I booked this tour on 6/20/24 for a tour on 10/15/24 for $385.32 for 4 epople. On 9/4/24, Sergio informed me the price was a mistake and it would cost 450 euros, which equates to $500. I agreed to pay him the difference of what I paid and the $500, which is $115. Sergio then wanted 150 euros, but agreed with the $115. On 9/6/24 Sergio asked me again to pay 150 euros more, not the agreed upon $115. It was agreed to move forward with the tour as agreed upon, with me paying the additional $115. I paid for the tour on 9/17/24. After paying for the tour, on 9/23/24 Sergio now asked me to pay $150 more, versus the $115. On 10/7/24, a week before the tour, Sergio canceled the tour. He informed me the market price was 500 euros and because Viator took so much in commission he could not do the tour. Sergio ended the text message stating I should be happy he gave me a weeks notice of the cancelation, versus canceling it at the last minute. Needless to say, I was already concerned about going on this tour, we gladly requested a refund and booked the tour with someone who had more reviews.

Sergio is the best! He picked us up at Rome airport and whisked us to Pompeii for a pizza lunch and tour of the ruins and then on to our apartment in Amalfi. 2 days later I celebrated my birthday with a day-long driving tour of the Amalfi Coast with Sergio! I loved all the personal touches from singing Happy Birthday in the van to a lunch reservation in Ravello - our best meal on the Coast! Thank you Sergio for your patience, flexibility, and KNOWLEDGE of the Amalfi Coast!! Highly recommend!

Views were amazing, driver took scenic route with little traffic compared to a friends group that went. We went Amalfi which was absolutely stunning

Sergio is an excellent guide - he is funny & informative especially with his history and his flexibility with his time - we went to the Pompeii ruins, Ravello & Amalfi in one - we got to squeeze in shopping, history and beauty of these places - we highly recommend him!

Our driver Sergio did an amazing job giving my mom and I facts about all the places we visited, was very confident in what they talked about. They made sure we stopped at plenty of places to walk around and get beautiful pictures. An amazing experience, without the stress of having to drive through the busy towns yourself.

We were picked up from Salerno port by Sergio and he drove us expertly down the Amalfi coast He was very accommodating and took us to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello We swam in the sea, shopped and ate fresh local food A wonderful day to finish our cruise!!
