I have been trying to cancel a December reservation for two months. I've sent emails, completed the online form and tried to call. With zero response. Their cancellation policy will allow a full refund within 48 hours; however, if no one responds for months, I'm not sure how we're expected to cancel. We'd hope to reschedule for January but now I'm not so sure.

Really enjoyed our tour with Roberto who was extremely friendly and informative. We saw plenty of sights we would not have seen if only taking a walking tour. On the downside, the tour doesn't touch on many of the stunning sights that are located in the mainly pedestrianised old town. Still, a great tour to get an overview of the city.

This Tuk Tuk tour was the most perfect way to experience Valencia when you want to see it all in a short time. Our guide Roberto was friendly, knowledgeable and his passion for his city was infectious. We booked this excursion on our Norwegian cruise and we are so happy we did. It was scheduled for two hours but because he didn’t have any more tours booked that day he extended it for another hour for us. He made sure that we could stop for souvenirs as well. I loved the more modern areas of Valencia as well as the older more historical parts. I absolutely loved all the parks in this city…it smelled of orange blossoms and lilacs. I would definitely recommend this Tuk Tuk tour! Thank you so much Roberto…you made me fall in love with this city.

Really clean nice Tuk Tuk w an awesome happy tour guide Roberto! seen all the main churches,centers,towers, markets, best graffiti and street art routes and great storytelling from our Roberto who spoke excellent English! Got so many suggestions and ideas on what to do and how to plan our trip for the next 3 days in Valencia. Roberto gave us a name of a restaurant to go for lunch and have Paella and it was exceptional. So glad we did the TukTuk!

This was a great tour. It was just me and my friend and Nacho was so accommodating and helpful! And even suggested great spots for pictures. He gave very good suggestions for shops, quickest way back to the ship and ideas for what we should do after the tour. Loved him and the tour. Valencia was beautiful!

Our driver Nacho was very keen to share his knowledge of the city. His English was excellent and we really enjoyed this tour returning to spend more time in many of the places recommended.

Knowledgeable guide allowing flexibility for stops and selection of drop-off point in the city at the end of the tour. The luxury Tuk Tuk was comfortable and safe but we could have done with some PA system as those of us in the rear row of seats had some difficulty hearing the guide who of course was driving and had to face forwards. It was an enjoyable hour that is recommended as a good introduction to the monuments, squares and markets of central Valencia whilst saving on the shoe leather!
