    Less than ideal customer service
I contacted Viator to explain that I had a very bad cold due to the weather change and decided not to attend the tour to not get other passengers on the bus sick, being that we would all be in an enclosed location for over one hour. I was told by a representative that they will contact Julia travel to explain the situation and shortly after I was denied of a refund or a future credit. This is very disappointing as I have booked many tours with Viator and given the circumstances I think a future credit could have helped this situation for good customer service. I hope this is reviewed and reconsidered. Booking reference #1083702409

    What an experience!
I was amazed at the architecture and the state of the buildings in Madrid. The Tour of Santiago Bernabeu, though not as impressive as Barca culminated with a peek in the stadium itself which is under construction. We were able to sit and take pictures of the football field from the stands.

Recommended visit. Especially Segovia is really nice.
Avila was nice but nothing compared to Segovia and it's Castle. Our guide was very good storytelling wise and with a sense of humor and made an effort to include our 8 year old son as well. He enjoyed his day very much.

    Horrible
Do not waste your money and time. The stadium is completely under. Construction and the staff is miserable and unprofessional. This was the absolutely the worst tour I have experienced.

    Beautiful city… nice walking tour
Toledo is beautiful. It feels plucked out of a time past. The tour was pleasant: with a clean working bus. It was very organized, and left on time. Raul and Nacho were great. Very informative. No particular delays or significant stoppages mid-tour. This is the one thing I would do differently. With the time given, there was no time to venture out independently to the shops. Toledo appeared to have a few unique wares worth buying that were not of the ‘chinesium’ variety. I wish we had time to go take a look/gander, but the tour time wouldn’t allow. I would therefore recommend the full day tour, not the half day. Otherwise it was great. JP

    1/2 day Toledo Tour
My family greatly enjoyed our half day tour of Toledo through Julia’s tours. Nacho was a friendly, engaged, informative tour guide. And, Raul delivered us from Madrid to Toledo and back safely. It was time well spent and we highly recommended.

    Spectacular Day Trip
Vanessa took us on a journey through the city of Avila and Segovia. The wall had amazing views. The stop at the restaurant for quick tapas in Segovia was great. The best was saved for last, the Alcazar. What an experience walking through the castle walls taking you back in time. This was a spectacular day trip.

good for checking the box while still having a rich experience
Clara our guide was great. We did the half-day and felt it was good for checking the box while still having a rich experience. I could see spending a full day next time and working in a nice Spanish-sized Toledo lunch.

We went having spent 5 hours in the Prado on the previous day, perhaps not the best preparation! Interested to see Picasso and Dali as they will always have a place in the history of modern art, how they can conceive their paintings is beyond my comprehension. Guide a little disappointing and could have given us more information.
