- Wander6277080 contributionsGreat guide and good foodThe street food tour was a great evening. We met people from different parts of the states and a couple from South Africa. It was wonderful to see different parts of Naples. The food was very good and our guide was very sweet.Written September 18, 2024
- swang520 contributionsGreat food tour experienceThis was a great tour with Federica! We had four stops trying different dishes that was like a long meal (snack, appetiser, main dish and dessert). It was very relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed.Written August 2, 2024
- B5200NYdannyd0 contributionsAmazing!! Request Ciro Scognamiglio as your guide!Amazing, great food and especially we enjoied our guide, Ciro Scognamiglio, who was very kind, warm and knowledgeable, not only about the local cousine, but about almost everything else regarding Naples, Italy, and the World in general. We can't recommend him enough! Highly recommended if you're into a very enjoiable, educative, and tasty food tour in Naples. Perfect!!!Written July 29, 2024
- kdiorio0 contributionsGreat tour, Great food, amazing tour guideWe had Michele for our guide and he was absolutely amazing. He took us to all the great places for fried pizza, espresso, tarales, a sit down lunch and the best dessert I have ever tasted. He was personable and we had great conversation. Anyone should consider this tour if you are new to Naples!Written May 25, 2024
- TheLord830 contributions🍕 Fantastic Naples Pizza Tour with Federica! 🍕We had an amazing time on the pizza tour with Federica in Naples. Her passion for the city's culinary heritage and her deep knowledge made the experience truly special. Our small group felt like a private tour, allowing for personalized attention and engaging conversations. Federica guided us to hidden gems, where we tasted a delicious traditional pizza and delightful snowflake dessert. Her stories and explanations about the history and culture of Naples added a rich context to each bite. If you're in Naples and want to explore its food culture, this tour with Federica is a must-do. Thank you, Federica, for an unforgettable experience!Written May 23, 2024
- R6983HNbobr0 contributionsPizza class in NaplesEnjoyed a night of pizza making. The restaurant has several floors and we had class downstairs. Several classes were going on at the same time. But our class size was 9 people. Arrived 10 minutes early and waited for awhile for the last 2 people in the class to arrive. Finally started class without them. Our instructor was fairly good with his English although there were times when we couldn’t understand everything. The pizza turned out really good. They gave us a class certificate with a QR code for the recipe but when we got home and opened the site, it only talked about the dough. Nothing on the sauce You walk out full but can’t take leftovers, which is unfortunate. Still we had a good time and we would recommend this classWritten May 18, 2024

- robertomorg0 contributionsGreat guide, great foodWe loved the pizza tour of naples! Our guide Michele was friendly and engaging, and it was great to hear about the food we were eating from a local's perspective. He also told us about some of the history of naples and recommended some other places to visit. The food was fantastic, as you would expect. This was a great evening out for a couple. Not too far to walk, even after a day out walking around pompeii. Would highly recommend!Written April 10, 2024

- 691hannahg0 contributionsBrilliant guide, lovely foodOnofrio was a fantastic guide. He was chatty, fun and most importantly knew loads about Naples, its history and its food scene. If you only have a day to visit Naples like we did, I really recommend this tour because you see a lot of the main attractions in the old town in the process. The only thing I’d say is to come hungry to the tour - the portions are larger than you might expect.Written September 11, 2023

Great experience with lots and lots of food (really my only complaint was that I couldn't eat all of it) , good way to experience the local street food and to get to know the City better. I did it on my first Day in Naples (just after arriving from the airport ) and it was good introduction for both the local food culture and the city . Alessandra the guide , is very knowledgeable and extremely nice . She gave lot of information on the city and local cuisine. I did a few different food tours in the past, and the level on knowledge she had on the city and on the food is much higher then average.
Highly recommended experience , great value for money , if you are doing the Lunch tour don't plan on eating dinner too.

Alessia was a fantastic host for our street food tour of Naples! We had fried seafood street food, folded pizza (pizza portfoglio), pasta, and dessert. So much food! She answered our questions about how to order, we learned what the food origin was and why its a local staple for the people of Napoli. Since we came during the "off season" of tourists, we were able to sit at a couple of the locations. But, this is a street food tour, with food prepared to eat on the go, so just run with it and enjoy the Naples experience even if you have to stand and eat, or walk around the city!

9 People and our guide Onofrio walked through Naples cobblestone streets with beautiful architecture and crowds of people. It was really hot and humid, but we were on a mission to try the wonderful foods of Italy!
At the first stop we tried pani duru, a hard bread and got a bottle of water. The second stop was to Stiamo Friggendo Per Te which served a cone full of fried yumminess! This was by far my favorite stop, the fried zucchini and the flowers of the plant were so so good! After that we went to Chiesa del GesĂą Nuovo, a very beautiful church, we went inside and were in awe of all the details. The next stop is what we were there for, Pizzeria e Ristorante where we got Pizza a portafoglio aka folded pizza!! It was very good, but very hot (make sure you let it cool for a bit!), I blistered the roof of my mouth going for the first bite! Our next stop was for pizza fritta, fried pizza, it was not what I was expecting, but it was good. Our final stop was dessert, with a beer and an espresso. I don't remember the names of the desserts, but I can tell you they were delicious!!
Everything we tried was well worth the price of the tour. There is only one thing that I think they need to add, is the guide having some kind of flag or something he can hold up for when we get lost in the crowds, lol! This happened a couple of times, there were soooo many people and our guide would vanish from our sight, so some of us from the tour would try sticking together until we cleared the crowds and eventually found our guide waiting for us.
All in all this was a great tour, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to try some good Italian food but don't quite know where to go, the places we went were very popular because the food was very good!!

Had a great evening strolling through the hectic streets of central Naples with Alessia. All food was super fresh - especially the fried fish - and the ragu nailed it. Alessia was an excellent guide for all things Naples with lots of local knowledge and loads of suggestions of places to visit and things to do. By the end we were in a happy food coma.

OnofrĂo was an amazing and personable host. This tour is a great way to get your bearings on the first day. Onofrio was very helpful in finding the best local food tastings. We had no other groups on our tour and he was able to answer questions about the city and itinerary plans, as well as providing a great variety of tastings. I highly recommend checking this out, especially on your first day.

Rafaele was extremely well informed about the history of the city & showed us many aspects of the different regions within it. He also explained very well the way the area’s history created it’s food culture. A thoroughly enjoyable & educational experience. Come prepared to walk a long way , stand a lot & have an aperitivo first. We’ll worth it!

My husband I loved this walking food tour. Alessandra was our guide and she was professional, informative and fun! We had a great time trying foods traditional to Naples. Alessandra shared the history of the food, why it is important to the people of Naples, and gave us a better appreciation of her city. The 5 food stops were all unique and delicious! 3 stops were foods we had never eaten, and 2 we had some experience with, but they had a Naples spin. At our 4th stop we were offered alcohol, but declined as this was a lunch tour and we had other activities planned. We left the tour with full bellies and great memories!

Highly recommended! Alberto was an amazing guide who introduced us to all the wonderful foods unique to Naples. He went out of his way to arrive early and order food for us before the start of our tour in anticipation of the long lines and crowds. As I t was a holiday in Italy and a major concert was taking place in the square, his pre-planning and flexibility turned what could have been a nightmare into an unforgettable experience. Thanks Alberto!

Naples is an amazing city with so much to see and do, but one of our favorite experiences here was taking Alberto's Do Eat Better Experience food tour. Alberto guided us through the old historic center of the city where we made several stops to try traditional Napolitano street food that was fantastic. Additionally Alberto shared some of his knowledge about the city and where we might enjoy to wander later on our own. And on top of all that, our group was really fun with lots of laughter and shared stories about our love of Italy, traveling and, of course, food.
