It was not clear instructions to find the starting place for the bike tour. Had to call them once there for further directions. Staff were friendly enough and quick to get paperwork completed. We felt it was more of a bike ride rather than a tour. There was no conversation whilst riding to the stop off points. (Only 2 of them). I would like to have known about the wildlife we could hear on the ride, but when I mentioned it, I was just told there is lots of it. When we did stop, there was not a lot of information given. We had to ask questions to get information about the sites and there was not much given. You need to be a relatively confident rider as the terrain has lots of loose stones, sand and about half of the ride is on the roads. It is stated it runs for 2 and a half hours but we were back in 1 hour 45.

Antonio was very friendly and know his route well. A medium level of fitness is required. Terrain is mixed between off road and on road. E bikes mad elight work of hills etc. Really enjoyed the experience as seen lots of the coastline and the highlights of the local nature reserve. The directions to the start point was a little difficult to follow, but we found them. Better signage might help. Overall very happy with experience

Flyboarding was a fantastic experience, with great assistance from the staff on the boat and the jet-ski. Fran and Julia in the office were also very helpful. Will definitely come again!

Where to start ? We loved the route and our time with friends and thankfully our friend knew the area but as for a tour ? Firstly the seat height could not be adjusted so don't go if you're under 5 foot 3...there was no safety briefing, no information about any of the route, no time to stop for photographs. The drink stop referred to in the description on the tour was a clearing by the lake with nowhere to buy a drink. Wasn't a big issue in April but go prepared as imagine if this was in the heat of July. The man leading the route had no water, no first aid or bike equipment ( thankfully none needed) . He lost 2 of our party at 1 point by rushing ahead and not checking at a set of crossroads ( we were not slow, tour advertised as 2 hrs 30 and we took 2 hrs 15) We would always leave a tour guide a good tip after this type of tour but sadly couldn't justify any tip. Not that he waited to even ask if we enjoyed it. Such a shame as he seemed perfectly pleasant when we got him to engage. So avoid this trip unless they make changes

I'm sure it's fun if you actually get to go out, but there's a chance they just totally mess you about and you never do. Given there are loads of other companies offering this service, why risk it? I made a reservation on their website for 5.30pm on a Saturday. This was the last slot of the day that had availability. After making my booking, someone called me to ask if i could come at 4pm. I was not able to so I asked if they could return my money so I could book with another company. The lady said she would double check with her colleagues if 5.30pm worked and she called me back 30 minutes later asking what the earliest time I could do was. We agreed on 5pm -- which I could just about make work. I came at 5pm but the boat wasn't there -- just the lady who I spoke with on the phone. After waiting around for about 40 minutes (there's no seating or shade), the boat showed up and the guy running it said he couldn't take me out because there was 'no wind'. He said it wasn't possible to do it and we should do it tomorrow morning, on the Sunday, at 1030am (the wind on Sunday morning was forecast to be exactly the same as it was at 530pm on the Saturday but i agreed to return). I showed up at 1020am on the Sunday to be told there was a problem and that they could not contact the guy with the boat. I had already told them that I had to finish by 1130am (as I needed to check out of my hotel). They told me we just had to wait 30/40 minutes and maybe the guy would show up... Why didn't they think to call me ahead of time and let me know there was a problem?! I asked for my money back which they said would be returned to my card. If it doesn't return in a few days I will dispute the charge. Despite a nice chat with the lady while I was waiting on Saturday afternoon, this was a total waste of my time. The guy who was running the boat was unapologetic, and the lack of consideration towards a paying customer was unprofessional. The whole thing took up more than 3 hours of my time (walking down there and back twice, waiting around, booking, etc.) and annoyingly, i never got to go parasailing. I recommend trying another company!

We had a great time and fun. The stuff is super friendly, and we enjoyed the whole experience. The jetski was easy to operate, it's definitely worth of money!

Perfect gift for someone who enjoys water sports and adrenaline. Nice day out, great fun and good memories. So why this low rating you may ask? Well, I have gifted this for my father as his birthday present. When we had arrived, we were quickly rushed and told strictly no cameras and mobile phones were allowed to bring onto the boat - presumably so that they can sell you pictures that they took with their camera for additional cost at the end of the day (which was understandable). The experience was fun and definitely worth trying. At the end of the trip however, when we wanted to see and purchase the pictures, they have told us that the camera is broken and that they didn't take any pictures. This was very upsetting as we wanted great pictures of my father as a souvenir because this was his birthday present. We were furious as we could have taken pictures ourselves, on our phones, but we strictly couldn't bring them with us. After a number of complaints, the staff have told us that one staff has taken pictures and videos on their phone and that they can sell them to us. The staff couldn't even show us the pictures as they were incapable of transferring the pictures onto a computer, and still required us to pay the full price for them, which they would sent later via email. We refused to pay the full price and managed to get a small discount which in the end we finally agreed on, since we really wanted picture souvenirs of the event. After some time, the pictures were sent, and the results were tragic. Not only we got sent all of the pictures taken (of us and other people), but the quality of the pictures was unacceptable. The videos and pictures recorded is truly a joke - you cannot even make out faces of people doing the flight exercise. If it wasn't for different coloured swim wear between my father and other people, I couldn't even tell the difference. The staff assured us that the pictures were taken on the newest generation of iPhone and that they were definitely worth purchasing. Overall, fun experience but insanely poor communication from the staff's side, and very disappointing customer service. The whole camera/picture situation was so upsetting, that it had ruined the whole fun and experience. I truly recommend experiencing "flyboarding", however with a different company. Absolutely unacceptable communication from the staff - no pictures or videos captured any key moments. Very disappointing, especially for the steep price!

Booked the trip and we had a brilliant experience with Lander the guide who was very knowledgeable, professional and caring to make sure we got to know the secret hotspots around Torreveija.

Great trip with our family on jetskies. Clear booking true internet. And everything was explained well. See you this summer for more!

Great trip - lots of fun - would come again. Came with my husband and 15 year old son. I shared a Jet Ski with my son - I drove for 30 mins and him for the other - it was great!

Friendly, welcoming staff - we are English and limited in Spanish but they were really understanding and helpful. Bought husband jet ski experience for his bday and he loved it, I sat in the shade with my 3 young children and waited, again a very welcoming establishment - this was a rarity in Torrevieja in my opinion so lovely to experience.
