- chowdharyrosy0 contributionsGreat trip to Toledo & SegoviaThe trip was amazing. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. It's a must do if only for the aquaduct at Segovia and the views. We didnt do the Avila trip and it would have been dark when we arrived but didnt feel we missed out either. The history at both these places is amazing!!Written December 2, 2024
- Scorpiozach0 contributionsRelaxed tour covering multiple locationsWe had a really good experience. The tour guide Khan explained the historical significances of the places in a very engrossing manner while at the same time punctuating it with anecdotes. We did the Toledo and Segovia legs only and we did not feel rushed at all. The bus ride was comfortable too. Highly recommend this Amigo tour for people who have limited time.Written December 1, 2024

- David L0 contributionsGreat value for moneyReally enjoyed my trip and the knowledgeable tour guides helped to bring the places to life. I wish we could have spent a bit more time at Alcazar compared to the blacksmith place but that's my personal preference.Written November 28, 2024
- Connector352375386540 contributionsFascinating Prado TourAli's knowledge of the works of art was fascinating! Meeting at Velasquez statue was smart. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour. - edwardbV3831JW0 contributionsGood tour if you have little time in SpainOverall it was fine. The tour was on time, fairly informative, pleasant. Good to take if you have limited time to visit Madrid and only had a day or two to see other cities. We’ve gone on tours many times before so here are my recommendations to make the tour better and give people some information about this tour. I wish Jose Luis was a tad more engaging and lively. I wish he would wait for all tour attendees to arrive at each spot before speaking. Toledo and Segovia required a lot of walking uphill and people needed to catch their breath first. There was hardly time to eat and go to the washroom. Would be nice to structure the tours in such a way that would allow for some time to look around and shop. Yes, even if it requires breaking up the cities to visit. I felt like Ávila was a box to check since you’re already there, why not visit it. It was so so. It was not a big miss if we chose not to see it. Both Toledo and Segovia were great sites but Ávila was not good city to cap off a long day (was a bit of a letdown). They can choose to remove this option during late fall/early winter.Written November 24, 2024
- 157supitchas0 contributionsGood tour, Nice guidesOverall, everything was great, and the cities we visited are absolutely wonderful with their rich historical significance. Toledo, in particular, was fascinating. However, I did notice that the city tour, originally advertised as 3 hours, was a bit shorter, lasting only about 1.5 hours. After that, we spent a considerable amount of time at a nearby factory learning about the traditional production of swords and jewelry. While this was interesting, it did feel like we spent more time than necessary focused on souvenirs. Perhaps a bit more time exploring Toledo itself would make the experience even more enriching.Written November 24, 2024
- zoiet9190 contributionsEnjoyed every momentJose Luis and Javier Solis were wonderful tour guides. They were attentive to the needs of the group, made us laugh, and enriched us with facts about each place we saw. The cities were filled with so much history and they made it very fun to learn. Our bus rides were smooth and comfortable, too! There was a perfect about of time to eat and rest in between excursions for this hefty but well worth it day trip.Written November 24, 2024

Nerea was our guide. Pleasant, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, kind. Had never really cared for modern and contemporary art. The museum and Nerea brought it to life for us.
