At the restaurant, please note that, by courtesy, we offer you a free tapa and a drink, and it’s of course optional to order something else, at your own expenses, or to go to any other restaurant of your choice on your free lunch time. In this restaurant, they have the menus both in English and Spanish , and, in case of any doubt out of the menus, our guide is always available to support. Our tours are bilingual, in English and Spanish. We are sorry that you were unable to follow as the other travelers did while considering our tour as excellent. With regards to the delay on our arrival, you probably misunderstood the duration of the tour, we arrived to Madrid a bit later than usual due to a big traffic issue on the way back as you probably noticed from the bus. Dear Customer, We are sorry to disagree with your opinion, we have two Tour options, 1 with tickets included and others without tickets included, the difference is € 26 with the visit with our guide inside the monuments. The tour is the same for all passengers, with that difference. The Tapa is not a meal, it is a gift that we offer to our customers and that is not included in the price, however comments like yours may make us consider, remove the tapa of the itinerary, even if we continue to offer it in the same way. The visit in a taxi or on the train as you say is a mistake, and it needs at least two days, we know what we say and do every day of the year.
