Not a true “skip the line”..
I’m giving this a low 4 star really or a high 3 star. It is not a “skip the line”…we had to wait in a large line to enter. Our guide was very sweet, but I wish spoke a little better English. It would have made it better.

Don’t know what to expect, but loved it
We didn’t know what to expect, but it was a highlight of our month in Sevilla! Interesting and beautiful visit to an active, centuries-old local olive oil production facility. Plus a tasting. The tour gave us an intimate look at an important industry in Andalusia (with some terrific surprises) 🙂

      Excellent tour
Andrea gave us a fantastic tour in English. Took about 90 mins and was worth every penny to see the main sights and understand the history.

      Best tour guide ever!
My friends and I only had a couple of days in Madrid and we thought that 3 cities in one day would be a bit to hectic. Well, I was wrong. It is indeed a highly intense visit, but our guide Marta didn’t miss a second. We left Toledo with goosebumps after listening to hundreds of centuries of history. In Segovia, we took the nicest walk ever from the Acueducto to thw Alcazar, and it felt like a fairytale!! Avila was also beautiful, but the highlight was definitely the restaurant that Marta recommended. We definitely loved the excursion, thank you Marta!!

Good if you want to appreciate the highlights.
Too expensive for what it was. We have done full day trips for half on what this tour was. BUT it must be said that we were running late and the operator did EVERYTHING possible to accommodate us and we were able to assist. Marta, our guide, was knowledgeable and sweet. Tour was both in Spanish and English and very interactive on El Prado. You will spend around an hour and a half in the Royal Palace then about an hour walking the city to the Prado Museum in which you’ll spend almost the same as in the Palace. Overall great tour if you want to just explore the essential; if you want to go into more detail then I suggest getting a full tour on El Prado.

      See it with a Guide!
Having a guide was the way to go in this enormous museum & palace with so much art. Our guide was knowledgable and enthusiastic and made all the art come alive! A must do!

Great to skip the line but then ditch your guide
We were surprised that tickets to the Palace were sold out, so signing up for this skip-the-line tour was the only way we could get in on the day we'd allocated. Unless you care about who made which clock, we recommend ditching your guide once you're inside, and following the tour route independently. It will be just as interesting and will take less time. Things were exacerbated by our guide's insistence on trying to find 4 people who had signed up but did not show at the meeting spot at the appointed time. For some reason, she choose to inconvenience the rest of us who had arrived on time. (that said, skipping the line surely saved us time versus standing in the non-group line, which was quite long). Ultimately we did ditch the tour, and we were not the only ones.

Wish we had a better tour guide
While we enjoyed the beautiful Cathedral of Seville and our tour guide's description of the cathedral was good, we felt our tour guide could use some improvement. While Naturanda's use of headsets definitely helped all group members hear our guide, it seemed to encourage our tour guide to give a tour to her microphone instead of to her tour members. She would walk fast ahead of us and not face us while talking, and it was hard to keep up with her in the crowds. Even though our large group had some seniors and persons with disabilities, she just told us to keep up. While she did stop to wait for our entire group at each stop, it seems like it would be better if she walked with our group, as other tour guides do, so we wouldn't feel like we had to rush so we wouldn't lose her. She also wasn't as patient with questions, replying to one group member, "I don't repeat everything" instead of just answering his question. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but we were happy to be able to see the Cathedral.

      Del Prado Tour
Not a good idea to visit these two places at once. The walking distance between both places is insane with no time to eat or drink anything. After our arrival to the Del Prado Museum, the tour guide did not offer us the option of using the restrooms. Everyone in the group complained about it.

      Disappointing: might be better!
The overall impression is way "low" beyond the expectations. Paying enough money for skip the line tickets group is not what we got: the group was big, 25 people and some were very late that guide should wait and keep the rest of people in early morning's freezing weather. Then we walked to the Royal Palace and stood in line about 30 minutes waiting for letting us get inside. The guide Carlos was knowledgeable and entertaining that's kept group curios about history of palace and other places we walked by. But because we lost significant time at the beginning, he was in hurry not to be late by the end of his duty time. We couldn't much enjoy the tour itself by not having time for personal needs, nor eat properly to replenish the energy since early morning. After Carlos left, we got other guide Benny for Museo Del Prado. As she started the presentation, it felt wrong. She walked back and forth by stopping at one painting for long to explain some details that average tourist doesn't want to know, unless if the tourist is passionate artist. I realized that we didn't have enough time and we were really tired after longer waiting line and hungry. So we just left group and walked by themselves arou the d museum to enjoy every single painting by reading the description for it.

Booked the tour to Alcala de Henares for a group of 4 with more than a month’s notice, however day of the trip after we woke up early took a cab to the meeting location rushed and scurried around to the meeting location, looking for our guide, we found that the company had emailed us that the tour was canceled due to lack of participation.

Not sure why we did not get a phone call, instead of an email and why if participation was low the company didn’t pivot to a private car to accommodate our interest and commitment to the tour.
