The guide didn't explain and a time couldn't heard him didn't try enghou dint have any water. No place to stop for lunch very poor

The bikes were in ok condition, the gears didn't work properly but the staff were friendly and the price was cheap so not a bad service overall

We rented bikes at the last minute. They were very accommodating and fast; we were on our way within 15 minutes. The bikes worked well, we had no issues. Service was very attentive and pleasant.

Whenever I travel to a city for the first time, I try to take a cycling tour to get a "feel" for the city. (I've done this in Lisbon, Buenos Aires, etc...). Luckily, Passion Bikes had an office next to my hotel in City Center and I was able to sign-up for a 3-hour cycling tour of the city. Andreas was our guide and he was GREAT! Although not a native, he knew more about the city than most people. We cycled all around the city, including the Arts & Sciences, Aquarium, Opera House and also went out to the beach. Passion Bikes has two locations. When I told Andreas that I had tried to find the second location where the tour began the day before the tour, but got lost, he offered to meet me at the City Center location and walk me to the other location. This is what I call "going the extra mile." Literally! It was a wonderful day. Thank you Andreas.

I rented a city bike for four hours. Good service. Good bike, easy to use. Renting a bike required a guarantee, which the customer could choose: ID papers or € 50. I chose the money. The warranty was quickly returned to the account.

Toured with Santiago who was both personable and knowledgeable. Great overview of the area and it’s history. Bikes ok +- , guide great. Would recommend

Valencia is an ideal city to explore by bike. I booked a bike online at Passionbike in the evening, which went very smoothly and a bike was waiting for me the next morning. Unfortunately, it was a low quality bike. I rented it for 24 hours but returned it early because I didn't want to use it any more. I rode it for about 20 km and that was the limit for me to do with this kind of poorly maintained bike. For short distances, the quality is probably sufficient, but not for a real bike ride.

Amazing tour! Our guide Alessandra was very knowledgeable and friendly, she made us enjoy the tour with her nice and entertaining way of explaining the history of Valencia. Going around the city by bike and at night, is a great way to discover the city from a different perspective. They were also very flexible and supportive in adapting to several variables (like rain, and our own schedules), and we are very happy that we were able to do this tour. I would definitely recommend this experience, thanks again Alessandra for a great experience!

Andrea was a great guide showing us the lovely and large city of Valencia. Starting in the old town we went through the Turia Gardens to the port. The 3 hr tour was a nice pace and we stopped a few times in the shade to hear interesting facts about this brilliantly bike friendly city. Highly recommend.

Yesterday i had a really nice tour through Valencia with Passion Bike. Our tourguide Andrea showed us around in Valencia and we passed by the most important things. We got some spare time in the mercado central for some fresh fruit and we ended our time at the beach side. It was a great tour with the right diversity in biking and the explaination of the tourguide.

Just back from another great cycling break in Valencia. As usual we headed direct to Passion Bikes where Pierre sorted us with good bikes & good deal. Very quick service - paperwork & bike selection & we were on our way within 5 mins. I was unlucky to pick up a puncture (due to thorn) BUT Passion Bikes reminded me why I always hire from them - their customer care & impressive organisation meant we could relax with cool beers on beach knowing they were on their way to repair. We were quickly back on the cycle path & Pierre kindly allowed us to keep bikes beyond our hire period to recover lost time & further more stated, “just return them at your leisure.” A very relaxed policy & overall experience. I’ve hired bikes from this company for many years & highly recommend them. Many thanks again Pierre & staff, bravo! Look forward to our next bike hire at Valencia with Passion Bikes.... Scott

The city bike tour was horrible & I would not recommend it, we started 20 min late & decided to end the tour after 30 min (early!): - group was 15 people, meaning we lost part of the group constantly - hardly any information was given - the Tour was Partly English / partly Italian, this meant that always somebody had to wait - bikes were old & no helmets were provided Luckily we found a free walking tour & the day turned positive in the end.
