Our private day trip of Rome was a fantastic experience. Our driver picked us up at the port and shuttled us to all the sightseeing spots we requested. He also provided history the history (as well as the best photo spots) for the Coliseum, Vatican, Trevi Fountain, as well as recommending a great lunch spot with nearby shopping. At conclusion, we were dropped at our hotel incredibly impressed with our day! We could not have been happier with Rome in Limo!! Strongly recommend Peter for your driver!

Eleven of us including 6 adults and 5 children took the Enogastronomic Tour from the Port of Naples. It was a day of eating and drinking. While we had a fabulous day, in looking back at the tour overview, there were a few gaps. Our first stop was an olive oil factory, where we were presented with a large range of olive oils to taste (and buy). We would have liked to get a tour of the mills and property. From there we went to Sorrento where we had a lot of free time. We did not go to the private garden of Cataldo to see lemon groves or get to see how limoncello was made. Not sure how or why that happened? . The pizza lesson was tons of fun, the pizzas huge and delicious and service was outstanding. We were served salads before the pizza and while we did not want dessert (we were all stuffed!!), out came platters of yummy desserts and limoncello! From pizza making and eating, we went on a wonderful tour of a gorgeous winery, had delicious wine tasting and delicious appetizers. The views from the rooftop restaurant were outstanding. My only comment is that a wine tour and tasting would have been enough as we were so full from the pizza then going right to platters of appetizers was a lot (but yes we ate LOL) We cannot say enough good things about our wonderful drivers Odiilia and Daniel. Both were very engaging, fun and funny. They were at the port on time, had lots of stories to share, and made our day one of the best excursions we took on our week cruise. Rome in Limo are fantastic to work with the whole time that we were planning and deciding what to do with our large family. They helped us choose the exact tour to take that would meet the needs of adults and kids. I would definitely do this one again.

We had the pleasure of utilizing Rome in Limo again for Naples port and we did the Ravello, Almafi Coast and Positano tour with Giovanni. We used Rome in Limo about 8 years ago and it did not disappoint us. They are just as awesome now as they were before. We absolutely loved our tour guide. He took us to the most scenic spots for pictures. He gave us time to walk around to shop, etc. He recommended an amazing local restaurant that was out of the touristy area (which also had the best views and food!). Highly recommend this company and would do use them again in a heartbeat.

Perfect experience! Daniel, our driver, was waiting for us right off the boat holding a sign with my name. Was very easy to find. Due to our ship having an early afternoon boarding time, we were limited in what we were able to do. However Daniel suggested we just do Sorrento and Pompeii, and thank God he did. We ended up having about 2 hours in each place. While way too short for a full experience, we still got to enjoy some shopping and pizza in Sorrento before having a couple hours to explore Pompeii. Daniel was full of great advice and local insight, having been born and raised in Italy. If we ever make it back to Italy, Daniel will be our first contact :)

We had Raffaele as our driver/guide and he was super fun, informative, and easy going. He was also very patient and kind to our young children and elderly parents and helped take many of our family photos. He took us to Florence and brought us to a great spot in the hills that gave us a beautiful view of the city and gave us free time to explore the town and famous bridge. He also arranged our lunch at a local restaurant there as well as figured out how to best work with our pre-paid (timed) tickets to the Accademia museum (to see the David). On the way to Pisa, he took us a to an excellent gelato place. He also helped explain the different sights in Pisa to help us decide what was worth visiting on our limited schedule and accompanied us to get the proper tickets. Most importantly, he got us back in plenty of time for our ship departure. We really enjoyed having him as a guide! Highly recommend!

We recently used Rome in Limo while in Italy. My contact at RIL was Jany, who was always friendly, responsive, and helpful in our communications. I really appreciate Jany working with our group. We had a group of nine, so we needed two minivans. We used RIL for a private shore excursion in Naples. Our guides were Daniele and Johnny, and they were so friendly and knowledgeable. We first went to the Royal Palace of Caserta, which was one of my favorite stops on the trip. It is so worth it to go there to see the palace and the beautiful gardens. Thereafter, we went to Pompeii, which is so interesting. We booked a Pompeii guide through RIL, and we learned so much from him. The guide is definitely worth it. The Naples shore excursion was just amazing. In addition, we used RIL for post-cruise transportation from the Citavecchia port to FCO. The drivers picked us up right at the terminal, and we made good time to the airport (about an hour). It was much easier to do this than taking the shuttle from the port. I would recommend RIL!

We were greeted by our driver Daniel, like he was meeting up with old family! He was fantastic, pointing out so many things and stopping to allow us to take photos. He left us some time on our own asked if we wanted him to make lunch reservations for us and took care of that. Lunch was great and inexpensive. We could not have been happier with our tour. This was our 2nd time using Rome in Limo and I will always go back to them and refer my friends to them. Jany in the office is also great and very helpful !

This is the fourth tour we have taken with Rome in Limo. Daniel was our driver and very knowledge on the places we were going. He was so friendly and engaging. He added so much to our excursion and suggested things and places to go. We wanted a local restaurant and Daniel took us to the best . It was a place that makes and sells olive oils, vinegars and other items. But the best part was the upstairs restaurant overlooking Mt. Vesuvius. Mario was the wine expert and as we enjoyed the wonderful food , Mario brought out different wines that went with the selection of dishes served. Then we went to Pompeii where Daniel set up a tour guide (highly recommended) for us. The whole tour was amazing but the help that Daniel added made it the best it could be. Thank you Daniel.

We have used Rome in Limo before and have loved every minute of our tours. Luca was our driver at this location snd was amazing. He was so knowledgeable about the area and answered all of our questions. He was so proud of his home and excited to share all he could with us. We asked him to recommend a local restaurant. He took us to the most wonderful restaurant with the most authentic food. I had something that I had never tried and it was delicious. The owner was gracious and treated us like family. It was such a great tour and we were sad when it was over. Highly recommend Rome in Limo. This was our fourth tour and tour guide and it could not have been better. Our family stayed in Rome for 4 nights prior to a Mediterranean cruise. Thankfully, a friend had recommended Rome in Limo as an option for transportation and tours while in Rome. They did not disappoint! My niece, who was acting as our travel agent, booked our 3-day tour with them. Since our party was 9 people, we needed two vehicles. We had the same drivers (Steve and Peter) both days, and they were outstanding. They knew exactly where to take us and got us at our planned tours with plenty of time to spare. Their knowledge of the city was phenomenal. Our private Vatican tour guide, Julia was also excellent! We got a flavor of Rome that would have been impossible had it not been for Rome in Limo. Highly recommend!

We did the 3 day Rome tour with drivers. The entire experience from booking, to answering questions, to the experience itself was superb. We had a party of 9 of family of various ages. We needed two cars which worked out perfect. We still felt our tour was as one group. Janey was wonderful with booking and details. Our drivers Steve and Piedro were amazing. They were so knowledgeable, knew just how to have our tours be perfect, and quickly became part of our touring family. Our Vatican private tour was just as fabulous. Our guide Julia was so amazing as well. I would recommend to anyone going to Rome. It was the way to go for a trip of a lifetime!

Planning our family trip was easy with Rome in a Limo. Jany answered all my questions and concerns in a timely, friendly, professional manner. He also suggested contacts to secure timed Vatican tickets, and arranged for a private guide for our visit. The driver was waiting at the cruise terminal at the arranged time. My cousin and I thoroughly enjoyed the Rome In Limo experience! From Livio greeting us at FCO and two days of touring to Dan touring us up and down the Amalfi coast! Both guides were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and excellent drivers navigating the sometimes challenging roads in Italy! Livio toured us around places that were new to us. Dan presented a native's view of life on the Almalfi coast. The bonus was a delicious meal at an olive oil grove. Truly memorable! Janey coordinated the tours with my cousin and the outcome was perfect! Just the right amount of time exploring and stops at local food vendors. Livio drove us to Tuscany for lunch, wine tasting and cooking class. Superb! Our time spent in Siena was memorable! our drivers from the port -hotel and hotel -FCO were also A+ Thank You Rome In Limo for providing us with the best custom Italy adventure.

We were on a cruise that went to port in Sorrento. We wanted a special day in and around Pompei. This is a deluxe tour company suggested by a friend. The communication in advance of the tour is very professional. We had a great tour of Pompeii by Francesco who brought the ruins alive. We had a fabulous lunch at our tour guide’s recommendation. Our tour guide and host for the day, Daniel, was super fantastic and a perfect host. A number 1! We can’t thank him enough for a perfect experience he arranged for us and helped us to enjoy.
