The driver Franceso was very friendly and accommodating. We are able to change the stopover destination within 36 hours as it was Christmas and most sights are closed. He made us felt comfortable and brought us from point to point smoothly and he also shared some history of the towns to us along the way. Greatly recommended!!

I want to give a zero if I could...Booked this company 2months in advance to take us from rome to amalfi, everything was comfirmed and paid in full. 2 days before leaving rome we tried contacting the company through whats app and no one replied back so we tried calling and no one answered but finally they replied with a "I will call you back" but the call never was made. We then contacted viator who we booked this company through and they got back to us and advised that this was cancelled. (we had no problems with VIATOR and have always gotten great service with them) Very fustrated We then tried to book another company and most were booked and the ones that werent were charging double. We had no choice but to pay this. No-one from this company has even contacted us with an expalntion. Extremely poor customer service.

The driver and guide were good, but half the day was wasted when mount Vesuvius was closed for a marathon, but no one knew that until we were already there. Asked for a refund for part of the tour but so far the company has ignored my request. Pompeii was great but the tour was expensive for half of it to just not happen.
