The trip was very Well arranged by Hp tours and our guide Marlene. It was very interesting tot see Capri by sea. The island itself was beautiful but somewhat overpopulated by tourists. In hindsight i would recommend the tour that trades in a few hours on the island for a swim in the sea near Capri.

This experience was the best thing I could ever do, it was money well spent. It was beautifully organised from the minivan for hotel pickup, to the communication with the organisers and finally to the execution of the activities. Our tour guides Salvatore and Marlene were honestly God sent, super helpful and super nice. I would recommend as an economic option to see the beauty of Capri.

We did the Capri day tour from Naples and it was amazing. Due to the great tips from the guide Marlene we were able to discover Anacapri and Capri in a couple of hours. In the afternoon, we did a boat tour around the island with a guide and had a swimming stop at the white grotto. Pick up was also organized nicely. Would definitely recommend and it was worth all the money.

We’ve had amazing weather and very kind Guides during the tour (Stefania and Marlene). They took care about us and explained everything very well. The Bus transfer at Capri/anacapri was a bit tricky, but worked out totally fine at the end.
The nature and the view during the guides boat tour was very interesting. Especially the coast, the caves and their stories behind were fascinating.
We recommend the seated zip line at anacapri to have a perfect look on the whole island.

We enjoyed the Augustus Gardens at Capri and the scenery during the walking tour. Everything is just beautiful! Our driver Vincent was very entertaining. He picked us up and dropped us off at a meeting point about a block from our hotel. Our guide Marlene did a great job getting us to and from the island; and informing us about the beautiful scenery! Our guide on Capri was Marco. He was very knowledgeable and informative. We also went to Anacapri where we enjoyed riding the chairlift! Do not miss riding the chairlift as it was so peaceful and beautiful! We had a nice lunch of salad, ravioli and a delicious tiramisu dessert! Amazing time with helpful; knowledgeable and entertaining guides and driver! Would highly recommend!

I’m not sure why this tour had so many good reviews, it felt rushed, unorganised and a waste of time. For close to €100 each, this was definitely a waste of money.
It was hours between being picked up in the morning and actually getting on a boat, we then had to stop at another dock to pick up the rest of the people because the shuttles apparently couldn’t all go to the same dock.
By the time we finally made it to Capri and got shuffled into a tiny shop to explain the bus system it was about 11am, (we were picked up at 7:30). Supposedly these buses were similar to the hop-on/hop-off system. We paid €15 each for this service. Our first stop was Anacapri, we did the chairlift and had a quick look around because we were mindful of the time. Unfortunately we wasted so much time waiting in the bus station trying to get the blue bus back down to Capri, after so many attempts to get on the bus and being told we couldn’t board and to wait for another bus… but other people were getting on these same buses. Not really how hop-on/hop-off buses should work. I noticed a few people from our boat having the same problem.
By the time we finally made it to Capri we had about 30 minutes to quickly look around before we had to head back to the office to wait… again… to get on the boat for the tour of the island with the swimming spot we paid extra for.
Finally after waiting again we were on the boat tour, this was fine. The swimming spot was disappointing. We stopped near lots of boat traffic so all we could do is jump in open water and tread water within a couple meters of the boat for 20 minutes before being herded back on. Just around the corner people were swimming with snorkels and having a great time… not sure why we couldn’t stop somewhere nicer like this.
Overall I felt like I hardly saw any of the island because most of my time was spent waiting for the bus, the boat or the tour guides. Really disappointing considering the amount of money we spent. A better option would have been to get the ferry and do it ourselves.
Alissa and the rest of the crew were nice but this is just about the only positive thing I have to say about this trip.

You have bought a group tour, so the number of passengers is specified in the description of our tour.
We gave you some suggestions in order to make your time in Capri enjoyable, but you were not obliget to accept them.
I'm sorry if you expected something else from this kind of tour, but everything included in the tour has been operated.

We booked a Naples to Capri tour. This included a boat trip around the island. Booked through a 3rd party app - but as soon as it got to this company the arrangements were first class - email confirmation, WhatsApp confirmation, driver arrived on time, arrangements on the day ran like clockwork. Marlene was first class as a host and keeping the day running smoothly. Day itself was fab - modern boats, and a great island to visit. You get approx 4 hours free time (enough to do what I say below, and an hours island boat tour).
A few pointers
1. Remember you have to pay a landing fee in cash of e2.50. Some others that have reviewed suggested this was an advanced tip - I don’t think so.
2. On the day you are offered an additional tour and bus tickets on the tourist busses. We didn’t take up - use the funicular when you get off at e2 each way to get to Capri, and local busses (50 metres right from top of funicular) to get to ana Capri for e2 each way. Buses very similar to the tourist busses. At ana Capri do go on the chairlift (e12 return) as this is very worthwhile. We had good time in the two towns as well as the chairlift.
In summary - a great tour, good value, choose their add ins or go your own way (it’s not difficult).
