We've been on a number of city Segway tours so we didn't need any training, and there were only the 3 of us and an American on the tour so we kicked off promptly. The older tour guide was a Venezuelan man, who spoke OK English. We covered all the interesting sites in a 3 hour trip across the city, although the main park was closed so he had to improvise the final hour. Comms in advance were fine.

Our group of 6 peoples paid for a tour of 1 hour and a half. As it wasn’t a private tour, the guide accepted a person who wasn’t comfortable at all. That person was so upset when we started to pass him, as the distance between him and the guide was enormous. The pedestrians were completely overtaking us. The guide should have, from the start, called one of his colleagues to pick him up, we would have waited. Even with the wait we would have had the opportunity to visit more than 3 monuments… The 1.5 hour visit planned to visit much more than what we could see… we have already done the segway in France, Portugal, Italy, Greece and never has a company accepted people who are not comfortable. Security level to be reviewed for everyone and as far as we are concerned, we would like to be reimbursed...

We booked this tour for two reasons - to try out ebikes and to see some of Madrid. The tour was a mixed bag of riding - some very busy streets which were a bit unnerving along with some nice meandering through a large park. I’m not sure apexactly where all we went because our guide’s English was a bit hard to follow and if you were near the back of the group, he started his commentary before the entire group was together. We had 10 in our group and some inexperienced riders so at times I felt less than safe. We did get a feel for ebikes but didn’t feel like we got much information about Madrid. Just an average experience for the cost.

We had a great time. Got to see a lot of the city and it was fun on the bikes. Al our guide was information and very funny. I would recommend this to anyone that is relatively fit and not afraid of traffic.

Our guide, Vasili, loves his city. You can tell by the way he talks about it. Before going on this bike tour my friends and I weren't all that convinced about our destination, as Madrid is quite large, it's hard to explore it all on foot. This biking tour was the perfect way to see it and change our mind. We highly recommend this tour!

What a great way to see Madrid. We really enjoyed our 2 hour Segway experience seeing the sights in this beautiful city. Our guide was Diego - really nice and helpful guy with a good sense of humour. Would thoroughly recommend this Segway tour.

Our guide Vasili did a great job! With the electric bike we covered a lot of ground during a 3 hour tour! The Palace, beautiful parcs and the Madrid Rio Project! A must see!

My wife and I were lucky enough to have a 3 hour private bike tour with Abdul. He provided a fun, informative, and leisurely customized tour to our preferences. He was very friendly and spoke great English. We saw all the major sites plus much much more. He also provided many great recommendations and tips for our trip. We had spent the day looking for a bicycle tour to see some more intimate sights of Madrid and stumbled upon the segway tours. They not only offered to take us straight away and on better bikes, but tailored the trip to new places for us that we hadn't yet seen and answered every question we had to make the most of the rest of our trip from a local's perspective. Much appreciated, and comes highly recommended!

I was a bit unsure about riding a Segway around Madrid when I realised it wasn't a totally flat city but it turned out that hills were no issue. As a first timer it took a few minutes to get used to being on the machine but after that it was fantastic! Enrique was our guide for the tour and not only was he very conscientious of our safety but he was also very friendly and knowledgable. A great experience overall - highly recommended!

We went to Madrid to visit some friends who used to live with us in the UK. They took us to the city center and asked usnif we wanted to see the city from a different perspective. We said why not? Once we get to Urban movil we got a bit scared at first but Mauro our guide put us at ease explaining us how easy it was to use the segway. After a few minutes playing we got the hand of it and off we went to see the city center. It was great, fun, relaxing and not so difficult as it seems. Very good way to have a quick snoop around the city center and seeing the main features of the capital. Special mention to our guide Mauro , very patient friendly and customer oriented as well as Dani who joined us on the tour. Great experience so I recommend it if you want to experience something new and fun.

Madrid is a beautiful city and going on a city tour is enchanting. However, touring this great city on Segway and with an awesomely friendly guide like Maurizio, is an experience of a lifetime!! We went on this trip as a family of 5 with 3 kids, 2 of them are teens, and I can assure you that each one of us was more than delighted and if we go back again, we will, without any doubt, redo the same tour with the same guide. My advice: Not to be missed.....

I was walking past and booked the segway city tour on a whim. So glad I did! They give you a quick lesson so you feel comfortable getting around, then off you go. My guide was Abdul. He was fantastic. He led us around the city giving us information about the sights while keeping it fun and enjoyable. This was the highlight of my quick trip to Madrid.

Tour Guide (Rubin) - Great! Spoke fluent English, very helpful, and friendly too. Tour - Loved the segways and enjoyed riding them. Even if you don't know how to ride them, it's easy to pick up, so no worries. Visited good spots and got a chance to freely ride around on our segways at a park too. Overall - Awesome! Definitely recommended. It's just 2 hours. Must do.
