farm, private tour of Herculaneum with a very knowledgeable art history major, and helped us buy tickets for events in cities where we did not even use their services. Above and beyond! Very proactive with the planning, communication was wonderful and prices were very reasonable. Our highest recommendation and we will definitely use them again- outstanding!

If you need a professional, established company to handle your travel needs then Joe Banana Limos is it! I have traveled to Rome many times over the years and have used various limo companies. However, JBL will be my transportion company from now on. Everything is handled professionally from the pickups to the dropoffs. All the vehicles are immaculate and the latest models. The drivers are courteous and always dressed in suits. I used JBL for my airport transfers and an event. The transfers were always on time, My JBL coordinator, Nunzia, was wonderfully professional with her follow-up and detailed messaging. She handled all my requests effortlessly! When I return to Rome I most certainly will have JBL handle all my transfers and hopefully next time around I will have the time to experience one of their private tours.

We enjoyed a 10 day private tour of Venice, Florence, Rome with day trips to numerous smaller cities for wonderful experiences like balsamic and wine tasting, cooking classes and gondola rides. Our driver Giuseppe’s was fantastic and the van was very luxurious. All aspects of the trip were delightful with plenty of down time, personal requests attended to and highly knowledgeable guides who enriched our experiences immensely. Our guides ensured we saw all the highlights in the many museums and churches we toured and helped us to understand ancient and Italian history and art. My wife and I had a personal driver tour of Italy for a once in a lifetime adventure, and Joe Banana's did not disappoint. Our trip included Rome, Naples, the Amalfi Coast, Assisi, Venice, Florence, and Cinque Terre. We had private tours of Rome, Venice, Florence, and Cinque Terre. Our driver was engaging and entertaining as we drove from place to place. We had a private tour of a cheese factory and a cooking class, but the highlight was a private tour of a family run balsamic vinaigrette that included a meal up in the hillside. From working with their staff, to the all the details they took care of, we would highly recommend using this company for your Italian Tour needs.

We used Joe Banana limo service three times during our two week visit to Italy. Service was excellent. Drivers were on-time, courteous, and helpful. Vehicles were immaculate. On one leg from Naples to Sorrento, we stopped for an excellent private tour of Pompeii set up by Joe Banana. We also engaged them for a private day tour of the Amalfi Coast. So don't think of this organization as just a limo service. Special Kudos to Maria, a guest ambassador. She was thorough and meticulous in answering our early inquiries and setting up our arrangements. She promptly and thoroughly answered every email.

Great opportunity to tour the coast, learn about making lemonchello, and enjoying a lovely lunch above the water. Our chef boast was very cordial!

We really enjoyed taking the express (business class) train from Rome to Naples. Then Umberto picked us up and was EXCEPTIONAL in showing us Naples on our way to Positano. We had "locals" pizza and on our way we stopped for wine tasting and limoncello! I'd do it again!!! PS Umberto's English was impeccable !

Bruno was an amazing transfer, he was so welcoming and made us feel safe the whole day. He gave a wonderful lunch recommendation and was so cheerful the entire time. Such a great guy, and will definitely be reusing his services when we return.
