Sonia was amazing! Well worth the cost. Walked around and learned a lot of history while seeing great sights. Highly recommend.

It was okay, but I would not go again. Maybe it reminded me of the Florida Everglades too much, and it is not my type of nature to enjoy. It looks much better in pictures.

Great experience, crustal clear water and great cave formations. Don't forget to duck from time to time.

Beautiful caves. Its a short boat ride. And it is very "touristy". But the tour guide was very helpful and the drive was pretty. Just be aware that the boat tour guides mainly speak spanish, very little English. But the bus tour guide gives you a decent synopsis. All in all, it was a nice tour.

This was the most unique cave excursion I've been on. I've explored several caves but never by boat through a cave. The excursion was well organized, on time, and did not feel rushed. There was a very unique light show in the cave near the end of the visit. They also gave you free time to explore the area outside the cave afterwards before heading back.

Absolutely fascinating. My guide was very knowledgeable, well-informed and filled with fun facts. I am so glad she was available. Treasure her! Don't lose her! She was flexible because I had already spent several hours in one of the monuments she had planned to take me, so I got a custom tour made up on the spot. Loved the experience! If she'd had time I wanted to take her to lunch, but she needed to meet a repair person and had to run. Before she left she recommended I see the zoo, which I did. I am not usually a zoo person but she was right, it was amazing, there were NO cages.

Beautiful Caves and the tour guide was very knowledgeable (I forgot their name) you can even get off at any of the other stops not necessarily the one you got on so you can explore different part of the city

The cave itself was beautiful but out of a four hour trip, only 45 minutes of that is in the cave. There are way too many people crammed onto each boat which was uncomfortable as I literally had a man sat on me.

Interesting place to visit. The tour guides were fantastic and very knowledgeable. I won't give too much away about the caves as it is better to go and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed

Extremely Disappointed with Disrespectful and Racist Behavior I recently participated in a tour guided by Trip Advisor and I feel compelled to share my experience, which unfortunately left a lot to be desired. Throughout the duration of the tour, I was appalled by the tour guide's consistent display of disrespectful, racist, and rude behavior. From the very beginning, it was evident that the guide lacked the basic courtesy and professionalism one would expect in this role. Their remarks were not only offensive but crossed the line into discriminatory territory, targeting individuals based on their ethnicity and background. This behavior created an unwelcome and uncomfortable environment for everyone on the tour. As someone who values diversity and inclusion, I was deeply disappointed by the tour guide's actions. A tour should be an opportunity to learn, appreciate, and enjoy the experience, but their conduct overshadowed any potential positive aspects of the trip. It's disheartening to think that this kind of behavior is tolerated. I strongly urge potential participants to think twice before choosing the tour guides. The lack of professionalism and the presence of such disrespectful behavior are inexcusable. If you are seeking an enriching and respectful tour experience, I suggest looking elsewhere. Nobody should have to endure such an unpleasant encounter during what should be a memorable and educational outing.

Great tour of caves, bost Man had small English but kept us informed throughout the tour. Tour guides on bus trips to and from caves had very good information about velencia even though the microphone gave trouble.

Really cool tour and definitely worth a visit. The attraction is super touristic, so expect to be surrounded by people (some well and other less well behaved). The caves inside are really beautiful, our boat guide (Miguel) was super nice, funny and friendly. So definitely worth giving it a go!

Caves were so beautiful they looked unrealistic. You definitely have to buy your tickets online in advance so you can get the time slot you want. We briefly walked through the caves before getting on the small boats with other families. You get off for another brief walk and back to the boats. Definitely worth it. I also recommend taking the walking tour.
