      Full Day Gibraltar from Seville
We did a full day tour to Gibraltar from Seville. Our driver was not particularly talkative on the drive to/from Seville. The Gibraltar guide, however, was very informative and communicative- although it was very difficult to hear him in the rear of the van. Our group of 6 enjoyed the WWII siteseeing, although this trip does make for a very long day from Seville.

      Enjoyable tour
This was a wonderful tour. I especially liked that it was a small group and that it started on time. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and made sure that we had good views of all the sites, even with the crowds. We did originally schedule a 9:35 am tour, it was changed to 3:00pm. Which actually worked out fine for us. The earpieces provided to listen, could have been better.

Amazing tour of The palace and Prado
The tour was amazing! Marta explained the history of the kings and queens of Spain in much detail. The Prado also was a wonderful experience ! Again, Marta chose excellent paintings to share with us in detail!

Fun and professional tour despite Palace being closed unexpectedly
This tour from Naturando was great despite a last minute need to change the itinerary. Their communication was great throughout the process and they provided a reasonable refund for the palace tour when a last minute government event caused the palace to be closed for two days. We ended up still doing a walking tour and guided tour of the Prado Museum. The guide was very friendly, easy to understand (English), and knowledgeable. Again, communication was great throughout and their office was easy to find on where we were to meet. I would recommend this group and this tour! We toured the Prado for quite a while and despite loving art, I had honestly seen enough classical, mostly religious, artwork for one day. If we had also toured the palace earlier, that might have been too much art and interior decor for me...If that had been the case, we probably would have preferred more walking tour around Madrid. That is just me and the co-worker I was with, but figured I'd share.

Be aware this tour lasts six hours
This tour works out great value however it involves six hours on your feet with very few places to stop and sit. Laura gave an informative tour at the Palace and then explained that the walk to The Prado would take an hour. Several of the group including us decided to have lunch and take a cab to the museum and meet the group at the Goya statue when they arrived. This worked better for us as the Prado was also well with seeing but having started our tour at 9-45 by 12-00 we were ready for a little sit down. Both museums are filled with the most wonderful treasures and are definitely worth seeing The fact that this tour avoids the queues is a massive bonus and the guides are knowledgeable and speak to you via a headset. They will also take questions and know most of the answers. Laura has a degree in Art History so really knows her stuff. Wear comfy shoes and enjoy the tour

Royal Palace and Prodo Museum Group Tour
Royal palace and Prodo Museum are ok. I have seen much more impressive palaces and museums in other countries. The guide was good. I think she needs to smile more. Since I did not want to get lost, I followed the guide right behind during the tour. I thought she was irritated by it.

Don't waste your time or money. Do the self-guided tours!
Well, the royal palace visit was OK, but we weren't given any opportunity to get pictures of the front of the palace. The interior visit was fine. Then, we were to take a guided tour of monuments from the palace to the prado. All it was basically a forced March to try to keep up with our guide. No opportunity to stop for a quick bite or beverage. Then, after the forced March, the guide goes across two busy streets, and leaves us. If my wife and I had not known where the Goya statue was, we would've been lost. Then whole skip the line was totally BS. Once we got onside, we raced between a couple locations. It was horrible! It was a waste of money and time for the Prado portion. It doesn't seem like they even appreciated our business.

Amazing tour of the Royal Palace and Prado Museum.
Our guide was well informed of both locations. She managed a large group with ease. I would highly recommend this tour company.

Poor Logistics - But Still Saw What We Wanted
The attractions were great, though the tour logistics could have been much better. First, we waited nearly 30min for late arrivals. Second, the tour guide never told us her name. Third, there was not time/stop for food or drinks. Fourth, the wait at the Prado museum was very long. Fifth, the walk from the Palace to the Prado was long, with not much information being shared. Out of a five our tour 90+ minutes was spent waiting or walking. Sixth, because of the initial delays, our guide was constantly sprinting ahead, rushing throughout and leaving little/no time for pictures.

      Great tour
Marta was sharp, knowledgeable, and witty. She discussed only selected pieces of art, which was nice. When observing a painting, She asked us to look for XYZ. So she was very engaging as well as informative. But BEWARE. 2 hours on your feet as you wander thru the palace. Then one hour between palace and prado Then another 2 hours on your feet in Prado for a total of a 5 hour tour.

      Poor Preparation Visit to Córdoba
My wife and I went on a 1-day trip to the Mosque of Córdoba in April 2024. Firstly, the pick up bus was almost 30 mins late, not a good start. Secondly, we stopped at Carmona. This was beautiful and we had 5 min introduction to the entry gate then walked up to a plaza and only had 15 mins free time - pointless. We went back the next day on public transport bus to see this wonderful town. If the bus had not been late we could have had 45 mins which would have been much better. I must say the guide was excellent - nothing against him. There seemed to be a mix up with the tour that day as the guide had to speak 4 x different languages (Spanish, French, Italian, and English) which made the day almost unbearable - hearing descriptions in 4 x languages. English seemed to get the least amount of briefing so we spent lots of time listening to 3 other languages. Not good enough. To be fair the actual visit to the mosque was conducted only in English and Spanish with a separate guide which was enjoyable. However, this part of the visit lasted 1 hour and 15 mins - far too short to really appreciate this wonderful site. The guide did indicate that there was more to see and brief but our tour did not allocate the time. So unfortunately, I can only give 2-stars for a tour that cost 99 euros - poor.

Short time inside Alhambra and poor organisation.
At Alhambra, we had a tour guide for supposedly 2h45min. But the guide moved slowly in the gardens and sprint through the most important rooms inside the palaces. So we hardly got 1h30min inside the palaces as they also included the gathering time and security check in the 2h45min. Also, 1/ the night before the trip, they changed the departure time from 9:00am to 10:30am. 2/ They did not clarify that pictures of passports are not enough, actual passports are needed. When my partner was already running back to our hotel to get his son’s passport, they said that actually a picture is enough. So we were in Granada from 2pm to about 8pm to effectively spend 45min walking through the beautiful streets and 1h30min inside the palaces. That’s a poor price/experience ratio.

      Palace and Prada tour
The castle and prodded tour was incredible. The castle has magnificent chandeliers. The furnishings is our magnificent. The tour guide was great. I highly recommend that you go by the tour ahead of time the lines are incredibly long. The only negative thing I had to say about the tour guide was finding him it’s very difficult. He’s there in a little strip mall right by the palace garden gates Walk to the Prada is about 20 minutes or so. It is a good hike so you do have to be moderately fit to walk from from the castle to the Prada. The Prada is fantastic. You cannot take pictures on the inside the Prada has mini masters, and the guy took us to the most famous of the masters you could spend actually days in that museum. It is fantastic.

I would not recommend this tour. There were 20 people in group. The tour guide was not organized and it took 30 minutes for tour to begin. The tour guide did not speak into his microphone so it made it difficult to hear him. His English was not good. We left after 20 minutes because we were so frustrated with him.

We enjoyed our guided tour with Carlos very much.
He was very knowledgeable about the paintings that he showed us, and he was good at answering our questions. He concentrated mostly on Spanish artists but that was okay with us.

    What a waste!!!!

    888388513

First, the tour guide was 30 minutes late. She checked to see if everyone on the list was there. Then, she left for 15 minutes without telling us where she was going or when she’d return.
She moved very quickly without us knowing which pieces she would explain. We recommend: The ad should say which art pieces she would explain in case we weren’t interested in those pieces. She didn’t keep track of people in the group. The group was too large at 30 for 1 tour guide. Although you have no control over the number of people at the museum, there were so many people there I could not even see artwork because I was dodging people so as not to run into them. It was a total waste of our time and money. FRUSTRATED, we left early and want our money refunded.

We took a selective tour, according to the time available and the size of the museum. The guide Ángel handled himself competently in terms of his knowledge about art and also in communicating with an audience that was not specialists.
