Fantastic service from these guys. Can't recommend them enough. Staff are all very attentive and friendly. We did several tours with them in July. Everything arranged for you - transfers to and from the boat (we went to Masse Lubrense). Staff are all very friendly. Knew their stuff. Spoke various different languages so everyone could enjoy the tours. Brilliant.

Great package would 100% recommend. Picked up at the hotel exactly at the time stated. Whole trip very well organised from start to finish. As with most the reviews, would advise taking the €25PP coach transfers they sell as this means you dont have to go round the island and on public transport like a headless chicken! Tour operator also messaged me via tripadvisor within 60 minutes of booking the trip. We originally were booked to do the tour on a day rain/wind was forecast and the tour operator reached out 2 days before asking if we wanted to change dates. Highly recommend!

This is a scam! We were not pick up from the hotel! Details are not emailed to us! We only know that pick up is 9:15 am only to be told that was the sailing time! Dint waste your money on this! Just go to the port and book direct much cheaper and sure. We just lost our money here!

The tour was good. The availability of an add on service of taking the van into capri was also good. The only feedback is that the guide just focuses on selling the mini Van service while we r on the boat. I would rather they talk about Capri more and selling the Van tour a little less. All in all I would recommend the tour.

We wanted a tour of the island both land and sea, the reviews said to book the coaches via the boat guide to see all the main points and so we did. Best move ever booking this tour ! Had to take a bus from Sorrento to a little harbour about 40mins away but this was a small price to pay for a fantastic tour. The guide on the boat helped enormously, clear and was always at each connection ( along with a few younger guys to help you jump a queue) gave you the main points of view a pick up time and left you to it ( 3 drop offs) you could not possibly see the main points without them. Went like clock work and came across as a genuine nice guy .

Everything was as expected. Shuttle picked us up near to our place in Meta (5 km from Sorrento) and drove us to Neroni harbor which took almost two hours but that's understandable since we were first in the bus and more travelers had to be picked up. I saw some comments that ride was scary, which is true, but that is just Italian driving culture, narrow roads and quite fast drivers, however I felt safe and didn't worry too much. Boat to Capri Island took around 35 minutes and the guide offered to take shuttle busses for 25 euros per person, I totally recommend opting for it as I wouldn't know where to go in Capri island, thanks to this service we were taken to Augustus gardens near Capri main city and then to Anacapri. It is a must to take the chairlift service to the top of the island, since the view there is simply breathtaking, it's 14 euro per person. Before leaving back to the port in mainland we were taken around the island to see it from every side and it was so beautiful. If you want to see the island in one day I would say that this is the perfect option. Overall, the tour was well organized and you get your moneys worth.

Rosario was our transfer driver - very friendly informative and accommodating; Vinchenzo was our tour guide for capri who was also brilliant. Worth the extra so we weren’t aimlessly wandering around!

Early morning start being picked up outside our hotel, the journey to the tour boat took about an hour. Amazing views on the mystery tour to the harbour. The very cheerful guide greeted us and took the group to board the boat. The journey to Capri was smooth and very enjoyable all the way. Our guide explained in detail the geography of Capri before we arrived, that there was quite a lot of challenging walking, with that in mind we opted for the additional bus service avoiding any queues at strategic points. Capri is a beautiful island, very photogenic at many vantage points. Our experience of Capri was enhanced even further with the coastal tour on the return journey seeing the Blue Grotto and other amazing view’s described by our brilliant guide. Thank you.

A very well organised tour from start to finish. Picked up exactly on time and the whole trip went like clockwork. The guides were very good, explained everything about times pick ups etc clearly. I would recommended the shuttlebus offered for an additional €25 as it saves the hassle of trying to get around Capri if you don't know where your going.

We got picked up by coach and made our way to Nerano for the boat to Capri. Very well organised tour. Got tickets for the boat at the beach and boarded. We were given information about what to expect when we arrived at Capri as it is extremely busy. Staff provided drinks at a charge on board the boat. When we arrived in capri you could take provided transportation from the company to get around the island for a charge of 25 euro pp or make your own plans. We had several hours on the island to explore before boarding the boat again at 3.45pm. We were able to see the island by local bus and managed to do the blue grotto and chair lift, had lunch and then boarded the boat. The company then provided about an hours boat cruise around the island pointing out all the places of interest before returning to Nerano for onward transportation back to Sorrento.

Excellent service, do take their offer of €25 for transport on Capri throughout the day as the island is absolutely heaving with people. You could have spent all your time waiting for public transport. There were always a couple of staff looking out for you (we were noticeable from the supplied wristbands) so no chance of missing bus or boat connections. Anacapri was much nicer than the port area and the first level where we got ripped off €8 for a Diet Coke stupidly just wanting to sit somewhere out of the sun. Beware. Chairlift worth doing. Have lunch in Anacapri, a lot calmer and nicer. The trip around the island at the end of the day was a great bonus.

Amazing tour, the staff offered drinks on board and were friendly and helpful the entire time. You had a choice of sitting downstairs under shelter or upstairs in the open, there was also opportunity to stand at the front for pictures / videos whenever you wanted. The tour guide was incredible/funny and so friendly, spoke mainly languages and offered advice and suggestions during his talk. As well as chatting to passengers throughout as and when they needed something. We were picked up really close to our hotel and the coach was comfortable, transfer was easy and helpful. Once we arrived at the port for the tour to start, the coach driver gave clear instructions of where we needed to wait for the tour and how to get back/what coach to find on our return later that day. They also offered an additional which was €25 pp for a coach to take you around, so you didn’t have to rely on public transport while you were there. We opted for this option, as it meant we knew how long to spend in each place We had about an hour and a half on the level with the gardens and sat on a nice terrace of a restaurant. They offered to walk with the group to the gardens if they wanted guidance. Then we had two hours in Anacapri, to wander, see the views and eat pizza! There was also an option to go on the Chair Lift to the top of the island, which we did do but looked fab. It’s 13 minutes each way on the lift. They also offered to transport people to the Blue Grottos experience, so people could go there for an extra cost. We then spent our remaining time on the docks, we had some drinks and dipped our feet in the ocean of the beach there. Then we got back on the boat for the Capri island tour, where the tour guide explained all of what we were viewing as we made our way around the island. We then made our way back to the shoreline. Coach back was easy to find and comfortable, with good air con.

Highlight of our holiday! A well organised, slick operation from start to finish which meant we got the most out of our time on the lovely and unique island of Capri. We opted for the additional bus tour at 25 euros each which is definitely worth it as the island is large, on different levels and not easy to navigate when busy. We did the chair lift to the top of Annacapri which we all loved and would recommend. Nice to tour around the island on the boat before heading back.

A fantastic trip. Excellent communication from when it was booked. Picked up on time. The guys doing the commentary were brilliant! Well worth paying the extra €25 for the VIP service which allowed us to see all the main things. Would highly recommend this!
