Our host was brilliant. We were a group of three so we all got a very hands on experience and really enjoyed the food we made. It was great to spend time in the company and kitchen of an Italian passionate about food. We travelled by bus and it was a little difficult to find but our host was helpful with this. Doing something a little bit different on holiday made it more memorable and we are glad that we took this class. It has inspired us to try more Italian cooking now that we are back home.

Cesarine Alessandra was AMAZING! She let me pick out the menu to my liking. We walked through the market to get the freshest ingredients. We made some really good food in her kitchen. It was truly a must experience if you visit Ischia. She showed me some great new cooking techniques and recipes that I can’t wait to make for my Family. She was a wonderful host and it was the highlight of my trip. She became a new friend and if I ever visit Ischia again I will take another course and recommend to everyone. The Food Delicious and the Company was also great. So grateful for the opportunity and hospitality of Cesarine Alessandra. Grazie mi Nouvo Amica
