Mario was an energetic and amazing guide. He catered to our individual needs and new all the sneaky ways to get everywhere fast and make the most of our day. He had us all singing Italian songs as we drove. Such a fun day.

Our personal guide Mario was fabulous. He was full of amazing information and very friendly. He communicated well before the trip so we knew exactly where to meet. His English is perfect. We had a wonderful day together.

We book a tour Feelnaples di Domenico De Cristofaro. We planned our day trip during a cruise, so we have a limited time. Our driver, Alfonso really did a great job. We had a perfect day with fun, relaxation, good food and some site seeing.

Reserved a Private Tour for my family of four. Started rough and ended poorly. The driver and his assistant (and translator) weren't actual tour guides - they knew nothing of Naples nor the Amalfi Coast. The Mercedes Van we were provided was worn down and dirty. I mean really dirty and worn. That might have been acceptable if it weren't for the fact the air conditioner DIDN'T work. Yep, no AC! It was 96 degrees out and we had no air conditioner in the back of the van. We tried to make the best of it, but as the day got hotter we couldn't take it anymore. After 4-5 hours in the van, we asked to be returned to the port. The driver and assistant were nice enough and very apologetic. The company even refunded us about half what we paid, but this was a terrible experience. Perhaps we were unlucky as it appears every other review is positive. I'd simply warn anyone considering this company to be very careful.

Firstly the main positive; the guide, Genaro was outstanding, a true legend of a gentleman. He looked after his party so well and was very enthusiastic and informative. He also had a great calm attitude which was needed in such a busy, hot place. Pompeii is larger than expected, so much so it's hard to take it all in in a few hours, and it's BUSY, understandably, as there are not many places on earth where you can feel like you have travelled nearly 2000 years back in time. Absolutely fascinating and breathtaking. Vesuvius itself totally incredible, it's a live volcano so it could be nothing else really. HOWEVER, it could be improved a great deal by providing a few things on the main path to the crater. 1) Benches. Some of us need a rest, especially in 35 degree heat.2) Sigh posts. A clue as to how far from the top you are would be nice when you are staggering along a hot dusty track. One every 50 metres would be ideal. 3) Get rid of the bottle neck shop/huts that seemed to be frequented by people who sit smoking all day. Not sure why thousands of people had to be herded through one gateway.

This tour was the highlight of our trip to Italy. Our plane arrived late, but our incredible driver Alfonso waited the entire time and was so pleasant from the first moment we met him. He gave us great suggestions to maximize our time and made the entire day and amazing experience. He knew all of the best places to go along the coast, made us reservations at a breathtaking family restaurant, and even took us on a tour of their garden. Then he got us back to the train station on time. By the time we left, we were more than tourists; we were friends. Alfonso is the freaking man!

We had an amazing time, I would highly recommend this trip. Our driver was excellent and knowledgeable. He reserved a table for us for lunch in busy Sorento and showed us all the hidden gems along the way. He also went out of his way to secure a car for us the following day when the taxi cab drivers were on strike! Lifesaver!

Our driver and tour guide, Alfonso, was a very informational, fun, flexible and accommodating person. He shared with us information about the places and culture of Italy. The tour was worth it for a short time in Naples. The one thing we might change would to get a tour guide for Pompeii since we found Pompeii to be bigger and more confusing than we expected. It was a great tour and my family and I would recommend it.

Our guide was very nice. That is all I can say. The minivan was old and dirty. For a tour fee of $800, at the very least, I expected a clean, proper working vehicle. Instead, we had a dirty and loud vehicle, not to mention broken armrest, seat, vents and clutch issues. The return trip was a 3 hour trip from Sorrento with mechanical issues that did not allow for a smooth ride. Every time the brake was used my seat would rock forward, which was every 10 seconds. The armrest was broken, vents were broken and cracked. It didn't look like the vehicle had been cleaned in years. The vehicle was so loud, a normal conversational voice could not be used. I would stay clear of this tour operator!! Look at the photos to confirm my assessment. I also have a video but I couldn't post it.

Loved not fighting for the 'right side of the bus' to see the incredible view driving along the Amalfi Coast...you can see it all from your own private car! Antonio was friendly and professional, and not only collected us on time but also stuck to a tight time schedule to ensure we maximised our full day off the cruise. 8am - 4pm. Loved the local restaurant in Postiano with an awesome view, and the private tour through Pompeii was very interesting. Thanks Antonio. If you are thinking of doing a private tour I highly recommend booking this company.

Our Tour Company, Target Tours, booked 3 vans through Feel Naples. We visited Sorrento and Positano. Alfonzo, Sergio, and Roberto gave a great tour and we were well taken care of. We would recommend doing Positano and Sorrento in a small van so you can get to places a big bus can’t get to and in less time. Thank you to all three drivers.

This tour was everything and more. From our amazing tour guide Raffaele to the towns we visited. He was on time both pick up and drop off, lovely personality and so informative about each place we visited. This was well worth it and I definitely recommend to anyone visiting Naples.

Our driver, Peppe, was amazing and a great guide. We absolutely loved this tour. The driver picked us up right outside of the cruise port and had us back in plenty of time for the ship's departure. Great experience!

Toured with Alfonzo yesterday on a private tour. He was extremely friendly and professional. He showed us HIS Napoli / Amalfi coast - he made it personal. These private tours aren’t cheap but they are so worth it versus the cattle car tours that pack you in and only let you see what they have time to show you. Plus, many of those group tours don’t have time for questions let alone explanations OR personalization. And, those tours nickel and dime you to death: parking fees, gas surcharges, etc.... NOT with feel Naples. You’ve come 4000 miles to see this corner of paradise. Don’t skimp here. The vehicles are brand new, the A/C is cold and the care is genuine. Thanks Alfonzo for showing us YOUR Napoli!

Alfonzo was our guide while we were in Naples. 1st off I loved his Ford Van. We had 6 people in our group 4 were teens and we had plenty of room. Alfonzo was full of knowledge about the entire area. We had great discussions about his and our cultures. One thing I really appreciated was him making the most out of the time we had that day. He called ahead to get lunch set up and had a guide waiting for us at Pompeii. We were on a cruise and Alfonzo pick us up at the port and had us back on time. He was amazing because he took away all the stress of do some many things in such a short period of time. Thx Alfonzo I hope you and your girls enjoy the rest of your summer. Take care my friend.
