      Be careful!!!
Booked a tour to Madrid palace but no tour guide shows up. Called and email customer service for several times but no response. Good luck if you pick this one.

      Poor communications
The tour itself was good but they changed the time without notifying us. We arrived for a 9:45 am tour which had been changed to 1:45 pm. The tour operator didn’t want to take responsibility for their error. They contract out to other operators (Naturanda) who were excellent. Good luck if you use Feel The City Tours.

      Fraudulent Scam
This was a fraudulent sale of tickets. I received an email saying it was not a ticket but a confirmation and that I would receive a separate email with my actual ticket. I never received that second email. When I arrived at the Prado Museum I was told I needed to get the ticket from this third party company. I called and no one answered so I needed to buy a new ticket at the museum. The company told me I couldn’t receive a refund because I had paid so they essentially collected my money and provided ZERO service in return.

Very disappointing as we had to join a Spanish tour which we could not understand.
Meeting place was not clear & when we called the info number they were not helpful. We were 30 minutes early & still missed our tour.Woman we talked to was rude & said “ well everyone else found the location “…….how does this help me ?! She also said that no refund would be given.Do not recommend this company if you are an English speaker.

Worth the walk south from the Prado
Everybody goes to see Picasso's "Guernica," and they should, but there are many other arresting pieces in the collection, too. The temporary exhibit of Ben Shaun was phenomenal! The building itself is a bit odd, with lots of long hallways between the galleries.

      Great museum
My twin brother Stephen and I were exploring around this part of the city when we decided to check out Reina Sofia Museum. A great looking museum for contemporary artists ,its a big museum, great exhibitions ,tour was grand ,loved it ,if you're in the area its a museum to most definitely check out and easy to locate along Calle De Santa Isabel.

      Guide stood us up!
The guide never turned up. Despite us calling more than 3-4 times, they promised someone will come and no one did. We did get our money back, but we wasted a whole day.

      Not what we paid for.
Be clear where the tour starts. Along with another family, we stood next to a statue outside the front door of the museum. The meeting spot was, from what we could tell, on the street entrance. We paid for an English only tour. We got a English/Spanish tour. Because the guide spent the entire time translating everything she said, she rushed through her presentation and refused to take any questions. We were allowed to stay in the museum after the tour. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we have not eaten anything that morning and were very hungry. When we asked the guide the location of the restaurant, she kept giving us directions to sites in the museum. When we explained our situation she replied with “well, if that’s what you want to do.” One star because the guide was knowledgeable. Take off four stars for previous explanation and the guide being rude and snippy.

      Thoughtful private tour
I did a search and came across this tour company. We decided to book the private tour of the Royal Palace and we so thankful we did! The communication before hand was great. Telling us our guides name and exactly were to meet. Our guide was Saskia and she was amazing! She was so energetic ( in spite of the heat) and gave us such great insight and information into each room and the history of Spain. After the tour, she was super helpful in making us a dinner reservation and we were thankful for the too! Highly recommend the private tour, and specifically Saskia!

      Cuidado- poor service
Cuidado!!! Not a well run tour company. Poor instructions on meeting place and zero customer service. We lost $200 because they didn’t have a good meeting spot and didn’t use umbrellas like promised to find them. Person on phone didn’t understand English. Emailed to get refund, was told “sorry, everyone else found us.” I would NOT use them

      Poor organisation and customer service.
Awful experience with this company when booking a tour of the Madrid palace. I paid for 6 people to be on the tour costing just under €200 and when we arrived the tour guide didn’t have us on his list and therefore we couldn’t join the tour. There were also two American couples having the exact same issue. When asked what we should do the tour guide shrugged and said “I don’t know” so we ended up having to go and pay again for general admission to the venue and walk around on our own. I emailed Feel the City Tours immediately to make them aware of the issue and ask for a refund, but got no reply. Emailed again when I got back to the Uk and again haven’t had a reply. So it appears I won’t be getting my €200 euro’s back. Really disappointing as it was the only bad experience we had of our entire stay in Madrid.

      Americans beware!!!
I scheduled and paid for my family’s tour with feel the city before arriving in Madrid. The day before our tour of La Palacio Real, I received a phone call from the company saying that they overbooked and that they had to cancel us. My bag for them to see if there was another opening in the next two days while we were still in Madrid. The young lady said that she would call me back. I thought I called her back two more times before she was able to say she found an opening two days later. She said everything would remain the same and to meet at the same place. We should up an hour before and then 10 minutes before when we should be finding our guide I called her again and she said to just be patient the guide was running late. After another 15 minutes I called again, This time she said I must not be at the correct meeting place and the tour had already entered La Palacio Real. I pulled out the tickets I had printed for our previous rescheduled tour time and it said to meet at the statue of Philip and that’s exactly where I was and had been for an hour and a half. She said I should’ve received another email from her however I combed through my email in my junk box and I have never received an email other than the initial one when I scheduled the tour . It’s important to note that I did not receive an email saying that they canceled my tour. I was called through WhatsApp about this. When I was struggling to communicate with the lady on WhatsApp, my friend who’s Spanish is better took the phone and she told me that the representative from the company acknowledged that she had confused two different parties because our names were the same. I was told that they would refund my money within five days. The five days came and went. I contacted the company by texting the same WhatsApp number and I can see that they read it but they have chosen not to respond to me or refund my money. Our trip to Madrid and Barcelona were wonderful we celebrated my father‘s 75th birthday and my kids really enjoyed Spanish culture. This is the one time I actually started crying in front of everybody because I had carefully planned every aspect only to have it fall apart. I do not recommend this company.

Bad organization, unpunctuality, informality, no one picks up the phone and I feel totally cheated.
The guides are not official and you have to wait in endless lines despite paying 8 times more through this disgraceful agency with respect to the entrance price. The boys are guides with little experience and in their explanations they show a great lack of organization both in routes and in content.
I plan to escalate the complaints through legal action.

We bought 4 tickets for the royal palace visit, but we couldn’t make it because they cancelled my parents flight. We tried to move to another day but customer service was constantly unavailable and we were able to reach them via email they refused to provide any kind of solution.

We bought tickets to visit the Prado Museum, they never gave us the tickets, and they charged us for a child's ticket, which is free. It's a real fraud.
