We were stopped in a transit and asked to re-book and go. Sucked a lot of money while re-booking ticket twice. It deserves to carry 0.1 rate out of 10.

We did a self- guided tour of Pompeii Ruins we thought we would stay for 3 hours we stayed and looked around for 7 hours. The skip the line tickets with audio guide was a fantastic way of seeing and learning about Pompeii at your own pace and you can make your own decisions on what you want to see and how long you want to stay highly recommend the service and information given to us by this group.

Stefania provided us an incredible walking tour of Pompeii offering insightful knowledge of the ruins, and then off to the Archaeological Museum, local lunch, visit to the city center which complimented our experience, maximizing our time at this port. We had the best time in Pompeii and at the Naples museum with Stefania. She was so knowledgeable about Pompeii that is really made it come alive for us. My granddaughters ages 16 & 18 were able to ask questions which added to our great experience. After lunch we toured the Naples Museum. Again Stefania was spot on. She was so informative we could have stayed for hours. It was the best day! Thanks Stefania!

Stefania, our guide, made the museum come alive for us. The ancient Roman art is well worth seeing, both statues and mosaics. It's fabulous.

We had an amazing tour visiting Pompei and climbing Mount Vesuvius. Our driver, Marco picked us up at our accommodation in Naples. He is an excellent driver and while getting to the archeological site in Pompei, he was giving us a lot of information about the area. Rosanna, our guide for our private tour in Pompei was excellent. She is so knowledgeable and entertaining at the same time. Our two daughters (age 12 and 10) enjoyed the tour as well. It was beyond our expectation. I would highly recommend to visit Pompei with a guide. There’s so much to see that it could easily be overwhelming on your own. We had lunch at a local winery which was fantastic. After lunch we climbed Mount Vesuvius which is an unforgettable experience. We had a fantastic day and we were very well taken care of. Thanks to Marco, Rosanna and Ginevra (our contact person and trip organizer) for making sure that our family had a fantastic trip.

This is a must do while you are visiting Naples. Enzo was an excellent guide and took such great care of us! He spoke wonderful English and also taught us a few Italian words. Positano is one of the most beautiful cities we have ever seen. We had lunch at a beautiful winery as well! Rosanna was one of the best guides we had as well. We are four friends interested in history and wanted to get a real feel for Pompeii and Herculaneum. Our guide was Catello aka Lello. He was brilliant, mixing incredible in-depth knowledge of both sites, with humour and a style of delivery that held us interested for five hours across both sites. By having Lello guide us, it turned what might have been a tour of some interesting archaeological sites into a fascinating afternoon which gave us a much greater insight into the lives of the people of the two towns, how they lived and the events of 79AD. We would thoroughly recommend having a private tour - it was worth every cent.

Antonio took us to Pompeii & Herculaneum. He was absolutely brilliant, using his vast knowledge & expertise, he made us feel like we were the first people he had ever taken on a tour (when in fact, he would have done many thousands of times!) They are of course, the scenes of tragic events, which Antonio managed sensitively and with respect, however he also enabled us to learn, ask questions and enjoy our visit to both sites. We cannot thank Antonio enough. Driver Antonio was brilliant - very helpful & we really enjoyed his company Nina who organised the tours, this one and the Food Tour with DeDe (also excellent), was very efficient, excellent English & communication skills, always replying promptly to emails, which was much appreciated!

We took the private trip to Capri with Brunello Petito! She is adorable! Ask for her and you won’t be disappointed. Showed us where to go and what to see. Brunella doused us with history and tidbits of the island of Capri! She is so well known in Capri she made us feel very special. All the people there love her and they gave us special treatment because of her. She is the Princess of Capri! Worth every penny! Till we meet again Brunella! Blessings to you and your family. Our guide, Anna Maria, was exceptional! Of all our excursion experiences, we enjoyed the one to Capri the most! Anna did a fantastic job of telling us about the history, culture, special interests, food and everything about Capri. We also were so thankful that we go to experience the Blue Grotto. Anna took us to the area first to get in line early. Lucky for us the weather was amazing and conditions were perfect to experience the cave. Afterwards, she took us to a great restaurant where we enjoyed ravioli, pizza and wine. Then off to the chairlifts to see the incredible views. It was truly an amazing day and we will have wonderful memories of our day on Capri. I will recommend your firm to all of our friends. We can't wait to come back!

We had a great private tour. Picked up on time at ship and taken to Pompeii first. Tour guide waited in line for us to purchase entry tickets. Highlights of Pompeii with our children and shade (it was hot) in mind. Incredible local restaurant for lunch was awesome (best coffee of the whole trip at lunch). Mt. Vesuvius was next...wear tennis shoes for hike but very doable and worth it. We arrived back at our ship well before all aboard time. Nina always responded, through e-mail, to my questions beforehand. Thank you for all your help in making that excursion one of the highlights of our trip.

Pompeii and Herculaneum one day tour from Rome. This was an outstanding experience. We only had one day to do Naples and this tour covered both sites in the time frame with excellent detail, providing insight into the unique features of each site. We were impressed with the archaeological and historical knowledge of our guide: Barbara’s insight combined with her personable manner provided an entire experience beyond our expectations. Barbara gave us an exceptional tour of Pompeii and Herculaneum. Alfredo, our driver was the best. He needs an award for his driving skills and his hospitality! We had a wonderful day. My family and I booked a private tour of Pompeii and Heraculaneum through Tours of Naples with Salvo and his team. We had the pleasure of having Salvo himself as our guide. It was an incredible day that went so smoothly it made attending a highly popular tourist sight actually enjoyable. We were staying in Sorrento and our driver met us at one of the main squares. Our driver was prompt, professional and friendly. He drove us to Pompeii where we met up with our guide, Salvo - and what a treat it was to meet him! Salvo is exceptionally knowledgeable (a PhD in Linguistics and a teaching background in history), funny and charismatic. Salvo was able to take us right to the front of the line, helped us purchase our tickets, and immediately enter the site. He was able to navigate the site with ease, helping us avoid major crowds and getting us up close to look at the various ruins. He is passionate about the history and preservation of Pompeii and Herculaneum, which was evident during the entire tour. In between the two sites (and at our request) Salvo recommended a place for lunch which was a nice break between the two sites. We spent the second part of our day in Heraculaneum which all of us enjoyed even more than Pompeii. We would HIGHLY recommend this private tour. It was the highlight of our 2 week trip!

We took two private tours - Herculaneum and Vesuvius and then Pompeii. Our guide Leo was fabulous - interesting, knowledgeable, fun and engaging. We had such a great time!
