We are here in Amalfi on a family vacation, the destination chosen by our 13 year old daughter. All she wanted to do was visit Capri and see the Blue Grotto. After taking the balance of our tour cost we were told that Capri has been “unmanageable” for a month and it would be better to take the ferry. We cruised along the coast at a very slow pace seemingly to save fuel and it was making us seasick. When we did a drive-by past Positano we asked about getting off the boat and were told it was only 1 boat at a time and we “lost time” yet the dock was empty and we had 4 hours left in our tour. For lunch we took the recommendation Ristorante Da Teresa. I wish I could tell you about the food, but we sat for 30 minutes without a server. It was hot and overcrowded, so we left. With nothing left to do we cut our trip 2.5 hours short and went back to the hotel.

I do not recommend this tour company if you want to go to Capri. We got on the boat and after paying $1,650 we were then told that it was not a good idea to go to Capri or the blue grotto (which we had agreed upon months before) because wait times were too long. They literally told us we should have taken the ferry earlier in the morning. Save your $$$$ take the ferry.

The tour guides were pleasant, animated, and knowledgeable. The ride was smooth and the views were spectacular. Very good value for the price.

My frienda and I booked this trip with Carmine and we can absolutely recommend it! The boat as well as Carmine were both very nice. It was the best day if our 10 days in the amalfi are. The view from the sea is just breathtaking. We will definitely come back when we are back in the amalfi!

This was our second time on the boat. Once again it was a wonderful time. If you want a truly incredible time don’t hesitate to book with this company. The boat is clean and built for a relaxing day of swimming and laying in the sun. You can’t ask for a nicer captain. You don’t need anything for a day on the boat everything is provided. If you do want more to eat or drink just bring it aboard.

My husband and I booked a tour during our trip to Amalfi last August and this was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Communication was quick and professional. Pricing was fair, the boat was very nice and clean. But what made the day perfect was our guide Carmine. He was friendly and informative. He went at our pace while still keeping us on track for everything we wanted to see. He gave us tips for the rest of our trip for sightseeing and restaurants and was just enjoyable to spend the day with. Spending the day on a boat with this company is a must when visiting Amalfi and we absolutely will use them again when we return!

My parents visited for my mother's birthday and wanted to do a boat tour of the Amalfi Coast. My father was the one who found Amalfi Boat Tour and thank goodness he did. We had an absolutely wonderful time. Carmine was a great host. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the area and was very patient with our poor Italian. We already can't wait to do this again next year!

We had an amazing day sailing along the Amalfi coast. Captain Carmine was super friendly and made us feel so welcomed. We stopped 4 times to swim. Beer, wine, water, and soda was provided. The boat was super clean. Book this tour you will not be disappointed. My wife sound six times it was the best birthday present ever.

The tour was spectacular! Our skipper, Carmine, is a great tour guide. The views are breathtaking and the boat is amazing. Carmine is a great skipper and host. Very knowledgeable, patient, easy going and willing to serve as photographer! Warm and wonderful sense of humor. A must do while on the coast! Insist on having shots of his mom’s lemoncello. Best one we’ve had yet. Will definitely do this tour again.

We cannot stop talking about the best thing we did while in Italy! There were 9 of us that took a private boat trip around the Amalfi coast and to Capri. It was a highlight and one of the most incredible life experiences for all of us. Our skipper, Carmine was top notch, accommodating and very knowledgeable. We all loved him! Swimming in the Mediterranean, amazing views, great food is not to be missed. You can’t visit the Amalfi coast without spending at least a day on the boat.

This was the best part of our trip to the amalfi coast. Carmine was an awesome captain who showed us all the great sites around capri including the beautiful grottos. The boat was large and spacious for our family of four. We had an amazing day on this boat and would highly recommend this boat tour. It was the highlight of our vacation.

Spent two wonderful days with Carmine on the Amalfi Coast. He is is a terrific host, Captain and tour guide all rolled into one. We have 3 teenage children and he made it a safe and fun experience for all us. His boat, The Papaya, is a Tornado 38 which was perfect for all 5 of our family but could even fit a few more very comfortably. Carmine got us to all the relevant sites on the coastline and Capri and took us to perfect spots for lunch each day (Cafe Nerano is great). These two days were the highlight of our trip for the kids and us. One day was not enough for us....

My wife and I toured Italy for three weeks as part of our Honeymoon and the day we spent with Carmine was by far the greatest of the trip. Carmine arranged an easy pick-up and drop-off for us at the Amalfi port and was on time and easy to find. We then spent the day touring the Coast - making multiple swimming and photo stops along the beautiful scenery. The itinerary was totally up to us and he was happy to let us use the time on his boat however we pleased. He recommended the perfect spot for lunch and happily took pictures for us throughout the day. If you’re on the Amalfi Coast, this is a must!
