The tour was informative, but too short. We spent 5 hours walking after the tour did not go to other major sites due to time, We will have to come back.

Overall disappointing end to the trip. The start of the trip was great visiting Vesuvius then Herculaneum. Finally we were dropped at Pompeii for 2:50pm, we had a quick look at some stalls outside nearby then went to the gates at 3:15pm. The gates were closed and we were told we weren’t allowed entry despite last entry being 3:30pm. Confused, we tried to contact our driver who eventually picked us up about 30mins earlier than originally planned so we still had to wait quite a while. We were then told we can use our tickets again tomorrow but have to pay for our own transport as “i suppose you dedicated more time for your lunch than for visiting” - when we didn’t even go for lunch.. An overall disappointing end to the trip, especially after paying over €500 euros.

A wasted day of our holiday, terrible service and only a part refund! We booked a half day trip to Vesuvius that included access and a guided tour of the crater. We were picked up in Naples at 9AM with 2 other groups. About 50 minutes into the journey someone called the driver and we were informed that they hadn't sorted out tickets onto the mountain. The driver drove us up to the place where they release 10 ticket online per guided session to buy our own tickets and the 3 parties spent an hour trying to get them but they're unachievable. Such a stressful day. I've chased 3 times now and I'm told they're not aware of the failed visit! Nobody will take ownership and I've had only had £86 returned for £183 day on top of the holiday we booked for this reason.

We loved our trip to Ischia. The tour company booked our SNAV boat tickets and made a reservation for us at a restaurant on the island. Their meeting location instructions and lunch instructions were great. However, we would have liked to have had more flexibility with our lunch reservation. It put a wrinkle in our day as we had to get to the restaurant at a specific time by bus and carve out the time to do so. We had to purchase bus tickets in addition to finding the schedule. It shortened our Castello experience and then left us with little options as the whole island shuts down for lunch between 2 and 4pm. We sat on a park bench for a couple of hours then had to race into the shops before our boat left at 5:30. If you go- shop first, eat then go to the castle.

Spot on...if you want to go ,don't use anybody else...every thing went like clock work...clear instructions using WhatsApp...any concerns instant replies...I'm not the type of person to leave reviews tbh...but would recommend to everyone.

A perfect musical experience! We enjoyed indescribably the performance of Neapolitan songs performed by top professionals and very talented musicians. I highly recommend this concert if you want to enjoy the Neapolitan spirit.

Herculaneum was amazing, Vesuvius was hot and a long hike to see a big crater. There was not enough time to visit Pompeii which was fascinating and see it all. I would recommend a separate trip there. Also there was much confusion with tickets and vouchers so be sure to have actual tickets with bar code and QR code to get in to sites. We spent half our time trying to get in. I downloaded the app so I would have the tickets as suggested, but they aren’t actually in the app and I didn’t have internet to access the email with the tickets. It was very stressful! I was not impressed with the “app”.

We were sent a text to confirm arrangements the day before and were met on time. The whole day went well. Great experience. Could have skipped the chat at the top and had more time to walk around at top. Definitely recommend the trip.

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Vesuvius,our driver Antonio was excellent, picked us up as arranged, and made it a pleasant experience. The original contact from trip advisor was a little confusing, as we were sent a voucher which wasn't the ticket, but Mr White travel contacted us the day before the trip and provided full information along with the tickets needed via WhatsApp. We had 2 hours at the volcano, which was enough time to walk up, enjoy the views and have a drink at the summit. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

Nice trip and a good combo of the itinerary. Only tour who combines Herculaneum and Vesuvius in one day. A bit of a last minute change of departure time and location, but otherwise smooth pick up. It would have been nice if electronic tickets would have been emailed before we left home to be printed out and not the day before as we had trouble with internet and our phone sometimes. It turned out that we had almost 4 hours for Herculaneum not just two, which included time for lunch in the city nearby. NOTE, No meals available in Herculaneum, just vending machines for ice cream and drinks. We traveled mostly in a 50 seater bus. We were transferred to a 20 seater bus for the drive up Vesuvius and the driver told us where to find him later and at which two possible times. He was on time and easy to find. Climbing Vesuvius is hot and dusty, and sometimes very steep on a pebble road with no shade, but well worth it. The crater is huge, larger then it appears on images. Great view over the whole bay. Drive back to Naples with the transfer to a larger bus was smooth and well organized and after a quick drive back the drop off was easy as well.

What a trip! Obviously the palace and garden were stunning but I also need to say how amazing our transport was. Salvatore collected us (our own private taxi after expecting a minibus) in his beautifully clean and air conditioned taxi at just before the agreed time. He was so lovely and helpful, explained he did not have great english but it made no difference. Dropped us at a really easy place to reach the palace and was waiting for us at the agreed time for our return trip. He also dropped us back to our hotel at no extra cost to save us hanging around! He was fantastico!

We paid €170 for this tour (2 people) for a return ferry ticket to Procida and an extremely fixed lunch menu at Agarve. If I was visiting this beautiful island again I would organise this myself and save approximately €100. Book the ferry and choose a nicer venue for lunch. The restaurant had very limited options as part of the voucher included and and the waiter was trying to persuade us to pay and eat off a separate menu even though our lunch meal was already paid and included.

This tour was not worth the money. It was basically a taxi to Herculaneum, a skip the line ticket (there was no line, even in August - Herculaneum is far less popular than Pompeii and in my view a better choice; taxi to Vesuvius, entry ticket and then taxi back to the meeting point. Be aware that the taxi driver is NOT a tour guide and cannot answer any questions. I was not comfortable with his driving. If you are OK with aggressive drivers, his driving will not bother you: driving over 130km in a 100km zone while tail-gating (driving really close to the vehicle in front to get them to change lanes and move out of his way), taking corners on a narrow, windy road at 75km instead of the recommended 40km. He dropped us off at both places and said “two hours back here”. No explanation as to where to go. Save your money and do the trip by train and shuttle bus and book your own entrance tickets on line. Easy to do and much, much less expensive. This way, you are not tied to a two hour window (I would have liked to have spent more time at Herculaneum) and you save money. Take cash to Vesuvius as there is no Wi-Fi and no way to pay by debit or credit card. There is only one washroom and it is located at the café, and you have to buy something in order to use it. The washroom was absolutely DISGUSTING 🤮. There was no water so you could not flush the toilet (and neither could all the people who used it before you!) or wash your hands. There was no toilet paper…
