About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- johnrE1090LR0 contributionsExpensiveAqua Natural Water Park was a disappointing experience overall, and definitely not worth the high entry fee. The ticket prices are shockingly expensive for what you get, and once you’re inside, it doesn’t get much better. You’d expect at least a few basic amenities to be included after paying so much, but no—if you want to relax on a lounger, prepare to pay extra. The staff didn’t help improve the situation either. They were generally unfriendly and seemed irritated with any simple questions or requests. You’d think for the amount you’re charged, they’d at least offer decent customer service, but sadly that wasn’t the case. All in all, the park itself might have a decent selection of slides and pools, but the overall atmosphere was ruined by the ridiculous prices and rude staff. For the money they’re charging, I expected a much better experience.Written October 12, 2024
- saintlee19700 contributionsSo soNot a big park but the slides the kids enjoyed ,frustrating a lot have a weight limit and even more frustrating once you pay a lot to get in you are then faced with having to hire a sunbed to sit as there is very little seating and nowhere to put your bagsWritten September 18, 2024
- fefaustino0 contributionsAvoid if alone or a heavy-ish personDisappointed as many of the rides you need 2 people and with a weight limit. Our 15yo couldnt go with his sister due to that (he's just a bid lad, not huge, 100kg) Signs around shows a list of attractions that cant be found on map. For us, 2 adults and 2 teenegers was not worth it.Written September 11, 2024
- Lilsj19940 contributionsGreat adventure for young and old!Amazing waterpark and spent at least half of day there. Plenty of attractions, and with the animal park next door. Definitely worth the money and journey. Great slides and well maintained. Food was a bit pricey but they can charge these kind prices at these kind of places and people like myself are willing to pay.Written September 2, 2024
- Daniel J0 contributionsBrilliant day - hoping that I don’t break out in hives though.Excellent day out once again. Pre-booked tickets for a seamless entry. Park wasn’t busy at all, and we didn’t queue for any of the slides. Food was great and well priced. Only misses out on a full 5 stars due to the four individuals that I spotted, who I strongly suspect of having ringworm. It might have been something different, but it was horrible to look at. Overall, highly recommend.Written September 1, 2024
- Sightsee646026136020 contributionsTerribleNot enough inflatable rings for guests. Been here 3 hours and kids couldn’t get on to any of the slides. Not recommended unless you’re one of the first 50 into park.Written August 17, 2024
- Lanacal_p0 contributionsGreat day but very warmI visited with my son who is 6. Most of the larger slides require children to be over 1.2m so be aware of this. Lockers are 6 euros with 1 euro back. There are several areas for children with splash zones slides and most of them have loungers in the shade which means you can watch your kids from comfort of the lounger at times and know they’re safe. Only one thing I felt was a downside wasn’t really the park’s fault, it was the walk from entrance back to get to the taxi rank. It was about 10mins walk with kids in burning heat 37 degrees with no shade. It felt like an age even though it was only a few minutes. There were taxis there waiting though thankfully! We got taxi from our hotel near old town and it was 11 euros so was worth it rather than buses. The food in the park the best in my opinion, but as typical burger / southern fried chicken wrap etc but was dry and tastelsss and expensive. Just what you’d expect from a kids waterpark. All in all we had a great day. Take plenty of sun tan lotion!Written August 10, 2024
- pob750 contributionsGreat day out even for big teensWe have been to some of the best water parks so knew it wouldn’t be on a par. I had read reviews before going so took all that on board. Yes it is €5 for a Sunbed BUT don’t get one if you don’t want to pay, up the back there are umbrellas and picnic benches. They have 2 coloured rings green and yellow, the yellow ones are a bit like a fast pass sgl €7 and dbl €9. We got 2 sgl it does make a difference with queuing as people don’t always hand over the green ones and you can only use yellow ones in the big pool. My kids are 15 and 18 and although nothing particularly big or scary they had a great time (it’s what you make it as a family) All in all we had a fab time albeit nothing like Siam parkWritten August 9, 2024
- adamsK4877UJ0 contributionsAnimal abuseThere is a sea lion section at the park which holds 3 sea lions but their enclosure is so tiny, it is definitely not suitable for those animals. Parts of it are also extremely shallow so there is barely any room to swim. One sea lion was separated in a roughly 5 by 5 metre section of the enclosure and was just swimming from wall to wall. And what makes it worse is that there is a mermaid experience next door to the sea lions which, during my day there I saw two people use, but somehow the allocated area for the ‘mermaid experience’ is still twice the size as the sea lions enclosure. Don’t come to this water park unless you want to keep on fuelling and funding the mistreatment of their animals.Written August 6, 2024
- charlottex3790 contributionsGreat day at the water park xxA really well run water park. Lots of helpful lifeguards and staff. Really clean. The slides are really fun. Lunch was reasonably priced and tasty. There were lots of activities such as mermaid school and foam Parties in addition to the slides, main pool and the kids splash park. We had a cabana bed and it was definitely worth the money very comfortable and cool. Can’t wait to go back🩵🩵🏖️💙Written August 2, 2024
- Road316571438730 contributionsDon’t waist your money and time it’s hellBy far the worst water park ever , safe your money and skip this one , over crowded the stuff is minimum people sooo mean !!! Kids without parent randomly skipping the line , the life guard literally watching them doing nothing , people pushing other people for no reason , it was supposed to be a nice after noon it turn to nightmare , food horrible , no body there to guide you , very expensive for 3 ride for kids ,, should higher more stuff to help the customers around more security is needed Kids making there own rules , terrible terrible terrible ,,, very very disappointed ,,, baits of time money and energy , 😔Written July 29, 2024
- Craig0800 contributionsFantastic Quiet Waterpark ( weekday )We have been to another park in the area and by a mile prefer this one. 2 x children 6 and 8. Flumes have a 1 metre 20 requirement so our youngest was too small. However, plenty to do. Multiple little people pools with safe small flumes. Water games etc. Just superb. Read some of the previous review and the confused me. Plenty for everyone to do, and little to no queues! So worth a visit. Buy a combo ticket online for zoo and water park for significant discount.Written July 20, 2024
- philsmale0 contributionsReally disappointedAwful! Pools freezing cold! Next to nothing for a 4yo. She was so disappointed got upset. Also can't enjoy half the slides without someone to go on with. Can't say how disappointed we all were.Written June 27, 2024

- amybZ2476CO0 contributionsSons 6th Birthday day out!Had the best day at Aqua natura for my sons 6th Birthday. There is so much to do for all ages. We were a group of 4 adults, 1 5 year old, 6 year old, 8 year old and 13 year old and all of them said it was their favourite day of the holiday! The park was spotlessly clean and the staff were great. Plenty of space and the facilities were all up to date! We will return.Written June 9, 2024

Well kept zoo, animals well looked after with good sized enclosures. Not badly priced either and the food was decent!

The animals are looked after so well they all looked healthy. The Zoo itself is a little bit hilly but you can hire Mobility Scooters and wheelchairs at the entrance. The staff are very helpful and courteous. We really enjoyed our visit. We recommend it to anyone.

Not worth 29 euro each. Food bad quality and cold chips. Animals in poor quality enclosures. 1 cat pacing from side to side which was obviously in distress. More walking paths then actual animals. Don't recommend at all.

Bit of advice buy your tickets online cause they hike the prices at the gates.. 32 instead of 27 for adults.. Ours went from 75 online to 90 at the gates.. Also you can vouchers everywhere for 5 euro discounts..
Three of us went, two Adults and one child.. We Had a great day, the variety of animals was phonominal.. All well looked after, the actual location had a lovely authentic feel too it.. Only one animal looked distressed to me, an elephant with repetitive behaviour stood strangely on the edge of some rocks..
The jaguars, lions and tigers are incredible to see, all of the animals were.. Best zoo I've ever been to.. There was various locations that you could view the animals from. They were great.. Really well thought out..
Food was nice to, expensive but really nice, chicken pesto paninis were freshly made and to die for..
The zip line obstacle course was a good bit of fun too.
We were there 6 hours. It was a great and memorable day.. Big thanks to all the people that work hard there.. We really enjoyed it..

Place is good for young children and has 1 or 2 restaurants if anyone fancies a quick but slightly expensive bite.
We did not book the waterpark as we done waterparks in the trip. we specially loved the entire "Asia " village design modelled as an indan village. The place is modelled into continents where every part has local animals. Staff are very helpful and can speak bit of english . we went on a Saturday but did not find it to be too crowded.
Animals : you will find the usual lions, tigers, panthers, elephants..etc
Overall, nice place and relaxed time spent.
A part which they can improve is the directions to various sections of the park. It is confusing to follow the footsteps and the user experience takes a dive after some time as you feel endless walking around without seeing any animal.

We went to both as part of our package with magic and had we of paid I would of felt ripped off,the zoo took us about forty minutes to walk round and then the water park where you are charged 5 euros for a sunbed, you cannot get food or drinks with your magic pass even at the magic bar and we were rudely turned away after asking why as it says on website we can use the bar for snacks and food
We went to mundomar the next day and that blows terra natura out of the water

There were a good range of animals but poorly kept - tiny cages which were cruel and they didn’t look happy. All were just laying down still. There were bats in a cage that was in a cave but had a bright light. Shining on them all - bats are meant to live in the dark?! Really made us sad to see. We left feeling disappointed, angry, sad and we feel we don’t want to go to a zoo again! I understand animals in a zoo have to be in cages but the sizes were ridiculous!!! Poor animals!!
