We booked our boat trip in advance via getyourguide. When we arrived at the mariner it wasn’t obvious where to pick up your tickets. On three occasions we were told to go somewhere else. Eventually we received our tickets then was told to stand and wait by number 6. We did this. We were then told to move to another area however this confused everyone as people had different times on their tickets. Nothing was explained to people and a queue system seemed to be lost. Finally, we got onto to the boat, but had to wait roughly 20 minutes before we departed. This probably impacted the lack of time we had at some places as we also had to come back earlier. We got a seat upstairs which was nice as the weather was lovely and warm. The views were stunning as we travelled along the coastline. Plenty of photo opportunities. A staff member was humorous trying to sell merchandise which helped to lighten the mood. As well as taking in the stunning views it would be nice to maybe have some background music or someone on the microphone giving you information about what you are looking at. Nothing too taxing just one or two facts. We arrived at Postiano for our first stop. It was a quaint seaside town. There was a small beach, plenty of shops, restaurants and nice views. We were there for two hours and stumbled upon a Roman Fort tour, 45 minutes which we thought was perfect. However, surprisingly they did not accept cash although it it clearly a tourist attraction. We did not have our cards to we could not take the tour. Disappointing for us and for them as they lost out on 4 customers. We visited a church which was stunning architecture then had a soft drink before heading back onto the boat for our next stop: Amalfi. Amalfi was very busy and seemed like there was more to do. However we only had an hour here. Just time to visit a beautiful church at the top of roughly 50 steps. Then straight down to pick up a late lunch. Journey back was fine, although the boat did sway at one point as it got caught in another boats wash. Views amazing, place’s beautiful but just not enough time and maybe more of an experience needed on the boat as you’re on there for the majority of the day.

Nice tour round Pompei, would have been nicer to have a little longer at Vesuvius especially when hotter weather. The jewellery place was nice but not really necessary

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Blu welcome travel made us pay in advance to book the cruise. They cancelled one week prior saying we would receive a refund and we have not been reimbursed. It has been three weeks and I feel this may have been a scam. U.S. travelers BEWARE! Do not book with them via email and certainly don’t pay them in advance.

We booked and paid for our tour for 14 people in April of 2023. We drove 6 hours to Sorento the night before our scheduled tour with my family was very excited to see the Amalfi Coast on a private boat. While we were at dinner the night before our scheduled tour, we received a WhatsApp message telling us that our group would be unable to go on the boat all together. They informed us the night before that they are only allowed to take 12 guests at a time on their boat and we would therefore have to split up and not take the boat tour together, they also refused to refund us. My family had planned on taking our tour together and did not want to split up, the point of taking the tour was to spend time together and see the Amalfi Coast as a group. The company allowed us to book the tour for 14 guests and had no problem taking our money in April for our June tour. They waited until the night before our scheduled tour to inform us we could not all go together. This was the poorest customer service experience we’ve had in Italy and whoever we were communicating with at Blu Welcome was rude and unprofessional over WhatsApp. Blu Welcome refused to refund our tour and waited until the cancellation window had run out to inform us that the tour was not what we had expected or paid for. It’s unfortunate how unpleasant our experience was since we were all looking forward to this day for months. Save yourself the headache and book anywhere else.

We travelled from Naples to Catania by Flixbus - 9 hour ride. The bus was very clean and the drivers were great. They would switch drivers every 2 hours and they would make stops along the way for bathroom breaks.

Definitely worth the price! A little unorganized at the beginning with getting on the bus but just need to be patient as everyone is figuring everything out just as you are. Otherwise the whole day is fantastic, definitely budget the whole entire day as we didn't get back until 6pm or so. The boat is super nice and comfy, and limoncello on the way back. The Mt Vesuvius is incredible and be prepared for a mildly difficult walk/climb for 40min to the top, but worth every minute. The wine tasting and lunch at Bosco de Medici is excellent and the vineyard property is gorgeous. Pompeii is breathtaking and I will definitely be back to spend more time there. Rosa was our tour guide for majority of the trip and Girardo I believe was our guide at Pompeii and they were both super knowledgeable and made the experience quite enjoyable.

This excursion was amazing!! The wine tasting wasn’t really a true wine tasting but overall it was great. It was very convenient being picked up and dropped off from our hotel, and the entrance fee to the actual volcano was included. Our guides were amazing, so knowledgeable, so friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we had an amazing experience. I highly recommend this day trip, it was more than worth it!

We booked to do a full day boat tour and were really looking forward to it. However, we were told 2 days before that the trip might not go ahead due to there not being the minimum number of people (this was never advertised). Despite this, the organisers told us that it could possibly go ahead the day afterwards and to hold out just incase. We were then informed again that the trip did not reach minimum numbers and consequently would not go ahead and were told to cancel the trip altogether, which we did so, expecting a full refund as we were not the one’s to cancel the trip past the 24hr cancellation date. However, I then received an email stating that I had been issued a part refund of £43 instead of the full £219 that I paid. I tried calling the organisers who stated that they were unable to help us and refused to answer our questions. I then had great difficulty trying to contact TripAdvisor/Viator but when I eventually did, I explained the situation and was thankfully issued a full refund. Due to the fact the organisers were so unhelpful and dismissive of us, this left me worried that I had been scammed out of my money and caused unnecessary stress on my holiday. I would avoid this company at all costs!

Simply loved Pompei! It was worth going with a tour guide or you miss a lot of the subtle things you would not normally look for. I really enjoyed our 2 hour visit. I would say it not enough for someone that is passionate about archeology and ruins. Make sure you have a map and you can decide to stay and roam around once the tour is done, they give you the option. The tour guide was really great and super informative while being funny. If you can, take the early tours, as a lot more people come in later during the day and it becomes less Covid friendly.

our driver arrived promptly at the hotel, greeting us in the lobby and wheeling our luggage for us after introducing himself. He asked us about our stay and then we were safely on our way. Unfortunately when we got near Naples airport there was a random car fire on the road, which the driver spotted and diverted immediately to ensure we still got there in time. Not only that but he went above and beyond, taking us to the second, quieter entrance to the airport, parking up and wheeling our luggage for us all the way to the check in desks to ensure we knew where we were going. Luckily we'd left plenty of time but we were still getting a bit anxious about arriving on time so this gesture was really appreciated by us both. An excellent service - would thoroughly recommend.

Great guide, saw lots of the city, underground ruins were really cool. The ruins even had wifi throughout. Efficient timing with free time blocks to explore.

Our tour guide, Carmella, was great! She provided plenty of information about each area we were driving through as soon as the bus started on its journey to Pompeii. The 2 hour Pompeii tour continued being very informative and she was happy to answer any questions we had. The lunch stop (cost not included) is at a hotel right outside Pompeii - it was fine. Honestly, the only part of our day that wasn't 5 stars, but there aren't very many great food options around such a touristy spot. The Vesuvius stop is just you climbing to the top -- it's steep but easy enough for most. Even older individuals were making their way up slowly but surely. Definitely pack sun protection, water, and comfortable walking shoes!

My friend and I were very excited for this tour and arrived early at the meeting point 10 minutes before pick-up time to wait for the driver. We are from the US so our mobile SIMs were changed so we could only communicate through WhatsApp or Tripadvisor. This was told to the tour operator and documented. When it was only 7 minutes after pick-up time, I messaged tour operator on Tripadvisor asking where the driver was and to contact me on Whatsapp. They responded 10 minutes later and said the driver left and they tried to call my phone, in which I replied again that I do not receive phone calls. No one tried to message or call me on Whatsapp, and no drivers showed up at the pick-up point. Therefore, I asked for a refund and the tour operator refused and referred to the 1 day cancellation policy. This was an expensive all day 8 hour tour that me and my friend never participated in and the tour operator wanted to charge 100% of the tour anyway. This is considered a scam to charge for services not rendered. Also, the tour operator tried to put all the blame on us with their mistakes and never owned up to to anything (ie. calling me through the incorrect way when I asked to contact me on Whatsapp, driver not stopping to look around if they did indeed show up, telling me it's a threat if I write any bad reviews, etc). This tour company has no ethics. All of this communication are documented in my Tripadvisor message inbox.

Had the most fantastic day ever , captain Joseph was brilliant and we would thoroughly recommended this is a must when visiting Sorento
