Chef Carmen is an absolute gem! She was so kind funny and a wonderful host and chef! Me and my 6 friends were coming to Sorrento from Positano for just one night and she accommodated everything. Constant communication and flexibility allowed for us to have an easy transition from ferry to class then even to our Airbnb! She helped us the entire way and we really felt like she treated us like family! NOT TO MENTION THE CLASS AND FOOD WERE SOME OF THE BEST I HAD IN ITALY!! She is 100% worth the experience and would come again!

Carmen and her staff are top notch, first class culinary wizards. Our American group of 18 diners loved it so much that we went back twice! Carmen's persona, exuberance and sheer expertise make her establishment a place that you definitely want to try and love!

We had an absolutely wonderful time with Carmen!! The cooking class was a BLAST! Carmen explains everything clearly, makes time to be 1-1 with everyone and answers all questions. The food was BEYOND delicious, and the wine & Prosecco flowing the whole time had everyone dancing. We cannot recommend this class enough for any couples or adult families staying in Sorrento or even visiting for a day!!

Chef Carmen is EXTREMELY vivacious and she makes learning how to cook the authentic Italian way fun with no pressure! A true testament of someone who LOVES what they do! The class was very lighthearted and even if you were nervous, that quickly melted away as you have unlimited wine of your choice poured at your workstation to help you take the edge off if you’re not exactly a social butterfly. If you happen to be a social butterfly, then you’d be in your element! My only ‘regret’ was not setting up my tripod to document how awesome it was but…gives us a reason to come back! It was a fun, engaging and informative class! “Piano-Piano!”

Truly the highlight of our trip to Sorrento! Carmen is outstanding - so knowledgeabe and she communicated so well as she taught us to make our homemade fettucini, eggplant parmesan and tiramasou. We had an amazing time. We highly recommend to all to put this on your itinerary in visiting Sorrento - you won't be dissapointedThank you Carmen - ypu are the best.

We had an excellent experience with Chef Carmen and her crew! Our family (3 kids -- 7, 10,12) did the pasta class and made gnocci Sorrentino and fettuccini bolognese. Carmen was incredibly patient with our children and had us all smiling and laughing as we cooked. After cooking we sat and enjoyed our meal and it was absolutely delicious! Our daughter has multiple food allergies and Chef Carmen went the extra mile to make sure that everything was safe for her. After our Italy trip all 5 of us agreed that this class was by far a top highlight! We recommend this to all!

Chef Carmen is simply the best. Fun music and atmosphere. Our food was fabulous - she was great at instructions and tolerated our shenanigans. Chef Carmen was so much fun, danced with our group and provided great instructions. A must do if in Sorrento!

Hands down our cooking class with Carmen was a highlight of our family’s Amalfi trip! Our family of 5 with kids 7, 10, & 12 did the pasta cooking class with Chef Carmen. We all had an absolute blast making gnocchi and fettuccine under Chef Carmen’s instruction. Chef Carmen and her family are the absolute best!!! Her approachable way of cooking and patience with the kids was remarkable and her glowing personality really made the experience one we are all still talking about. I want to mention that my daughter has food allergies and Chef Carmen tailored our class so that it was safe for her to fully participate and eat with everyone. We were so grateful for this!

If you are debating this cooking class - don’t think just do it!!! This was the absolute best time we had in Sorrento! Chef Carmen is fabulous and keeps things fun and real! I loved every second of this class and will absolutely return anytime I am on the Amalfi Coast! Oh and the gnocchis I made in the class were the best on the coast 💁🏻‍♀️😂😉 Thank you Chef Carmen for being you!!!

If you’re looking for an unforgettable experience in Sorrento Italy, I highly recommend this Italian cooking class! We prepared delicious eggplant, learned to make pasta from scratch, and even mastered a few traditional desserts. The atmosphere was fun and engaging, and the food we created was simply divine. This class is a MUST for anyone who loves food and wants a taste of true Italian culture! Carmen is the best!!

My wife booked this class for our visit to Sorrento. I wasn’t sure that a cooking class would be something I would enjoy. Upon arrival, we were greeted with such hospitality and treated like family! Chef Carmen is an amazing instructor/chef and we had so much fun learning to prepare authentic dishes! This turned out to be my favorite experience while in Sorrento! We had so much fun! If you’re planning a visit to Sorrento, this class is a must!
