The tour did not even happen. We waited in the exact location defined and we even clicked on the link to make sure we are in the right place and no one showed up. We called the number and it was disconnected. Asked for a refund and still have not heard anything from trip advisor two days after the event supposed to have taken place. We had to book our own trip to Toledo and we made the most of it. Trip advisor, if you read this , I need my money back as soon as possible 🫤

So disappointed. We raced across Madrid for our booked Money Heist tour and waited at Cines Callao as instructed. The guide DID NOT SHOW!! More annoyingly..If the company had the decency to inform us in advance we could have gone to a traditional Carnivale event in our locality...but ultimately missed out on both.

Absolutely horrible firm..! We booked a tour that stated minimum number was two, which we were. We received an email confirmation. Went to the meeting point and the guide was a no show. After contacting their office they said they cancelled our tour because the min number of people wasn’t meet, even though it was stated the min was two. They didn’t even bother to email us prior, just left us standing at the meeting point. DO NOT BOOK ANY TOURS WITH THIS Firm.

Sharon was so sweet and knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us and had great connections in town. Would have liked broader selection of treats overall as four stops isn’t a lot but was a great price. Historical highlights won out.

we booked the madrid free tour weeks in advance. they canceled a day before. booked with guru tours. dont book with secreto tours.

We are huge Money Heist fans which is why we chose to go to Spain for our spring break. Our tour guide Sharon was early to our tour, definitely plus. It ended up just being our family on the tour and we had so much fun deciphering the code, learning about Madrid's rich history, discovering the little bears of the city's symbol, and of course reliving key moments from our favorite show. Sharon was able to answer all our questions and our kids' questions too (age 8 and age 10). We had a blast! Just one tip, wear sunscreen! The spring sun is deceptively strong. I would definitely pick a secret city tour again.

Sharon gave our family a wonderful tour! He made the tour fun for our primary school age kids who have never seen the series.

We had a 3 hour walking tour of Madrid with our guide Nevo at 10am on Sunday 26 March. He was fantastic. He was personable, very knowledgeable, and had a wonderful sense of humor. He was so insightful and related so well to everyone in our small group of 11 people which included a 7 year old boy. He went over and above the expected, and the tour was 3 hours and 20 minutes. It was a wonderful tour of the historical sections of Madrid. I highly recommend this tour at the start of your time in Madrid and hope you are lucky enough to have Nevo.

Not a good experience at all! We were staying in Barcelona and took the 6 am train into Madrid to be on time for our 11am tour start. We raced to get there, got there 5 minutes early, and waited. About 11:05 I started to try and call and text the contacts on the email receipt, but dd not get a response right away until about 11:15. I received a text they would look into it, and then I got a call stating that the other couple that had booked the tour had cancelled 10 minutes ago, so the tour was cancelled, no guide would be coming, and I would be refunded. I feel like if i wasn't making several calls and texts trying to figure out where the guide was, no one would have ever reached out to me, they possibly would have just let me sit there waiting. Plus, this explanation doesn't make a whole lot of sense, because if the other couple just cancelled at approximately 11-11:15 like I was told, then the tour guide should have been standing there with us. My guess is nobody reached out to us ahead of time to cancel, and they let us show up with no tour happening. Super big bummer as this was really the only reason I came to Madrid from Barcelona on this day.

Had a really great time on this tour! Kevin our guide had great knowledge of history, language and architecture! He took us through all Money Heist sites, but it was so much more than that. We got a true history of the city and it’s architecture. We felt extremely lucky as we were the only ones on the tour. It was truly one of the highlights of our time in Madrid!

We did the Free Walking Tour with our guide Kevin. We were fortunate enough to have a private tour by chance. Kevin was knowledgeable, funny and very personable. he gave an excellent tour that really showed us a lot of the highlights and some of the interesting stories of the city. Highly recommend!

If you really want to have fun, book this Tour! Not only did Kevin show us the Money Heist Locations in Central Madrid, but we were also guided though astonishing historical and architecture fun facts. Do not expect a walk with presenting only some filming locations, you could do this on your own, but you would miss out on so much fun... We we're lucky that one more couple booked this tour, for it requires a minimum of 4. So thank you too, in case you ever read this, you we're also great fun! Kevin is a real entertainer and loves his Job. There is no better way to explore this place. Our guide book did not leave me with much expectations of this city, but I started to see Madrid with different eyes. Love it! One advice: you might get the Idea to visit some of the other Money Heist places in Madrid on your own, eg. Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas (CSIC). You only get to see this well known S01 main location from a distance. This one is NOT open for public, and the staff does not appreciate visiting tourists on their premises. Believe me!
