It was a thoroughly enjoyable and informative trip. Our guide Ms. Bestry (I hope that I have spelled the name correctly), had very good knowledge of her subject and presented it with wit and humour and anecdotes. The historical background of each place and each photograph brought it to life. I learned so much history of Spain in one day.

The guided tour with Fun & Tickets guide Beatrice was awesome!!! Lots of historical information and stories that added context to what I was seeing and experiencing. From start to end, Beatrice gave us lots of interesting information and facts about the cathedrals in Avila as well as the main cathedral and castle in Segovia. Our guide had a great sense of humour as well during the trip so it made the tour even more fun. I thought the tour had a good pace given the fact that it's a full day. I loved the tour and will keep Fun & Tickets in mind for future guided tours. Thank you Beatrice and company for a GREAT tour! Muchas gracias!

Beatrice and Oscar were amazing tour guides! Beatrice lead our tour and she was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Her English is impeccable, and she was very easy to follow. This was, by far, the best tour we took in Spain.

She has a great sense of humour and knows how to work with diverse groups and interact naturally with all. Segovia and Avila are so interesting anyway but to have a guide like Beatriz made the day even more interesting and enjoyable.
