We did a tour of the Royal Palace of Madrid with Olaya. It was excellent! So happy to skip the giant line up we saw outside (tour group went through side entrance). We were provided with small headphone so we could listen to the guide without her raising her voice. I learned a great deal about the history of Spain’s Royal Family, the ones who were great leaders and those who weren’t- these were the most entertaining stories! Olaya had excellent knowledge of history, culture, art and architecture. She able to answer all our questions easily. We went through the entire palace at a reasonable pace, spending just enough time at each location, and was very considerate of our needs. There were many other tour groups with lots of people and they were noisy, so I’m happy with our smaller group. Overall an A + experience from a wonderful guide who clearly loves her country and its history. Thank you for a superb experience!

Natalie was excellent! I was the only one of the tour and was great to skip the long line there was. She explained the artist and learned a lot of some not so popular ones too!

We enjoyed the tour of the Prado Museum due to the excellent work of our guide, Paula, who managed to cover in great detail the most significant works of art and the painters. All done with great flair and poise!!

Our tour with Maria was fun and informative. She was very knowledgeable about the artwork, historical influences and background behind the paintings.

Really good experience with a friendly and knowledgeable guide who understood their subject very well. We would not have got nearly as much from the museum without our guide.

Her insights and observations of the art were interesting and informative. This tour really helped us to get the most out of our time at the Prado. We would definitely recommend this tour!

Great guide … very knowledgeable about paintings, artist and history. The tour was 1 1/2 hours. Wish it had been 2 hours to include a few more important pieces. We stayed in the museum for an additional 2 hours to view on our own.

We happened to be the only two people on this tour, which was a surprise ! Paula was our guide - she is extremely friendly , charming, and very knowledgeable. She is studying art history so she could answer all of our questions . This tour focused on a number of pieces from different periods of art history and of three distinct schools of painting. Paula shared a very in depth analysis of a number of paintings from each and it was all very easy to understand and fascinating. We saw some of the most famous paintings in the world and were educated about each for 10 or so minutes. You will learn things you never knew and see things in each work that you wouldn’t be able to understand on your own as a non expert. Wonderful experience and definitely would recommend !

The tour guide was terrific . She had a good sense of humor and was very knowledgeable My only problem is there was a lot of confusion as to what group each person was in so we did start late . I was lucky because I only had two other women in my group . It was very crowded so sometimes difficult to get close to see the paintings The tour guide was a 5 out of 5

Our guide Steffie gave us a very informative and interesting trip of the highlights of the Thyssen. Steffie was very knowledgeable and fun to listen to. A great experience at a wonderful gallery.
